Caudwell Youth exists to level the playing field for Young People at risk.

Our core service is a person-centred volunteer mentoring service, delivered across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Slough, Milton Keynes and Luton, for up to 18 months.
We also offer a short term intervention programme, in Buckinghamshire. The Shaping Futures programme 8 - 12 weeks of targeted work to support reduction in offending behaviour.

About the role
The Fundraising Strategy and Operations team delivers high quality operations support to the wider Fundraising Directorate including Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications, and Supporter Care.
The role sits within our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. In addition to providing operations support to the Fundraising Directorate, the team provides a high standard of customer service to Centrepoint supporters and members of the public.
The role works alongside two other Officers and the team Manager to help steward and grow our compassionate supporter base, securing Centrepoint’s long term future, and enabling us to reach our strategic goals through helping to maximise fundraised income and increase donor loyalty.
The role involves working independently, collaborating with colleagues and third-party suppliers, and using a variety of technical systems to fulfil a range of supporter-related responsibilities.
These include, but are not limited to, liaising with existing and prospective supporters, managing fundraising complaints, processing donations, processing supporter data; and ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with GDPR, Data Protection, and other regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the role
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Frazzled's online and face-to-face peer support programme.

Feel Good is a growing social enterprise created by Regenerate. You will be an expert in the design and implementation of programmes, with a strong understanding of key trends in humanitarianism and development and the practical implementation of project delivery within these contexts. You should be an empathetic communicator, with experience creating, developing and implementing high quality policies, procedures and guidelines in a complex, diverse organisation. Experience managing collaborative programme/project activity with local or international partners in relevant contexts is essential, as is experience designing and leading capacity assessment and capacity support initiatives between partners. You should be organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail to produce high quality proposals and reports. Ultimately you should be interested in and committed to MAG’s humanitarian mandate and able to represent our work and key issues with authority in order to effectively advance our mission, vision, and values. Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in a relevant second language would be advantageous.

About the role
The Company Partnership Fundraiser willgrow income from companies and organisations across the UK The role will focus primarily on employee-led fundraising and local business support, developing relationships that arise from personal connections to myeloma and growing these into long-term sources of income and engagement. They will build on local company opportunities often identified by the Community Fundraisers and promote Myeloma UK’s exciting range of events to encourage participation and support, as well as proactively identify new opportunities for company support.
You will work with Fundraising colleagues, collaboratively identifying wider fundraising opportunities such as community events, major donor, and legacy leads which can then be developed further by the relevant fundraising specialist in the team. The role will require travel throughout the UK to maximise engagement opportunities with supporters and income generation. As well as quarterly team meetings and other opportunities to network with Myeloma UK colleagues.
