The CSE Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and wider Basis management team to oversee the delivery of 1:1 and group-based support to young people in our service offering high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships. The Team Leader will hold a protected caseload to enable them to carry out their other duties.

The Role includes line managing the staff on the Young People’s Team, supporting with reports, recruitment and safeguarding. There will be an expectation to attend Child Focussed and Contextual MACE as an expert panel member and to support the Operations Manager with attendance at Silver MACE meetings. The role will work to ensure young people receive an exceptional service and contribute to the strategic development of Basis.

The Young People’s team work across Leeds and Bradford providing specialist support to young people experiencing CSE.  The team work to Basis’ organisational values, taking a harm reduction approach to enable and empower young people to make positive choices, whilst working to reduce risk.  The team have an established reputation for providing high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships.  Services are provided within the community, at venues as young people determine.

Crossness Pumping Station is a unique, world heritage site built in 1865 to help rid London of cholera. Lying abandoned since the 1950s, it has been lovingly restored by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers since 1987. We are moving into the next phase of our development as a museum and need to improve our support to existing volunteers and recruitment of new ones. About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment, induction, training and support of volunteers for Crossness Engines Trust.

This role will ensure that volunteers are effectively integrated into the organisation and feel valued, motivated and equipped to contribute to its mission. The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with Trustees and Visitor Development and Outreach Officer and Education Officer to develop a robust volunteer programme that supports both organisational objectives and the personal growth of the volunteers.

Role Summary

This exciting Project Coordinator role is central to the delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru, a high-impact initiative designed to open creative sector pathways for young people, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

Working closely with Into Film Cymru’s team and delivery partners, the Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day planning, logistics, communications, and coordination of Discover! events, workshops, and in-school activity across the nation with support and guidance from the Project Manager.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong bilingual (Welsh/English) communication, and a commitment to inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery of activity during a busy delivery window and support accurate data collection and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru activities in partnership and with support from a wide range of partners. Events to include in-school and online events, creative careers talks, workshops, and live showcases.
• Act as the main point of contact for participating delivery partners and where needed, educators and Careers Leads during the project period.
• Support partners to manage bookings, scheduling, travel logistics, and delivery arrangements for all events, ensuring quality and consistency across different locations.

Across our London Victoria and Manchester Ancoats campus, we have 363 apprentices currently enrolled on our Higher and Degree Level Apprenticeships. We specialise in five disciplines at present: software development, data analytics, tech consultancy, cyber security and business analysis, working with a wide range of SMEs and corporate organisations such as PwC, Bank of America, Deloitte, Clearscore, Just Eat, Capita, MHRA, Booking,com and Salesforce.

Key Aspects of the role & main duties and responsibilities:

• Promote Ada at outreach events (careers fairs, assemblies, workshops) across Greater Manchester with the aim of meeting our application, offer holder and enrolment targets.
• Engage and network with school contacts to ensure growth of Ada’s active contacts in outreach database.
• Manage and maintain of the school database to support outreach communications.
• Assist with event planning, administration and delivery including Outreach events, Careers Fairs, Open Days, School visits to Ada and Keep Warm events - This may involve commitment on some weekends and will require evenings and earlier starts.
• Ensure we are on track to meet our targets for the volume of applications, offers and ultimately enrolments for our new Manchester Sixth Form and ensure we meet our diversity targets.
• Support the administration of the Sixth Form application process including dealing with enquiries to the inbox and on the phone in a timely manner.
•  Sending application communications including invitations for assessment, offers and enrollment paperwork,  data entry and keeping accurate records of all applicants and their information within the customer relationship management tools (Salesforce, Civica and others).
• Accurate record keeping and data entry into Ada’s systems to produce insightful reports to drive recruitment and inform the leadership team.
• Administration and processing of students enrolments on GCSE results days and afterwards.
• Support with creation of Marketing materials for outreach campaigns and events.

Role overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to help keep our busy calendar of classes, events, and community activities running like clockwork. This is a varied role with a focus on bookings and administration, alongside outreach, communications, and reporting, helping us reach more people, share our story, and measure the difference we make. The role will be onsite at our teaching space in Hackney. You’ll play a really key role in our team, making sure everyone, from our chef educators to our school partners, has the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities
Programme & Administrative Coordination

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person show-arounds.

•  Coordinate all aspects of school, after-school, and holiday cooking programmes — including outreach, scheduling, and briefing the delivery team.

Finance & Administration

Cherry Trees provides home from home care for children with complex disabilities and a meaningful break for their families across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

1. Fundraising

• To be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries that come in by telephone, email, post, and in person.
• Support the team by recording and sending fundraising materials to those raising money for us through events and challenge event.
• Ensure communications such as letters, certificates and emails are processed in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Provide support to the events, community, partnerships, and individual giving teams and their programmes of activity.
• To develop a good understanding of fundraising activity and to maintain the processes behind registration and online giving platforms such as JustGiving, Benevity, CAF, MuchLoved etc.
• Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies.
• Help to actively promote participation in our fundraising events and activities.

3. Stewardship

4. Information Management and other

• Using the fundraising database (Donorfy) ensure all activity and correspondence is recorded accurately, as well as supporting our team’s financial processes and data export needs (training will be provided).
• Be responsible for ensuring all records are added/maintained/updated on the fundraising database, and ensuring all contact preferences such as unsubscribes are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• To develop an in-depth knowledge of the database to be the go-to person, and identify opportunities to support your own activity and that of the team.
• Continuously aim to improve the efficiency of administration processes necessary for the smooth running of the fundraising department.
• Create/update how-to guides within your area of responsibility.
