The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. This is a true generalist role, requiring active involvement at all levels of HR, from transactional and administrative tasks to providing strong HR advisory support and managing payroll processes. 

This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent HR support and is eager to contribute at all levels.

Main Purpose of Job

The HR Advisor will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to the organisation's overall success. You will provide a professional and efficient HR service to managers and employees throughout the Trust. 

You will be responsible for preparing the monthly payroll processes and will lead on the benefits administration (including pensions) and collaborate with our benefits provider to ensure member benefits are processed correctly. 

You will ensure  that our HR processes operate efficiently, consistently embody our organisational values, and meet legal and best practice standards.

This is a great opportunity to join us as the new Chief Finance Officer. As the Depaul Group continues to experience growth and increases its impact, you’ll lead the effective financial and governance support provided by DPI to its subsidiaries. We're looking for a passionate, values-driven CEO to guide our charity into its next inspiring chapter. 

The Coalition registered as a charity in December 2023. We have spent the last 18 months developing the infrastructure of the organisation so we can meet the Charity Commission requirements. Context and purpose of role

We are looking for a Digital and Website Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications Team. The role holder will take a leading role in digital marketing, optimising our website using a data-led approach, and maintaining our digital asset management system.

Working with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement & Experience division and the wider business, they will also contribute to the development and delivery of marketing activities that deliver against brand and income targets.

They will work to upskill people across the organisation – including volunteers - to achieve greater impact with digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Website – act as the GB web admin, working in partnership with the Digital Technical team to manage user journeys and ensure content is high quality and search engine optimised in line with the website strategy.

• Digital marketing – Create and implement digital marketing activity in line with the agreed digital strategy and against agreed return on investment targets. Create and implement digital marketing plans to support advocacy and marketing initiatives for our programmes using relevant digital channels for the target audience

• Content development – source / develop content and assets such as case studies, videos, blogs and images to drive engagement across digital channels including the Ramblers app. Ensure all content is of high quality, permissioned and easy for colleagues to find within the digital asset management system.

• Insight– undertake regular reporting and apply data insights to shape content, campaign and creative outputs, applying a test and learn approach.
   
• Campaigning - Support policy and public affairs, to influence and deliver messaging to local or national agencies to maintain and improve access to the outdoors for all.

• Fundraising - Support fundraising with business development and income generation through developing and responding to opportunities that meet the aims of the Ramblers and achieve income targets. 

• Volunteering - Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer experience, promoting alignment with our values and ensuring volunteers have the necessary resources, training, and ongoing support to effectively contribute to our work

The Events Officer is a pivotal member of the Events HQ team, responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of events as outlined in the Events HQ roadmap. Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

• Demonstrable experience of supporting and leading on elements of events of varying sizes - including events for over 1,000 people, including high-value cultivation events, engagement events, and webinars.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience of delivering online events to over 500 attendees, including live polling, panel discussion and working with production companies

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in managing and prioritising multiple objectives, workstreams and communication priorities.

This will suit someone who has an expanse of fundraising and leadership experience as the job will involve overseeing the community branches, shops, regional partnerships and visits delivery plans for the region as well as matrix oversight of other fundraising functions.

As the Regional Engagement Lead, you will lead engagement activity for the South West region. The South West region covers Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, West Dorset, Wiltshire, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands with regular travel to the Regional Base in Saltash (applicants must live within the region).

As part of the Regional Leadership Team, you will provide leadership, guidance, vision and direction to ensure your region delivers its core service in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for and accountable for ensuring that the RNLI is the most loved and best-supported charity. You will also be responsible for the achievement of the income target in your region. You will ensure that our supporters, donors, volunteers and the public have a great experience and feel valued whenever they interact with us so that they join us, stay with us, advocate for us and feel part of the RNLI family. This will mean that your region has enough funds, supporters, and volunteers to keep the RNLI afloat for the future.

About you

We are looking for a visionary, natural leader who loves to inspire people. Perhaps you’ve worked in a variety of fundraising leadership roles in areas such as community fundraising, charity retail and/or partnerships in other charities or organisations. Or, you may have been a Head of Fundraising in a local charity. If yes is the answer to any of these, then the Regional Engagement Lead could be the role for you.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience of people leadership and of engaging supporters, volunteers and the general public in order to generate funds.
• Experience in leading field-based teams.
• Previous experience of being part of a senior leadership team.
• Experience working in a matrix style management organisation, adaptable to change.
• Experience in delivering and achieving a regional strategy with the flexibility to travel throughout the region at short notice.
• The ability to create, deliver and continually review a regional engagement or fundraising strategy.
• The ability to execute and deliver income targets, appropriately managing expenditure, increasing engagement and supporter conversions, cultivating relationships and experience of diversifying income streams for fundraising, retail and visitable assets.

- The role of RPCS Health Care Assistant is in place to provide end of life care to patients in their own homes in the final weeks of life. 

- We are looking for caring staff who could provide personal care to patients in their last weeks of life. 

- If you think this is you then we can offer a variety of shift patterns to suit you, working across a 7 day week. 

- Your normal hours of work will be a varied shift pattern (between 7am-11pm) on a rota basis from Sunday to Saturday. 

- You will be visiting patients living in your local area, who wish to be cared for in their own home. 

- You will provide support with washing, dressing, nutrition, and skin care. 

- During your visit you will spend time talking to patients and their relatives, using your skills to ascertain the best possible care for the individual. 

- Visits are mainly provided by two carers, but there are times when you will visit alone, so you must have access to your own car. 

- Experience is not essential as training will be given but ideally you will have had some experience of prior caring i.e. for a dying relative, childcare etc.
