About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Corporate & Philanthropy Partnerships Manager to play a key role in growing income and building high-value partnerships that support our lifesaving work.

This is a strategic and highly engaging role, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate partners, business leaders, and philanthropists. You will identify and secure new opportunities, while nurturing a portfolio of existing supporters to maximise long-term income and engagement.

With a strong focus on corporate philanthropy and major giving, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to secure significant gifts, multi-year commitments, and impactful partnerships. You’ll create compelling proposals and tailored engagement plans that align our mission with the priorities of our partners.

The role combines business development, relationship management, and strategic planning. You’ll collaborate across teams, represent the organisation at events and meetings, and ensure partners receive exceptional stewardship and clear impact reporting.

The Trusts and Grants Officer is responsible for securing and growing income from charitable trusts, foundations and other agreed grant-making bodies to support LOROS’ core services and strategic priorities.

The post holder will develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of trust and foundation prospects, produce compelling and evidence-led funding applications, steward funders through excellent reporting and relationship management, and contribute to the wider philanthropy and major giving programme.

The role plays a key part in maximising voluntary income, strengthening long-term funding relationships, and ensuring LOROS’ work is clearly communicated through impact, outcomes and

Yeldall Manor is a Christian residential treatment centre near Reading for men struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol. This is not a conventional corporate fundraising role. You will develop creative propositions and identify new routes to value - inspiring companies to engage with Amnesty in ways that go beyond traditional charitable giving. Day to day, you'll cultivate senior relationships, shape bespoke value propositions, build and maintain a prospect pipeline worth at least three times your annual income target, and brief the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team ahead of C-suite engagements. • You have experience in major partnership fundraising, with a track record of securing significant five to six figure gifts and growing high-value relationships.

Summary of the Role
The Director of Development (DoD) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all fundraising income and supporter engagement activity at DSWF. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable, diversified revenue growth aligned with DSWF’s mission across conservation, education and art, while building lasting relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners and senior supporters.

Working in close partnership with the CEO, COO, CFO, and Board of Trustees, the DoD translates organisational strategy into compelling Cases for Support, effective fundraising plans and measurable outcomes. The postholder leads and develops a high-performing Development team, ensuring strong delivery and continuous improvement.

As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Director shares responsibility for shaping the Foundation’s overall direction, contributing to governance, organisational culture and high-level strategic decision-making.

This is a pivotal position combining senior management with hands-on major gift fundraising and team leadership. Central to enabling the Foundation’s long-term impact and growth, the DoD is a driving force behind DSWF’s ability to successfully deliver its mission to protect endangered species in Africa and Asia.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
•Lead on the development, implementation, delivery and continuous refinement of DSWF’s multi-year Development strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and long-term financial sustainability.
•Advise the CEO and Trustees on fundraising performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
•Own and articulate the organisational Case/s for Support, ensuring a clear, compelling narrative that integrates conservation impact, education outcomes and artistic heritage.
•Working closely with the rest of the SMT, embed a culture of philanthropy across the organisation, enabling all team members, Trustees and ambassadors to actively support income generation.

Major & Strategic Fundraising
•Working closely with the CEO, cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of DSWF’s most significant donors and prospects, including major individual donors, trusts and foundations, legacy campaigns and strategic partners.
•Responsible, alongside the CEO, for the overall management of all corporate partnerships and sponsors.
•Design and lead bespoke solicitation strategies for new high-value prospects, involving the CEO, Trustees and senior colleagues as appropriate.
•Oversee the development of structured approaches to major giving, trusts & foundations, legacy giving and corporate partnerships.
•Have strategic oversight of lower-level individual giving programmes including appeals, regular individual giving and adoption schemes.

Team Leadership & Management
•Lead, manage and develop the Development team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and income targets aligned to the overall strategy.

Supporter Engagement
•Represent DSWF externally with senior donors, partners and sector peers, enhancing the organisation’s profile and credibility.
•Oversee a high-quality supporter journey across all touchpoints, ensuring donors feel valued, informed and connected to impact including lower-level individual giving.
•Champion systematic all level stewardship, donor care and impact reporting to maximise retention, lifetime value and advocacy.
•Ensure accurate, GDPR-compliant data capture and effective use of CRM systems (Beacon) to drive insight-led fundraising.

Events
•This senior role will have overall responsibility for any fundraising or donor profile events (at present this would include the Wildlife Ball which is an annual fundraising/profile raising event that takes place at the Dorchester Hotel).
•Working closely with the rest of SMT, this role will direct the Development team to ensure that all events deliver optimum, high level donor experiences and are run professionally (with logistics and operational support from the COO and team).
•This role will have overall responsibility for ensuring the CEO has all information required to support engagement with donors at all events.

Governance & Reporting
•Report on Development performance to the CEO, SMT and Trustees, providing clear analysis against agreed targets.
•Work closely with Finance to support forecasting, budgeting and long-term income planning.
•Work closely with Finance and legal advisors in relation to all legal matters pertaining to legacies and bequests.

Person Specification

•Significant senior leadership experience in fundraising and development within complex, mission-driven non-profit organisations, at Director level or equivalent, where philanthropy is critical to organisational impact and growth.

Philanthropy will play a defining role in delivering this ambition. With plans to significantly scale income over the coming years, we are seeking a senior, commercially-minded Philanthropy Lead to drive high-value growth and deepen engagement with influential supporters across Northern Ireland 

As Philanthropy Lead, you will take ownership of a high-value donor portfolio, securing and stewarding five and six figure gifts while driving forward a donor-centric fundraising strategy.

We are looking for a highly skilled major donor relationship manager who knows how to engage and inspire lasting relationships with high-value supporters, turning shared ambition into meaningful impact. As Senior Philanthropy Executive, you will help grow major donor investment: accelerating progress in MND research and contributing to the delivery of crucial support services for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Community.

This is a role for someone who understands and excels in the stewardship required to secure transformative philanthropic support. As Senior Philanthropy Executive, you will shape major donor journeys to inspire donors’ philanthropic aspirations and align them with MND Association priorities. You will open doors to new relationships through thoughtful and influential networking and cultivation.

You will be part of the Motor Neurone Disease Association’s Philanthropy team, working with major donors and prospects across the UK. You will manage a defined portfolio through which you will secure significant philanthropic income as you deliver thoughtful and personalised stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects
• Secure significant and sustainable income, including multi-year and six-figure gifts
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through tailored engagement and stewardship
• Deliver compelling written and verbal donor communications and proposals

Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT) is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead and grow our charity’s trading arm, YDMTCL. This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for someone with strong business development and leadership skills to build on the success of our Landscape Design team, while also originating and leading your own projects to strengthen commercial performance and impact.

About the role 

YDMTCL currently delivers landscape design services through a team of two Landscape Architects, working across urban, rural and community regeneration projects. The team combines strong technical expertise with creative design skills to deliver high quality green infrastructure and green space solutions.

The company currently has an annual turnover of under £100,000 and a clear ambition to double this over the next two to three years. The postholder will play a key role in driving this growth and will be expected to make significant progress towards this target during the 18 month contract period. All profits generated by YDMTCL are gifted back to the charity, directly supporting its charitable objectives.

This role will be primarily focused on the trading company, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to YDMTCL and up to 10% supporting the wider charity. You will originate and lead your own projects, creating vital new income streams for the organisation. Your work will focus on integrating ecology and landscape design to deliver innovative, high quality projects that contribute meaningfully to nature recovery.

Our new Grant Fundraiser (Trusts and Corporates) will research, write and submit high-quality, well presented, well-reasoned grant applications, working to secure major gifts for capital and revenue projects from grants and foundations, major donor and corporate bodies in order to achieve fundraising targets.

Your role

We are looking for a proactive and talented individual who has demonstrable experience of working in trust fundraising, and who can build rapport and meaningful relationships with key trustees and major donors. Writing and submitting applications and proposals to trusts will be the core focus of your role, with a view to securing sizeable donations for the work of CMS. You will also have a small caseload of existing individual major donors and small family trusts to both retain and grow their financial giving.
