You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).

You will have a proven track record of advising CEOs, Boards and Audit & Risk Committees, leading organisational change and financial transformation, and overseeing complex budgets, diverse funding streams and robust financial governance. Experience within the humanitarian, international development, healthcare or wider charity sectors is essential, with knowledge of institutional donor funding and grant compliance highly desirable.

The Role

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Fundraising Qualification, Chartered Institute of Fundraising, or equivalent

Prospectus are delighted to be supporting a small charity in South-West London in their search for an Interim Operations Manager on a 6-12 month fixed term contract, on a part time basis (3-4 days per week). The role offers £35,000 FTE and is home-based but with regular travel required across the Wandsworth area to provide operational leadership across their independent charity. You’ll bring proven experience leading teams and managing people, as well as strong operational management skills within a charity, retail, SME or similar environment. Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Deputy Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within a busy Court environment in Cannock, Staffordshire. You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role is part time working 30 hours per week covering primarily Cannock Magistrates Court and Stafford Crown Court when required
