Your role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Experience Manager, you will focus on the following areas:
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of the face-to-face fundraiser experience, including recruitment, induction, learning and development programmes.
- Driving colleague engagement, recognition, culture and retention initiatives that support high-performing teams across the UK and Ireland.
- Working with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Marketing and People teams to attract, develop and retain talented fundraisers and managers.
- Using colleague feedback, performance data and operational insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Leading people-related projects, service improvements and change initiatives that strengthen the sustainability and effectiveness of the Face-to-Face Fundraising programme.

To be considered as our Face-to-Face Fundraising Experience Manager, you'll need:
- Significant experience within face-to-face fundraising field operations, including knowledge of fundraising regulation and best practice.
- Experience leading operational improvement, service development or change initiatives that have delivered measurable outcomes.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Salary: £20,000 at 17.5hrs a week (£40,000 per annum pro rata)
The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a UK-wide voluntary organisation and charity that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in farming and ‘walk with’ people at times of difficulty and change. We have been described as a ‘lifeline’ and a ‘trusted friend’ by people we have helped, and support over 12,500 people in agriculture each year with a wide range of issues.
We are recruiting a part-time Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager. You will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships.
You will build vital relationships with Trusts, Foundations and other grant providers, generating income and helping to ensure the financial sustainability of the charity.
You will also focus on increasing the volume and value of legacies left to FCN and nurturing these relationships and opportunities.

Key Relationships:

Key responsibilities:
The Trust Fund and Legacy Development Manager will be responsible for:
Trusts:
- Lead on the development and delivery of a new trust fundraising strategy.
- Identify, research and write compelling applications to meet and / or exceed income targets.
- Oversight and management of relationships with existing and new trusts and foundations and delivering funding reports to a high and consistent standard, including evaluating impact.
- Writing and submitting high-quality bids and tailored proposals to secure charity funding from trusts, foundations, grant providers and other sources.
- Monitoring requirements of trust fund projects, including meeting deadlines and collating relevant information.
- Working with the Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities and develop project proposals aligned to organisational strategy.
Legacy Development:
- Create and deliver an effective strategy for gifts in wills and in memory giving.
- Increasing income from legacies and wills, as well as maintaining and building legacy opportunities.
- Ensuring legacy funds are utilised in accordance with the wishes of the donor.
- Managing relationships with donors, families and other stakeholders.
- Recording income and donor support accurately and maintaining databases.
- Handling the responsibilities of the role sensitively and with care and compassion.
- Acknowledge and celebrate gifts in wills to raise awareness throughout the organisation, with its followers, supporters, staff and volunteers.
- Working with colleagues to gather content and produce high quality and inspirational updates for legacy supporters and their families.
- Respond to potential enquiries about all types of legacy gifts and gather details about each.
- Gather information from existing content and new sources to draft updates and other stewardship communications for individuals and legacy families.
- Identify case studies and stories from across our work, to show the impact of legacies and gifts in memory.

Essential Criteria:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent customer/donor care experience with a proven track record of exceptional listening skills.

· Experience in supporter acquisition, retention, and the development of supporters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communications Plan and Content Creation

Develop and deliver the annual communications and marketing plan, working with senior leadership to align activity with organisational priorities.

Plan, create and manage high-quality written, visual and multimedia content across media, social media, newsletters, presentations, speeches and campaign collateral.

Ensure all communications are accurate, impactful and consistent with The Hygiene Bank’s mission, values, tone of voice and brand guidelines.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
As part of Caudwell Youth’s five-year strategy to Go National, this role will lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s first online mentoring service.
The Project Manager for Online Services will oversee the pilot, implementation and ongoing management of the programme, ensuring safe, accessible and high-quality support for young people. Working closely with the Deputy CEO and internal teams, the role will shape the future of Caudwell Youth’s digital support offer.
Key Duties
- Lead the pilot and implementation of Caudwell Youth’s national online mentoring programme.
- Manage the digital platform where the online mentoring will take place, ensuring it operates effectively and provides a user-friendly service.

About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. About you
- Demonstrable experience of leading technology teams through significant change, such as service transition, operating model shifts or go-live readiness

Reporting to the Trading Director, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a group of Shop Managers, helping them maximise sales, donations, Gift Aid income and community engagement while ensuring shops operate safely, compliantly and efficiently.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the wider development of the trading business, lead operational projects, and play a key role in delivering FARA’s long-term retail strategy.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following competencies:
- Values-led leadership: A strong commitment to FARA’s mission, vision and values, with the ability to lead, coach and develop Shop Managers in a supportive, accountable and collaborative way.
- Commercial focus: Experience of achieving results through others, using KPIs, budgets and financial reports to improve sales, contribution, Gift Aid, stock generation and controllable costs.
- People development: Strong line management skills, with experience of recruitment, induction, performance management, succession planning and handling employee relations matters.
- Retail operational excellence: A sound understanding of shop operations, including pricing, culling, density, curation, sales space, sorting, layout and the ability to coach managers to improve the retail proposition.
- Compliance and risk management: Working knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments, fire risk assessments, regulatory requirements and the ability to maintain safe, compliant shops.
- Project and planning skills: Experience supporting target setting, five-year plans, shop improvements, refits, relocations or other operational projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an Area Manager, Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site retail role (or demonstrable desire to gain wider experience).
- Strong track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed commercial and operational KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to analyse financial and operational data.
- Experience in coaching, developing and motivating staff.
- Experience handling employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Knowledge of health and safety, risk management and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficient IT skills to perform a range of professional functions on excel, word and other applications.
Desirable
- Experience within charity retail or the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience recruiting and managing volunteers.
- Knowledge of retail refurbishment, relocation or property projects.
- Understanding of Gift Aid and donation-led retail operations.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Additional Information
- Travel across London will be required.
- Participation in an on-call rota approximately one weekend per month will be required.
- Occasional cover for colleagues during periods of annual leave/absence will be required.

As our Office and Facilities Manager, you won't just keep the lights on and the supplies stocked you'll be the person who makes our office a place people actually want to be. You'll bring warmth, energy and sharp organisational instincts to everything from health & safety and vendor contracts to onboarding new colleagues and pulling off brilliant team events. You'll also lend a hand to our People team with day-to-day HR admin, so a genuine interest in people operations is a real plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Running the office day-to-day supplies, suppliers, maintenance, tech liaison, and everything in between
- Leading on health & safety, fire risk assessments, evacuation drills and workplace compliance
- Being the friendly first point of contact for office and facilities queries, and for general enquiries via our website
- Supporting the People team with HR admin onboarding, records, recruitment coordination and starter/leaver processes
- Organising all-staff meetings, away days and key events that bring our culture to life
- Negotiating contracts and driving value for money with external suppliers
What we're looking for:
- A proven track record running a fast-paced, high-functioning office
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts and external contractors
- Confidence with MS Office, Google Workspace and everyday office systems
- Solid working knowledge of office health & safety and risk management
- A discreet, trustworthy approach to sensitive information
- A natural host someone who makes people feel welcome, valued and included
