£18,470.40 per annum, working 25 hours per week.

Working with individuals who present challenging behaviours in a learning disability service involves providing person-centred, proactive support that promotes safety, dignity, and quality of life.
The working pattern for this role consist of: Flexible working pattern, including the ability to work every other weekend when required.
What you'll do:
* Deliver person-centred care based on individual PBS plans developed in collaboration with Look Ahead's PBS service and multidisciplinary teams.
* Support our customers to achieve their personal goals, participate in meaningful activities, and engage in their community.
* Support our customers with personal care, medication and all daily living skills as needed, whilst promoting independence.
* Use proactive and reactive strategies to prevent or manage behaviours that challenge, while upholding the person's rights and safety.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, including incident reports, behaviour tracking, and daily support logs.
* Maintain records in accordance with Look Ahead's Information Management policies, procedures and guidance. Keep a clear desk at all times and assist with archiving and secure disposal of records when required.

* Experience supporting people with learning disabilities/autism/complex behaviours.
* Understanding of PBS or willingness to undertake PBS training.

Desirable:
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

Job Title: Finance Administrator

About the role
This is a key strategic hire for GoodWork. As our Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in how the organisation runs, grows and delivers impact. Reporting directly to our CEO and joining our Leadership Team, you'll bring structure, pace and clarity across GoodWork, helping turn our strategy into effective day-to-day delivery.
You'll be the only person at GoodWork dedicated full-time to operations - plugged in to what's happening across every team, helping the CEO, trustees and staff connect the dots and making sure GoodWork runs coherently and efficiently. We’re a small team, which means we need everyone to pick up some admin. For this role, this will include managing our Shared Mailbox, processing DBS checks and keeping the office well stocked and organised. As GoodWork grows, we expect this role - and the wider operations function - to grow and evolve too, including the potential to build a small team around you in time.
As our first Operations Manager, you'll be building this function from the ground up. We'll work with you to prioritise what matters most, but we'll also expect you to bring initiative, judgement and high standards from the start.
