The Role
As Digital Learning Project Manager you will play a key role in helping the Law Society deliver the L&D strategy for its members. This is an 18-month fixed term contract (FTC) role.

Purpose of the role:

Required skills, knowledge and qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years experience in the youth work sector.
- A minimum in Level 2 Youth Work or working towards a qualification.
- A highly motivated, passionate and creative youth worker.
- Strong empathy and a person centred approach.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the principles of youth work as a distinctive practice of informal education and voluntary participation.
- An informed understanding of inclusive practice, with an enthusiasm to learn more and share your knowledge.
- Confident use of Microsoft packages.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
- Able to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.

You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at one of our IntoUniversity centres in London. What you will deliver (responsibilities)
Programme Support:
- Present analysis and insights based on performance data and any contact with delivery partners to inform decisions within the team about ongoing relationships.
- Support the writing of papers for the Investment Committee and other committees including the Access Board, to present clear information to support understanding and decision-making.
- Help to organise, manage and minute internal and external meetings and events, including peer learning workshops.
- Assist with keeping Programmes pages of the Access website up to date.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a bank of practical resources for use by our partners
- Other programme support duties as required.
Finance:
- Ensure robust financial management of Access’s programmes, including monitoring deployment targets of social investors and supporting the process for drawing funds from Access.
Relationship management:
- Become one of the day-to-day points of contact for a portfolio of organisations who are delivering or supporting Access’s programmes, or in the process of applying to do so. These may include social investors, grant partners or other stakeholders.
- Build strong productive and supportive working relationships with delivery partners, in a spirit of collaboration and learning.
- Maintain comprehensive and clear records of the status of the relationship and any key questions or issues which are currently being addressed.
Data and learning:
- Support the acquisition and collation of regular performance data submissions
- Support the analysis and reporting on performance within each delivery partner and across the portfolio.
Other tasks:
- Leading on or supporting the delivery of internal and external events
- Contributing to learning and programme design discussions

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to join us as a Start Fund Programme Officer, a critical role supporting the implementation of the global Start Fund. As Start Fund Programme Officer you will work with a wide range of stakeholders within the Start Network, supporting members on accessing Start Fund particularly for Anticipatory and Early Actions. You will also be responsible for project and team administration, such as processing of disbursements and record keeping of all project documents. You will support reporting, project compliance and escalate complaints and incidents.

Jointly preparing care plans with the day manager for new starters with Busydays .Reviewing care plans with Day service manager.
Liaising with local colleges/universities when required .We are used for training placements for social work students and health and social care students.
Monthly essential tasks are preparing accounts for the county council service users and for parents/carers submitting and collecting on time.
Monthly payments to staff,activity teachers regularly and transport companies .Keeping a close eye on all finances.
By expanding the numbers of people being supported at Busydays and further funding this will ensure the continuity of Busydays.
Providing purposeful day opportunities for people with learning disabilities within a safe place to feel included and socialise .

This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will lead targeted, multi-channel campaigns while also engaging directly in the sales process to win new business and upsell existing customers.
From building and managing a strong pipeline to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, you’ll ensure ambitious income targets are achieved and exceeded. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Generation Officer, you will lead a small team and align sales and marketing to maximise impact.

What you will be doing
