The role
As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. You’ll work across multiple projects and deadlines, managing processes, organising meetings, following up action points, and keeping accurate partnership records.
You’ll champion the partner experience and ensure we always deliver value. This includes meeting with organisations to explore their goals, and briefing colleagues on new partners’ needs. You’ll also lead on our marketing and webinar programme, coordinating plans and working with colleagues and freelancers to deliver outstanding content.
This is a busy role with lots of opportunities to learn new skills, and you’ll be supported by a kind, open and inclusive team. We prioritise work/life balance, offering flexible working and a four-day week. As a Forward Action employee, you’ll co-own the company and share in its success.
About you
You’ll have experience as an account manager or another relationship-based role in fundraising, events, sales or marketing. You might have worked in an agency or the NGO sector, but this isn’t essential.
You’ll be highly organised, thrive on working quickly and efficiently, and have a sharp eye for detail. You’ll also be proactive, process driven, and an excellent problem solver who’s always keen to improve the way we do things. And as the first point of contact for many of our partners, you’ll be a great communicator who’s brilliant at building relationships.

The Head of Business Development role
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and committed Head of Business Development to join our growing charity. This senior role is part of GMYN’s leadership team and would be responsible for coming up with new business opportunities to generate income, as well as produce proposals to various funders and trusts.
It is a hugely exciting time to join GMYN and the Head of Business Development is a vital role. The charity is growing and extending our programmes and services across Greater Manchester, and we will be launching our new three year strategy in July. This role is key to support with leading the charity to achieve financial and growth targets as well as coming up with new and innovative business opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Lead on all commissioning activity at GMYN directly with commissioners and through tendering activity.

Personal Specification
You don't have to have worked in the voluntary youth sector previously. Our aim is to find a suitable candidate that can meet the selection criteria below. This can be from a past/current income generation/business development role, or a role with transferable skills.
More importantly we are looking for someone with genuine passion for working for a youth charity. Someone who can join our fundraising team and make a big impression, helping us to achieve our income generation goals. We want to hire an enthusiastic person who can maintain positive working relationships with various supporters, delivery partners and all stakeholders.
- Proven experience in achieving new business and generating income for an organisation, with relevant experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. Job Purpose:
WomenMATTA delivers support services to women in Manchester and Trafford who are in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with, the criminal justice system. This includes one to one advice, advocacy, practical and emotional support, and group interventions.
This position will provide strategic oversight and operational management to all WomenMATTA services delivered through hubs across multiple sites in Manchester and Trafford, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained, and budgets are appropriately managed.

The Role
Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Compliance Officer will drive the development of an improved Compliance culture throughout the charity whilst ensuring that we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws.

The successful candidate will be based from home with a requirement to travel to partner schools and business sites predominantly around Wisbech and Swaffham. Fuel expenses are paid and travel time is included as part of working hours. Working with secondary schools to provide early support programmes, core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school terms only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed as required.

The Role In Brief
This position plays a central role in the delivery of Koreo’s work; responsible for a portfolio of the company’s biggest and most established programmes. 1. Responsible for the successful delivery and development of a portfolio of national learning programmes and projects. ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is a small animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats, and other animals in Romania and internationally. Since its establishment in 2006, ROLDA has become a beacon of hope for the millions of vulnerable stray animals in Romania – one of Europe's economically poorest nations. Our mission is to manage the homeless animal population, estimated to be millions, through six key focuses: rescue, rehabilitation, sheltering, sterilisation, and education. Within our shelters, inspired by British kennel design and maintained to meet EU animal welfare standards, we can house up to 700 stray dogs at a time. Here, they receive complete veterinary care, rehabilitation, and preparation for rehoming. Since 2006, we have helped over 48,000 animals (primarily dogs and cats) and built two shelters for dogs and one for disabled and senior cats. We also distribute support, primarily through small grants, to six other charities in Romania and over 40 shelters in Ukraine. We rehome mainly in Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. In addition to our efforts in rescuing and rehoming animals, ROLDA tackles the root cause of Romania's homeless animals through comprehensive neutering programmes and educational initiatives. About the role:
The role of Triage and Early Interventions Officer (TEIO) is a fast paced one which requires the post holder to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to victims of crime and those accessing the service in Cumbria.
As a TEIO, you will;
- answer incoming calls, speaking to those affected by crime & manage a caseload
- make outgoing calls, assess needs and risks and action plan with callers
- work on the case management system to allocate cases, provide administration on cases and assess/ensure data quality
- liaise with other agencies where required to find out more information, give information or make referrals or give signposting information
- work with the wider team to ensure an effective, trauma informed service is given to those affected by crime

Oversee the 5Rights Research Officer, research projects and evidence-gathering programmes.

Draft briefings for Executive Director and policy leads.

Person specification
You’ll be a confident and skilled researcher, a clear, fresh thinker, and an excellent writer. High attention to detail, an eye for nuance, and the ability to digest complex information quickly and communicate it coherently are all musts. A background in technology issues or children’s rights is preferable, but not essential. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who’s thorough, proactive, super smart, and committed to our mission.
ESSENTIAL skills and attributes:

In depth knowledge of the technology regulatory landscape from the perspective of privacy, consumer protection or child rights;

A strong understanding of the tech industry ecosystem and business models.

Experience developing or contributing to tech regulation or technical frameworks.

Strong research credentials and the ability to design and oversee technical evidence gathering for corporate compliance;

A sharp mind and pen for succinct regulatory analysis;

A meticulous eye for detail and proven ability to design and deliver high-quality products, including the ability to craft and manipulate legal language (at least in English);

Remuneration and details

Location: Remote position with employee contract in UK or Belgium. Hybrid working in 5Rights’ London and Brussels co-working office spaces is available.

Salary: £43,600-£48,300 for UK-based candidate, with flexibility depending on experience; EUR 61,500-68,100 for a Belgium-based candidate.

Working hours: Full time, with some accommodation necessary for work across time-zones and international travel.
