We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator, working 28 hours per week, to lead the delivery of Project Unity across England. Project Unity provides high-quality, rights-based advocacy and intensive support to care-experienced young mothers who are pregnant or have recently given birth, helping to empower young mothers, strengthen outcomes and prevent children from entering care.

About Project Unity England

Project Unity England improves outcomes for care-experienced young mothers and their children through collaborative, multi-agency working, delivered through cluster-based areas bringing together local stakeholders for coordinated, community-focused support. Cluster one is based around London and cluster two around Yorkshire, with a third cluster area to be identified in year three. Travel between cluster areas is expected, particularly from year two onwards.

As Project Coordinator, you will support delivery and development of Project Unity within your assigned cluster areas, working closely with partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project activities and line managing senior practitioners
• Supporting planning, implementation and monitoring of local initiatives
• Facilitating communication between partners and stakeholders
• Organising professional meetings, workshops and events
• Tracking progress and sharing best practice across clusters

This role offers the chance to work across diverse cluster areas, influence at both local and Parliamentary level, and make a direct impact on services for care-experienced young mothers and their children.

About the role

You will provide day-to-day leadership of Project Unity, supporting a team of Project Workers and volunteers to deliver high-quality, advocacy-led, trauma-informed support that empowers young mothers to understand their rights and have their voices heard.

Working with local authorities, health partners, safeguarding networks and community organisations, you will build relationships and referral pathways, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the service – leading meaningful work within a values-led organisation.

About you

You are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and families, confident leading teams within a trauma-informed environment, and able to balance operational oversight with a person-centred approach.

You will have experience working with vulnerable young people or families in a social care, advocacy or support setting, alongside experience managing or supervising staff and/or volunteers, plus a strong understanding of safeguarding frameworks and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound professional decisions, demonstrating NYAS’s values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empowerment.

Duties and Responsibilities 

•Responsible for the end-to-end volunteer experience at the Merseyside Depot

•Recruit, induct, and support volunteers 

•Handle individual volunteers’ queries and issues

•Carry out administrative tasks including using the Volunteer Management System in Microsoft Dynamics. Report on and utilise the data to make positive changes

•Manage volunteer feedback and implement effective problem-solving techniques and strategies

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Development Officer to join our team as a pivotal element of our new National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported project.

Job Description

Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a skilled, relationship driven and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to support the growth of our groundbreaking data initiative, Prostate Progress. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the point where healthcare innovation, research, data, and commercial partnerships meet. Playing a pivotal part in ensuring that industry partners receive exceptional service, clear communication, and the highest standards of delivery.

As the day-to-day lead for commissioned studies, you will own and develop a portfolio of relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech and research organisations. Ensuring seamless coordination between clients and PCR’s internal delivery teams and driving renewed commissions and expanded account value.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in account management, an ability to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables, and a passion for working in a purpose driven environment where partnerships drive real world impact for people with prostate cancer.

As part of representing PCR within the life sciences ecosystem, the role will involve both UK and international travel. Including attendance at client meetings, conferences, partner briefings, and key industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Client and partnership management

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for PCR’s partners commissioning data-related activities, coordinating structured communication through kick‑off meetings, milestone reviews, and issue‑resolution processes.
• Build and grow strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring clarity of expectations, accurate project tracking, and timely delivery of all commitments.
•  Develop tailored account plans to strengthen engagement, act as a trusted advisor to partners, drive renewals and repeat business, and drive year‑on‑year revenue growth.

Pipeline development and new business support

• Work with the Head of Business Development and Director of Partnerships to contribute to commercial discussions and maintain an organised, strategic pipeline of commercial opportunities across life sciences and research sectors.
• Lead the development of expansion opportunities within existing accounts, helping shape compelling, commercially viable proposals.
• Develop study scopes, timelines, budgets and value propositions that reflect both industry needs and PCR’s capabilities.

Internal Coordination & Project Delivery

• Collaborate closely with PCR’s Head of Project Delivery, Senior Data Analyst, Translational Research Director, and Finance to ensure internal readiness and alignment on all contracts.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal plans.
• Facilitate clear handovers, milestone planning, and resource assessments that support timely delivery and mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain oversight of project progress across active accounts.
• Proactively surface project risks, blockers, or capacity issues, ensuring rapid escalation and problem‑solving.

Commercial Oversight & Reporting

• Shape pricing strategy and commercial recommendations, including value‑based pricing and cost‑benefit narrative development.

• Identify growth opportunities and commercial risks

Compliance & Governance

Sector Engagement

• Represent PCR and Prostate Progress at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, helping build visibility and cultivate new leads. Includes international travel.
• Gather client and market insights to inform service development, modelling formats, and partnership offerings, develop a strong understanding of the external markets.
• Act as an ambassador for PCR’s mission and the value of Prostate Progress.

Skills and Competencies

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Experience

• Significant experience in account management, partnerships or client leadership roles.
• Experience working with and/or within pharmaceutical, NHS, biotechnology, MedTech, clinical research organisations, or related scientific/healthcare environments (desirable).
• Demonstrated success managing complex B2B accounts and delivering high‑quality partnership experiences.
• Experience shaping proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and contributing to pricing or cost‑benefit analysis.

The Project Worker / Advocacy Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-quality, person-centred Community One-to-One Advocacy service across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Join us at Single Homeless Project (SHP) as part of our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS), delivering accommodation-based support across our properties in Brockley and New Cross. This is hands-on, day-to-day work alongside people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, where no two days are the same. You’ll build real relationships with clients, supporting them to stabilise, develop life skills and move towards greater independence, while navigating the challenges that can come with housing, health and wider support needs.

As a Project Worker, you’ll be at the centre of the service; working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to coordinate support that genuinely moves people forward. Alongside your client work, you’ll play a key role in keeping the service running safely and smoothly, from maintaining a secure, welcoming environment to staying on top of health and fire safety standards across the properties.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Healthcare Manager to lead our Digital Health Programme and help shape the future of digital paediatrics across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the College’s digital strategy, supporting paediatricians to navigate a rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape, and ensuring children and young people benefit from safe, effective and equitable digital health solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Research and Evidence, you will lead the development and delivery of the RCPCH Digital Health Programme, working closely with senior clinicians, including the Vice President for Science and Research and the Officer for Digital Paediatrics. You will combine project management expertise, research skills and knowledge of digital healthcare to drive initiatives that support the paediatric workforce and influence national digital health policy.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across healthcare, academia, government and industry, helping to identify emerging trends, develop resources and promote best practice in digital child health. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and delivery of the RCPCH Digital Health Programme, supporting the integration of digital technologies into paediatric practice

• Managing key programme outputs, including the Digital Health Hub, Digital Solutions Catalogue and Digital Skills Roadmaps

• Conducting horizon scanning, literature reviews, surveys and research activities to identify emerging developments in digital health

• Supporting the development of digital policy positions and strategic priorities for the College

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital skills, education and training resources for paediatricians

• Representing the College on external committees, working groups and at conferences and events

• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organisations, academics, policymakers and digital innovation partners

• Supporting communication and engagement activity to raise awareness of digital health initiatives and resources

• Responding to member enquiries relating to digital healthcare and emerging technologies

• Ensuring digital inclusion and equity are embedded throughout all digital health activities and programmes

• Supporting funding and partnership opportunities that contribute to the delivery of the College’s digital strategy

Essential skills and experience include:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field with a research, health science or digital healthcare component

• Knowledge of research methodologies, including literature reviews, evidence gathering and data analysis

• Experience producing high-quality reports, briefings, documentation and communications materials for a range of audiences

• Strong project or programme management experience, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders

• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and programmes of work

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver work to a high standard within tight deadlines

• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships

• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information appropriately

Desirable:

• Project management qualification or certification

• Knowledge of NHS digital transformation, digital health technologies or healthcare innovation

Role Purpose

Pathway's Business Development Manager plays a key role in our small core team, working with staff across the organisation to develop our offers to NHS partners and building and managing relationships with external funders and partners from the statutory, charity and corporate sectors. Reporting to the Chief Executive the postholder plays a leading role in developing strategies to increase our impact, diversify our revenue streams and support the spread and replication of evidence-based models of care and service improvements, emerging from Pathway’s own work and our wide inclusion health networks.

The main tasks are:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Research and identify opportunities to spread Pathway's models of improved care, including new routes to NHS commissioners, budget holders, and innovative funding mechanisms. With senior support, identify target contacts and generate leads to develop and diversify Pathway's revenue streams and carry out planning to adapt to the external environment.

2. Grant Writing & Funding Applications
Lead and co-ordinate the development of high-quality grant applications and service business cases, working across Pathway's teams to gather evidence, articulate impact, and make compelling cases for support to NHS commissioners and Trusts, charitable foundations, and corporate partners.

3. Relationship Management
Build, manage and track relationships with NHS commissioners, system partners, clinical champions, corporate partners and funders through new and existing mechanisms. Represent Pathway externally, developing a deep understanding of commissioners' and funders’ needs, and propose ways Pathway can plan to meet them. Help staff, Fellows, and close partners to understand these needs and how Pathway may need to change in response.

4. Marketing & Communications
Work with the Communications Manager to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials that increase Pathway's impact and externally generated income. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Pathway's care innovations and service models, and promote these in an NHS-appropriate style. Keep abreast of developments in the NHS to ensure Pathway's communications and marketing activities connect with current health service concerns.

Programme Coordinator

The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The programme will establish three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each bringing together voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, people with lived experience, health and care organisations, local authorities and other partners to tackle the structural causes of ethnic health inequities through co-production, evidence and collective action.

As Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in enabling the successful delivery of this ambitious programme. Working closely with the Lead Changemaker, Changemakers and colleagues across the Foundation, you will ensure the programme has the systems, coordination and administrative support needed to deliver high-quality partnership working and meaningful co-production across the three ARCs. ​

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will coordinate meetings and events, maintain programme systems and records, support communications, and ensure partners and community members are well supported to participate in programme activities.
