The Centre for Progressive Change (CPC) is an organisation that builds campaigns for national policy change in the UK. Our focus is on making progressive gains that improve the lives of low- and middle-income communities. The Campaign Director will be in charge of our campaign for Safe Sick Pay, so that everyone has the Statutory Sick Pay they need. Main Purpose of the Post:
Provide advocacy, support, impartial advice, and information to survivors of all ages who have experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. This includes support within the Criminal Justice System (CJS), as well as delivering informed choices sessions to help survivors decide whether they wish to engage with the CJS process.
Key information:
· We require the post holder to be female under Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010).

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. For all survivors accessing the service
· Undertake needs-led assessments and develop individual support plans.
· Support survivors to access services to which they are entitled.
· Provide support (non-therapeutic) to survivors.
· Provide information on criminal, legal, and civil remedies where appropriate.
· Provide information and support in relation to Criminal Injuries Compensation.
· Where relevant, liaise with other agencies who are supporting the client.
· Assist survivors who decide to report by facilitating the reporting of the offence.
2. For survivors reporting to the Police
· Support survivors through the criminal justice system explaining the procedures, the ISVA role, and the client’s rights within the system.
· Liaise with the police and CPS on behalf of survivors and/or with survivors.
· Participate in case conferences with the police, CPS, and prosecuting barrister.
· Support and advocate for clients to access special measures.
· Where appropriate, support survivors to provide a victim impact statement during the trial phase.
3. Quality Assurance
· Maintain confidential client records, sharing and managing information in accordance with PRCCG Policies and Procedures.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with agencies supporting survivors.
· Ensure survivors receive the best possible standard of support in line with Rape Crisis National Service Standards.
· Attend and participate in regular Team Meetings, Peer Review Meetings, Reflective Practice and Clinical Supervision.
4. General
· Manage a caseload while taking responsibility for scheduling time off to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
· Work flexible hours where required and dependent on the needs of PRCCG and its service users.
· Participate in PRCCG training and development opportunities.
· Support the monitoring and evaluation of PRCCG services.
· Support the running of other PRCCG services where required.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.
The individual is a sociable and engaging man with a warm sense of humour and a deep appreciation for nature, music, and familiar company. He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.
The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.
The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.

What you'll do:
Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. This includes providing personal care, domestic duties, emotional and social support in a person centred way. Staff will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
About you:
- If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. In some services, this will include delivering personal and physical care as appropriate
- Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
- Participate in the support planning and risk management, as facilitated by the lead Support Worker
- Carry out security duties to ensure the safety of the customers and premises

How you will make a difference
Reporting to the Prospect Research Manager, you will identify and qualify new prospects across Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants, and Corporate Partnerships. You will carry out in-depth research using a wide range of sources, manage due diligence processes and ensure accurate data is maintained on our CRM systems. You will also work closely with the Interim Head of Trusts and Philanthropy to steward donors and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will be an inquisitive, proactive and data-driven fundraiser who enjoys uncovering insights through research and crafting compelling communications that make a meaningful difference to donors.

Are you passionate about building a high-performing team to support clients experiencing homelessness?
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the Hammersmith & Fulham Supported Accommodation Pathway. The pathway consists of supported accommodation for 129 clients across seven sites, including 24-hour staffed complex needs hostels and semi-independent services.
In the role of Deputy Manager you will support the Service Manager at The Coninghams, which is a 24/7 complex needs hostel with 31 residents. We work with some of the most vulnerable clients in the borough using psychological and trauma-informed methods.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of staff and services that are focused on recovery, working towards our clients moving forward into independent living and achieving their goals. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team in the day-to-day development and management of the service.
- Ensure residents have a safe, welcoming home, with staff who work in a caring, flexible, and approachable way.
- Line manage staff, providing motivation and supervision to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused, person-centred support.
- Foster a team culture that involves residents in St Mungo’s projects and local community activities.
- Work standard office hours (Mon–Fri), with flexibility to meet service needs outside these times.
About you
To thrive in this role, you must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the housing and support needs of people experiencing homelessness.
- Previous line management experience isn’t required, but you’ll have experience motivating staff or volunteers to deliver high-quality support.
- You’ll contribute to and draw strength from a supportive, experienced team.
- You’re a proactive problem solver who seeks support when needed.
- You’ll help the service manager lead with a positive culture and uphold high standards for staff and clients.
- You’ll collaborate across teams, services, and stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes.
- You’ll maintain a recovery-focused, trauma-informed approach, keeping clients at the centre of everything we do.
