About the role

This is a key role to help drive RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. As Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of RFUK’s fundraising strategy to sustain and broaden the organisation’s scale and impact. Reporting to the Head of External Relations and part of the Fundraising and Communications team, you will lead a range of activities and are responsible for developing and cultivating partnerships with institutional donors, trusts and foundations, ethical corporates, and individual supporters.

About you

You are an organised, self-starter and experienced fundraising professional with a proven track record managing a diverse fundraising pipeline from identification and cultivation through to securing gifts and successful stewardship. You have confidence engaging with foundations, corporates, individuals and major donors, and are excited to build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are eager and ready to implement new digital tools and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline processes and maximise long-term donor engagement and support. You have excellent communication skills, can juggle multiple tasks, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring resilience and cultural sensitivity to everything you do.

About the Role

Working with the Director of Fundraising and Communications, you will lead the development and delivery of Embrace’s supporter retention and donor development strategy, building deep and lasting relationships with individuals, churches, and communities. You’ll be responsible for shaping the full supporter lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing relationship building to reactivation, cross-engagement, and long-term value growth. This is a role that blends strategy, creativity, and data insight, requiring someone who can hold the big picture while empowering a diverse team of fundraising and subject matter experts.

Our Fundraising and Marketing team are looking for an exceptional fundraising leader to drive high value fundraising performance and thrive in a collaborative working environment across multiple functions to drive improvements, change and ultimately, income growth.

The role will work with senior leaders and fundraising teams on bringing our strategy to life and developing transformational opportunities that push us towards our vision for ending youth unemployment.

You will bring a strong understanding of the funding market, sector trends and have good understanding of a variety of high value income streams, enabling you to shape a compelling, impact-led portfolio of funding propositions and a sector-leading stewardship programme.

Leading a high performing team of specialists in Propositions, Proposals and Stewardship, you will coach your team to partner with fundraising colleagues across the UK, empowering them to deliver proactive projects, whilst being responsive to prospect and supporters’ requirements.

Location: UK – Home/Hybrid, with at least 40% of time in the London Office

CAFOD is seeking an Evidence and Learning Advisor to support International Programmes (IP) during a period of maternity cover. The role plays a key part in embedding evidence and learning within CAFOD’s Integral Ecology Programme Model (IEPM), which underpins delivery of our strategic framework, Our Common Home.

Working within the Programme Quality Support Team and reporting to the Programme Quality Lead, the postholder will cultivate a strong culture of evidence-based reflection and adaptation across programmes. The role involves primarily distance-based working, with some potential for international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate core learning processes, including programme deep dives and the Annual Review and Adaptation (ARA).
• Lead the update of International Programmes’ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) approach, ensuring alignment with the IEPM and reporting needs.
• Provide technical MEL advice and capacity support to programme teams and partners, including contributions to reviews, evaluations and institutional fundraising work.
• Facilitate cross-regional and cross-thematic learning, producing practical knowledge products for internal and external use.
• Support learning-focused events, communications, and engagement with external networks, donors and peers.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in evidencing and learning within development and humanitarian programmes, particularly partnership-based models.
• Experience working across multiple themes and regions, with an ability to communicate complex learning clearly.
• Strong skills in developing guidance, tools, systems and training, and in coaching to build capability.
• Experience supporting institutional fundraising processes and synthesising learning for varied audiences.
• Desirable: relevant academic background; additional languages (Arabic, French, Portuguese or Spanish); experience engaging with academia, donors or sector networks.

This is a varied and hands-on role within a small team. You will be confident building relationships with donors and supporters, supporting events and writing clear, persuasive fundraising content. You may already have experience across more than one fundraising area and will be keen to build your skills further in a broad fundraising role.
