Overall Purpose
This role works as part of a flexible delivery team to support the development, delivery and management of initiatives that enable and demonstrate our members ability to transform the NHS.
It works across our transformational programmes to support and facilitate a structured approach to the implementation and delivery of complex initiatives aimed at transformation within the NHS, within the organisation and in partnership with external stakeholders.

Development and Delivery
• Working with Programme Leads and Project Managers, establish and maintain robust up-to-date project management documentation to drive the implementation of NHS Charities Together transformational programmes: including capturing impact and benefits management in line with our overall strategic goals, risk and issue logs, managing milestones, workstream plans.
• Support Project Managers and Programme Leads and where delegated lead processes to convene, capture and synthesise evidence, data and insight from external sources to support the development and design of initiatives.
• Proactively build knowledge and understanding in the subject areas in which we develop initiatives, bringing this to bear in the shaping of existing initiatives and the development of new, and support wider organisational learnings in these domains.
• To review and assess proposed partnerships to support the delivery of initiatives.
• Regularly review and monitor impact against our strategic goals, identifying whether the strategic benefits and impact we seek are being achieved, and presenting recommendations for what progress means for the future strategic direction of our initiatives
• Adhere to internal and external governance processes by coordinating formal papers for key governance, review panels and advisory groups.
• Support the Programme Teams data and impact coordination by monitoring the measures dashboard.
• Support and where delegated lead the procurement and management of external evaluations.

Stakeholder Management/ Internal and External Engagement
• Manage ongoing stakeholder relationships and partnerships across the breadth of the initiatives we operate, including help troubleshooting issues which may involve a degree of complexity

• Support with developing materials for and delivery of support our projects and their stakeholders including briefings, workshops, grant applications and reporting, case studies and training materials for different audiences.
• Work with the communications team to develop and deliver communications plans for programmes ensuring consistency and shared visions
• Coordinate project-specific engagements that are vital to the success of the programme, including with member NHS charities and other external partners.

ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. In 2024/25 we delivered 67 courses and conferences to more than 2,300 practitioners across the UK, supporting lawyers, caseworkers, advisers and organisations working with migrants.
We are recruiting a Training Manager to run this programme end to end. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisation, confidence with digital platforms and the ability to work with experienced external tutors. Key Responsibilities
Programme planning and development

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership of all financial functions of the FMDM Foundation CIO and the wider Congregation.
Reporting to the General Bursar and working closely with the Congregational Leadership Team (CLT) and Trustees, this is a senior and influential role with responsibility for ensuring long-term financial sustainability, robust governance, and compliance with Canon Law, Charity Law, and financial best practice.
The post-holder will play a vital role in enabling the Congregation’s mission and global activities to flourish through sound financial stewardship, effective risk management, and collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership of finance and business administration
- Oversee budgets, management accounts, audits, payroll, and statutory reporting
- Advise Trustees and CLT on financial viability, risk, and forward planning
- Ensure compliance with Charity Commission requirements, SORP, Canon Law, Charity Law and Civil Law
- Lead and inspire the Finance Team, supporting professional development and change
- Manage property, assets, investments, and external professional relationships
- Work collaboratively with international FMDM leaders and bursars
- Attend Trustee Board, Committee, and CLT meetings, providing high-quality financial reports
About You
You will be a senior finance professional who combines technical excellence with integrity, discretion, and a collaborative leadership style. You will be comfortable working in a faith-based, values-led environment and committed to supporting the mission and ethos of a religious charitable organisation.
Essential requirements include:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
- Senior-level experience in charity or not-for-profit finance and governance
- Proven experience of budgeting, management accounts, audit, and strategic planning
- Experience reporting to Boards of Trustees
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- High levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- An understanding of the ethos of the Catholic Church in a professional context
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel overseas to countries in which the FMDMs are present, should the need arise
Desirable experience includes:
- Experience within international or religious organisations
- Knowledge of charity property matters and investment oversight
- Familiarity with charity-specific financial reporting (SORP)

Purpose of the job
The successful candidate will be employed as part of the Evidence Team working in a supportive, dynamic and fast-moving environment. While the post is initially funded for 1 year, there is likely to be further funding to work on projects related to water quality monitoring/modelling and nature-based solutions beyond this date. The role is to lead delivery of various projects within the Evidence Program, working closely with a variety of project partners and focusing on evidencing water quality pollution issues, identifying opportunities for pollution mitigation using nature-based treatment solutions, and monitoring their effectiveness. Projects vary from local and national scale to international collaborations.
You will undertake water quality monitoring, co-ordinate networks of citizen scientists to monitor water quality, perform dataset analysis, perform water quality modelling, and provide advice and guidance on the best nature-based solutions. This job would suit somebody with experience in monitoring water quality and/or nature-based solutions, and working with volunteers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support the delivery of various projects – including constructing work plans, achieving project milestones.
· Routine maintenance of probes, water testing kits and other field equipment.
· Data inputting, analysis, presentation and visualisation using a variety of software and online tools such as Excel, ArcGIS, QGIS.
· Production of high impact verbal and written reports aimed at a range of expert and non-expert audiences.
· Undertake surface water sampling and data collection, analysis and interpretation of results, desk-based studies and project reports and recommendations.
· Coordinate stakeholders across projects and partnerships to implement/co-develop new tools/approaches to data and evidence analysis/modelling.
· Method development and support of monitoring carried out by citizen scientists.
· Delivery of other types of project work, as and when required by project or team managers.
· Work outside in a riverside environment in a variety of weather conditions.
· Work with Thames21 colleagues to develop and implement Thames21’s vision.

This role is central to delivering Screen Share's award-winning Digital Access Programme, which refurbishes donated technology and distributes it to refugees and asylum seekers across the UK. This is a new role in the team designed to increase our capacity to support a growing client base. It is both practical and operational, involving both technology management and customer service.
The role focuses on making sure the right devices reach the right people. You will process referrals, coordinate fulfilment, and work with clients, partners and volunteers to make sure devices are delivered smoothly and any challenges are resolved with care. This requires clear and confident communication, strong organisation, and a trauma-informed, safeguarding-aware approach to working with people from many different backgrounds.
On the technical side, the post holder will support the end-to-end management of Screen Share’s IT assets. Working closely within the Operations team, this includes logging and tracking devices, maintaining accurate database records, supporting physical storage and stock control, assisting with secure data sanitisation, and preparing devices for distribution through careful packaging and postage. This element of the role ensures that all devices are handled safely, securely and in line with our operational and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Explaining Screen Share’s referral process to individuals and partner organisations seeking support, and signposting to external services where appropriate. Sharing responsibility with the wider team for client and partner communications,
responding promptly, professionally and courteously. Support in-person device distribution at partner charities, libraries
and accommodation settings, and provide remote technical support to clients via phone and email, communicating
clearly, patiently and with care.
Data Management and Administration
Reviewing, prioritising and processing referral applications, completing digital paperwork and issuing delivery and tracking information. Capturing, updating and maintaining accurate client and device data to support day-to-day operations and impact reporting. Allocating devices based on client needs and available stock, and handling all client, partner and donor information in line with data protection policies and GDPR requirements.
Postage and Packaging
Preparing, packaging and dispatching devices and accessories securely using postal and courier services. Ensuring all equipment is packaged safely and appropriately to prevent damage in transit.
General Operations and Ad-hoc Support
Participating fully in team meetings and contributing to shared problem-solving. Supporting the refurbishment process as needed, including data sanitisation, basic diagnostics, installing operating systems and logging donated devices. Assisting with fulfilment across other programmes and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Supporter Care:

Donations:
