Funding has allowed us to recruit another reporter on a 12-month fixed-term contract as we deliver on Liberty’s exciting new three-year strategy. We are looking for an ambitious Investigative Journalist to help us deliver more impactful work on the role of AI technology in UK public authorities, particularly policing.
You will need to understand the power of telling stories and the role that journalism plays in mobilising action in the public interest. You will need a passion for upholding high factual and ethical standards. You will be excited about working in a multi-disciplinary campaigning organisation, and you will have excellent newsgathering, writing and contact-building skills.

Lack of awareness, stigma and discrimination in society, and a lack of action by decision makers, has stalled hepatitis healthcare worldwide. As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.
We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.
The successful candidate will deliver high impact multi-channel global campaigns to communicate our work to key stakeholders. We are looking for a communications all-rounder, with skills across content creation, copywriting, marketing, and social media. About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Essex Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
Reporting to the Head of Care out of our Essex base and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service; and will act as the local Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission, providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week); working part-time (minimum 21 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends will be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £46,000 with a potential step increase each year up to £51,253 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. We also try to give a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Remote or from Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices which are based in London between Vauxhall and the Oval. Hybrid working will also be considered and can be agreed with the line manager as per our hybrid working policy. The successful candidate could work from anywhere in the UK but would be expected to occasionally travel to London and other parts of the country for meetings and events. Annual Leave: Initially 25 days per year. After two years of employment, this will increase by one day per year up to a maximum of 28 days (pro rata if working part-time).
