We believe that lasting recovery is possible and are committed to supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, restore relationships and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
We are looking for a commited Christian to join our Recovery Coordination Team as an organised and proactive Admissions Coordinator. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, commissioners, families and referring agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to admission.

About You
You will be someone who thrives on supporting people at critical points in their lives. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and confident communicating with professionals, commissioners, families and prospective residents.

We welcome applications from people in recovery; however, due to the nature of the role and the support provided to residents, a minimum of two years' sustained recovery (clean time) is required.
As a Christian charity, we bring our faith to the work we do and the men we work with, so you will be someone with a deep-rooted Christian faith, able to inspire others in their own faith journeys, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all key decisions. Schedule 9, Part 1:3(a) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
What We Offer
