About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.

A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. - Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end process for delivering the legacies plan is designed and documented. This includes solving problems in circumstances where there is minimal guidance available from established practices and precedents within the organisation.
- Work closely with the Head of Relationship Fundraising and other fundraising colleagues to ensure that all fundraising activities are well-coordinated and contribute towards the overall fundraising strategy.

- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of legacy giving opportunities within the organisation. · Experience raising income from a range of income streams particularly Trusts and Foundations also including skills in managing events, individual donors, legacy, corporate and community fundraising.

- Responsible for legacy income of between £2.5-3 million a year

About you

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team and lead our fundraising efforts. This is a key role in ensuring we have the resources to continue providing vital support to survivors of torture and human rights violations. As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building relationships with key donors, and exceeding fundraising goals. We are predominantly funded by Trusts and Foundations and you will play a very important role in maintaining and expanding this funder base, as well as helping Room to Heal to diversify our income streams.
