The LTA Tennis Foundation, the LTA's official charity, is in the exciting, early stages of their fundraising journey and we are looking to recruit our first Philanthropy Manager, to support the Fundraising Lead in delivering our plan, taking a particular lead on managing our relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
We are fortunate to have an impressive, and growing, portfolio of prospective major donors and this role will be responsible for further prospecting, the cultivation of gifts, and stewarding of HNWIs – ensuring we build high impact relationships that help us to achieve our ambitious financial targets. While major donors will be your focus, as a small team, you will also play an important role in supporting the Fundraising Lead with a significant programme of wider activity within our fundraising plan.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven fundraiser, with demonstrable experience in securing major gifts from individuals, exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for the power that sport can play in improving lives.
Although the Philanthropy Manager will be employed by the LTA, which brings the opportunity to utilise the significant infrastructure and resources of a large organisation, your work will be dedicated to the LTA Tennis Foundation.
- This is a permanent role, however we are opening to considering part time applications, although you must be able to commit to 3 days per week, minimum.

The Principal Gifts Fundraiser is responsible for securing new six and seven figure gifts from individuals to grow our portfolio of major donors. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships

Income Growth

Collaboration

Stewardship
You will ensure exceptional donor stewardship and provide a high-quality experience for supporters at every stage of engagement.
Cultivation events

Data Management

Other duties
· Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with HI UK colleagues, the Federal fundraising and communication teams, and Major Giving counterparts in other HI national associations in Europe and North America.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated major gifts fundraiser to join our small fundraising team to support our ambitious goal to raise £20 million in support of the Be the Spark campaign.
This role is perfect for a collaborative self-starter who wants to make an impact, working at all levels of the organisation to maximise the relationships that will enable the Ri to succeed. About the role
Having established a strong fundraising capability and team with significant income growth over the last 4 years, Kidney Care UK is now looking for an exceptional Head of Fundraising to take the Charity to the next level.
You will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a new 5-year fundraising strategy for the charity, with direct responsibility for managing Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, Legacy, In Memory, Community, Trade, and Challenge Event income streams.
You will be responsible for building a strong, motivated Fundraising team at the heart of the Charity, leading and inspiring a team of 13 fundraisers.
You will lead on developing and delivering the operational strategies, activities and key programmes of work, set budgets, develop supporter recruitment plans and deliver stewardship that offers a best in class supporter experience. You will inspire supporters to raise more to help more people with chronic kidney disease.
You will report directly to the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications and be expected to manage Fundraising Managers and oversee the wider team.
Over time, you will also have the opportunity to personally develop your own 6-figure income streams and support the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications across his network of 6 and 7-figure prospects and funders.

About the role
We are looking for two exceptional Heads of Philanthropy to join our team to significantly increase philanthropic income for faculty fundraising priorities across King’s College London.Within your application, please indicate which position you are applying to, or if you are happy to be considered for both positions.
One role will lead the Health, Science & Technology philanthropy team, and the other will lead the Arts & Social Sciences philanthropy team. Candidates will need to demonstrate curiosity and genuine interest in the academic areas that fall within the role, and work in partnership with King’s experts and other stakeholders to be successful.
King’s has an ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for Faculties as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising and engagement campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029. There is currently at least one major gift fundraiser working in each Faculty. Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.
We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of developing new, high value relationships, with experience of closing gifts at the six- and seven- figure level. They will need to demonstrate that they understand what is required to build and scale prospect portfolios. They should be intellectually curious and energised by the depth and breadth of King’s academic expertise, with particular interest and passion to work with senior university leaders and academics to secure funding for a range of priorities across either the Arts and Social Sciences, or Health, Science & Technology portfolio.
Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function in advance of the launch of the university’s next public fundraising campaign. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.
This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office, on King’s campuses or meeting donors externally. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience of managing a high-performing fundraising or major gifts fundraising team

The Head of Fundraising will lead all fundraising activities, overseeing the full spectrum of income generation to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education.
