Our new People Advisor will act as a key contact for managers and employees, advising on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters. The role involves managing employee relations cases, supporting change projects, and ensuring best practices are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance management

- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures

- Support restructuring and change management processes

- Collaborate with recruitment and Occupational Health teams

- Work closely with trade unions and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience required:

- Experience in a generalist HR role

- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies

- Ability to manage complex casework independently

- Confident working with managers to improve service delivery

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- CIPD qualification (Level 5 preferred) or equivalent experience

- Gain experience in a fast-paced HR role

Join Tate and contribute to an organisation that values creativity, inclusion, and professional excellence.
