We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Sessional Worker to support the delivery of services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves two key parts. The first is helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is supporting with outreach to local schools, colleges, community settings and professionals to identify and engage Young Carers.
About The Role:
You will work across two key age groups, 5–11 and 12–16, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. You will deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls and aim to identify and engage Young Carers in the community. You will also help ensure young Carers feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. This is a sessional role, therefore hours are not guaranteed but will be offered based on project need.

About the role:
At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 Kings Cross Road plays a vital role in offering people a safe place to begin their journey away from the streets. With 16 beds and a focus on short-term stays, the service aims to support individuals into secure and suitable housing within just 28 days. This is not simply a place to stay; it’s a place where change begins, you will be instrumental in making that change possible.
Working within a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, you’ll support people facing some of the most entrenched challenges in society. You’ll take the lead on a caseload, carrying out in-depth assessments and building support plans shaped around each individual’s unique circumstances. This includes creating tailored interventions that address a range of support needs your clients may face; from and physical health difficulties, to substance use, trauma and experiences with the criminal justice system. You’ll help residents with practical daily tasks, support their engagement with training and employment opportunities, and collaborate with a wide network of professionals including Connect Forward, In Roads and Camden Routes off The Streets to offer truly holistic support.

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated fundraiser to join our successful team as we embark on a major capital campaign (NHM150) to raise £150m to transform our South Kensington site ahead of our 150th anniversary. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for personally securing high six- and seven-figure gift from Trusts and Foundations.
The Senior Philanthropy Manager will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and the rest of the Philanthropy team, feeding into the overall strategy for the team. They will manage a portfolio of funder accounts which deliver long-term, high-value strategic partnerships as well as building new relationships.
The post will also manage a team of 3 – 2x Philanthropy Manager and 1 Philanthropy Executive.

About you
The role requires excellent fundraising skills, with experience in raising and managing high six- and seven-figure gifts. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Development
- Work closely with the Youth Work Manager and wider youth team in developing and delivering creative, inclusive and needs-led programmes, activities and services for young people that promote their wellbeing and enhance their life chances.
- Actively promote the meaningful participation of young people in shaping the ongoing development of Blend Youth Project service delivery.
- Work effectively across Blend sites and delivery locations in a range of contexts including: open drop-in sessions, alternative education provision, project-based delivery, community projects, detached work, 1:1 mentoring, residentials and school-based work.
- Function as the ‘Lead Worker’ within a variety of delivery contexts and conduct yourself as a role model in youth work practice, providing practice-based support to other staff/volunteers as required.
- Support the planning and delivery of alternative education sessions in a variety of settings as required and directed by the Alternative Education & Post-16 Manager and Specialist Teacher.
- Take a shared responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Branch, ensuring that young people have access to a range of services that meet their needs e.g. employment support, sexual health services etc.
- Take a shared responsibility for the care, upkeep and management of all Blend premises, equipment and resources, ensuring that routine practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- In the absence of the Youth Work Manager, act as a key point of contact for matters such as Branch premises procedures and protocols.
Quality Assurance & Communications
- To be responsible for the timely completion of all session plans, evaluation forms, progress tracking documents and all associated quality assurance documents.
- Track, record and report upon project progress to support funding monitoring reports / SLA requirements as required.
- Actively participate in producing content and promotional material for use in Blend Youth Project social media platforms, website and offline materials.

Charity People are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Service Manager to lead and deliver on the charity's operational projects, ensuring that their work has maximum impact and is embedded into the core output of the charity. You will need to be able to be reactive, adaptable, and forward thinking for this role. This role will line mange four team leaders and report into the Director of Services & Development.
Suzy Lamplugh Trust's operational services include the National Stalking Helpline and Advocacy Service which offers support and advice to thousands of victims of stalking every year. Caseworkers advocate on victims' behalf with police, social services and other statutory or victim support agencies. They also run London Stalking Support, a specific service to provide advice and advocacy for victims in London, including the development of a trauma-led approach to advocacy.
Overall purpose of role:
* To ensure effective oversight and evaluation of operational activity within the portfolio, including effective line management of team leaders
* To promote the work of Suzy Lamplugh Trust including the National Stalking Helpline and advocacy services, strengthening our voice as an authority on stalking and personal safety
* To support the Director to identify service quality opportunities and lead on their effective mobilisation and implementation
Key responsibilities:
* Provide management oversight in all areas of service delivery, ensuring services are delivered consistently and to the highest standard in line with current guidance and best practice.

We are looking for a Youth Worker to join our Youth Work team, working both on the Roundhouse Studios front desk as well as on our youth focussed projects. The role will work across our 7 day provision, with the expectation of regular evening and weekend work, to provide the highest standards of service and support to young people using the Roundhouse Studios.

Key responsibilities
1. Fundraising
- To be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries that come in by telephone, email, post, and in person.
- Support the team by recording and sending fundraising materials to those raising money for us through events and challenge event.
- Ensure communications such as letters, certificates and emails are processed in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide support to the events, community, partnerships, and individual giving teams and their programmes of activity.
- To develop a good understanding of fundraising activity and to maintain the processes behind registration and online giving platforms such as JustGiving, Benevity, CAF, MuchLoved etc.

4. Information Management and other
- Using the fundraising database (Donorfy) ensure all activity and correspondence is recorded accurately, as well as supporting our team’s financial processes and data export needs (training will be provided).
- Be responsible for ensuring all records are added/maintained/updated on the fundraising database, and ensuring all contact preferences such as unsubscribes are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- To develop an in-depth knowledge of the database to be the go-to person, and identify opportunities to support your own activity and that of the team.
- Continuously aim to improve the efficiency of administration processes necessary for the smooth running of the fundraising department.
- Create/update how-to guides within your area of responsibility.
- GDPR compliance - ensure supporter data is handled in line with GDPR, maintaining accurate records, respecting communication preferences, and supporting data protection procedures.
- To undertake other reasonable activities as required by your line manager or the Head of Fundraising & Communications.
