Job description

The Salford Area Manager is responsible for developing and managing Salford services and operations across Eccles and Little Hulton, representing Mustard Tree at senior and operational levels. The role includes overseeing two community Hubs in Eccles and Little Hulton; managing training,121 support, our Freedom project and Mustard Tree’s Elevate team across Salford. This role will work with the Mustard Tree Operations Manager and services teams to ensure smooth running of hubs, stock and donation management and consistency of a world class welcome to service users, partners and volunteers.

The role holder will be responsible for promoting Mustard Tree services in Salford and maintaining our relevance with communities and partner services. This is an ideal role for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in managing teams, is passionate about Salford and is keen to develop strategically as well as operationally.
