Job description

The postholder will shape the FFLM’s strategic direction, develop new ideas and contribute to the delivery and future development of its overall strategy.

They will lead the FFLM’s communications and social media activity, own and coordinate strategic stakeholder relationships, strengthen member engagement, and work collaboratively across the organisation to develop, communicate and articulate its policy positions.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role. The postholder will provide advice and support to senior leaders while personally delivering key areas of activity. They will also build the systems, profile and business case required to strengthen and develop the function over time, including, where appropriate, establishing and leading a team.
