This role supports the Philanthropy Manager, Special Events and Committees, and the Senior Event Manager by delivering end‑to‑end event support for our portfolio of special events, including Recital 4 Research, an opera recital and reception; The Royal Marsden Cup, our annual golf day; and the Ever After Garden, our annual remembrance garden. Your role will include coordinating speakers, liaising with suppliers, managing volunteers, supporting in donor meetings, and writing donor communications. You will play an important part in delivering income growth from high value fundraising committees, special events and tribute funds.

This role also leads on prize donor stewardship, identifying opportunities for the Charity to be a beneficiary of an event, and events administration. Your support will ensure that as a team we deliver outstanding donor experiences and event outcomes.

About the role

The HR transformation director will lead the charity’s people and organisational transformation agenda during a critical phase of strategic delivery. The strategy was launched in 2025 and is currently being operationalised.

Working closely with the Director of Veterans and Families Employment, the Programme Manager drives operational excellence, strengthens service consistency across the UK, and represents the charity’s employment offer in the devolved nations. They ensure that our national network of Advisors is supported, empowered, and aligned to strategic goals, enabling the very best outcomes for the veteran community.

It’s essential that they have experience managing multi-site or national teams, alongside a strong understanding of employment support or careers guidance. Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is seeking an experienced and compassionate ESOL Coordinator to support our Community Hub Project. You will coordinate ESOL volunteers and resources, manage referrals and assessments to place users in classes, and administer registrations using RAK systems. Working closely with the Community Hub Manager, you will help deliver a blended ESOL programme that supports community integration, confidence and language development for refugees and people seeking asylum.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead delivery of Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE), an ambitious national initiative at the intersection of climate action, youth leadership and community engagement (3 days per week). This role will also support the delivery of the UN Award winning ParliaMentors project, providing mentoring, training and leadership development opportunities to students across the country, and maintaining strong relationships with University partners (2 days per week).

BELIEVE in Climate Action (BELIEVE) is an ambitious and innovative national programme led by the Faith & Belief Forum in partnership with the Cambridge Interfaith Programme. Together, we are building a bold new model for climate action, one that connects grassroots communities, young leaders, researchers and policymakers through collaboration, co-learning and shared purpose.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a pioneering, cross-sector initiative that is reshaping how climate action happens in England. BELIEVE operates at the intersection of community engagement, youth leadership and policy influence, requiring strategic oversight, strong partnership management and the ability to navigate complexity across local, regional and national contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Programme leadership & delivery

· Lead the strategic and operational delivery of BELIEVE across its three interlinked workstreams

· Ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a multi-year national programme

Stakeholder engagement & partnerships

· Mentor and support two teams of students at two universities as they work together to deliver a social action project

Person Specification

Essential Experience

· Significant experience managing complex, multi-partner programmes (ideally national or multi-regional)

· Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder engagement at a senior level, including building and maintaining strong partnerships across sectors

· Strong track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget

· Confidence and proven experience in line management (this role will line manage 1 Project Coordinator, and oversee an internship programme of up to 8 paid interns per year)

· Strong financial management skills, and experience managing large budgets (this role will be responsible for financial management of the BELIEVE project, and reporting to funders)

What you will be doing 

You will identify, engage and grow a community of individual supporters who feel deeply connected to our mission, developing propositions and campaigns that are emotionally compelling and inspire long-term giving. Harris Hill is supporting a leading national charity seeking a Kinship Navigator to deliver intensive, one-to-one support to family and friend carers raising children in challenging circumstances.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative, research-led programme designed to improve outcomes for vulnerable families. You’ll work directly in the Oxfordshire community and in family homes, supporting kinship carers to navigate complex systems including social care, education and health.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a caseload of families over a structured 6-month programme  
• Complete needs assessments, support plans and regular reviews
• Facilitate local peer support groups
• Work closely with local authorities and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to programme evaluation

About you (essential):

• Experience supporting vulnerable families or carers in a community or statutory setting (Knowledge of policy, guidance and support available for Kinship carers highly desirable)
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Ability to maintain high-quality case records and accurate data collection is critical
• Confident working with multi-agency professionals
• Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches
• Able to build trust and manage a varied caseload

We’re looking for a Training Project Lead to join our team on a 4-month contract. You’ll be leading on a project to improve our volunteer training programme, with a focus on supporting survivors of domestic abuse and incorporating a trauma-informed approach throughout the training package.

165 King’s Cross Road is at the frontline of Camden’s response to rough sleeping. As a 16-bed short stay service, it’s more than accommodation – it’s a critical turning point. As a Resettlement Worker, you will make sure that time spent here leads somewhere meaningful.

You’ll work with people who are navigating multiple disadvantage – including mental and physical health challenges, substance use, and contact with the criminal justice system. Your role is to turn crisis into momentum. Through high-quality assessments, personalised move-on planning and creative problem-solving, you’ll support clients to secure safe, appropriate accommodation and take their next steps towards independence.

Resettlement is not just about finding a room. It’s about widening options, challenging barriers and advocating for people who may struggle to access housing on their own. You’ll build strong relationships with housing providers, the private rented sector and pathway services, navigating local connection rules and housing systems with confidence and persistence.

Your impact will be tangible. Every sustainable move-on frees up a bed for someone in crisis. Every successful tenancy reduces the risk of a return to rough sleeping. This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive and driven by outcomes - someone who believes that short stay should truly mean short stay.

About you:

• You have experience supporting people facing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, with a strong understanding of the Recovery Model and strengths-based practice.
• You understand housing pathways and/or the private rented sector and can confidently navigate move-on options.
• You are skilled at completing high-quality risk and needs assessments and translating them into clear, SMART resettlement plans.
• You build strong partnerships with statutory and non-statutory services, advocating effectively on behalf of clients.
• You’re organised, confident with recording systems and numeracy tasks (e.g. budgeting, rent accounts, benefit calculations), and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced service.

The Pathways Youth Worker is responsible for supporting young people aged 16–19 who are not in education, employment, or training to move away from harm and progress towards positive, sustainable futures.

They build trusted, consistent relationships with young people facing complex barriers, providing tailored one-to-one support that promotes independence, resilience, and informed decision making. Through skilled assessment, planning, and delivery of targeted interventions, they help young people reduce risk, disengage from harmful lifestyles, and develop the confidence and life skills needed for adulthood.

Working in partnership with families, local services, and professional networks, the Pathways Youth Worker ensures young people receive coordinated, high-quality support that is rooted in safeguarding, youth voice, and strengths-based practice. Their work enables young people to access education, training, or employment and to sustain positive change over time
