We're seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our Digital, Technology & Data Analytics team within the CIO team in Wembley, working hybrid from home and the office 2 days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in safeguarding our organisation against cyber threats and ensuring the resilience of our digital infrastructure.

The role:

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will support the improvement of organisational resilience by reducing the likelihood and impact of cyber incidents. Working closely with our external Security Operations Centre (SOC) provider, you will monitor security events, conduct initial triage of incidents, and contribute to the remediation of vulnerabilities across our systems, networks, applications, and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and respond to security events and alerts using SIEM platforms and other security tools, serving as an escalation point for complex incidents.
• Conduct in-depth investigations, threat hunting activities and root cause analysis to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Own and enhance security data ingestion, develop and maintain KQL queries, create analytics rules, and automate processes through playbooks.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation initiatives across on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Support the administration, monitoring and optimisation of Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), ensuring effective perimeter security, threat prevention and secure remote access.
• Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours cyber incident response.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of two years' experience in a Cyber Security Analyst or similar security-focused role.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and security operations platforms, particularly Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR, alongside strong KQL skills.
• Proven ability to optimise log ingestion, develop analytics rules and improve asset visibility across complex environments.
• Good understanding of network security concepts, with practical experience of Palo Alto firewall technologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Intune to implement security baselines, compliance policies and Conditional Access controls.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools and a track record of driving remediation activities across infrastructure and cloud estates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pathway is looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Research and Data Analyst to join our small core team. This new role will be based in our Pathway Partnership Programme (PPP) Team and will work across the organisation in particular with: our Pathway Partnership Programme (PPP),our Policy and Programmes team and our Communications Officer. 

If successful, you will work closely with clinical and other colleagues to improve the capture, reporting and use of data collected from specialist PPP homeless hospital teams; contribute to the development of a minimum data set for Pathway teams and data dashboards or other feedback methods for clinical colleagues; work with partner NHS organisations and teams to develop practical, useful approaches to data collection; help Pathway remain compliant with relevant data protection regulations; carry out structured analysis and contribute to reports, especially the annual report of our hospital partnership programme (PPP) and the Homeless and Inclusion Health Barometer, working with members of our lived experience programme; contribute to wider policy and communications work and impact reporting across the organization and contribute to the design and delivery of research projects within the organisation and supporting our external research partnerships.

You would also represent Pathway at appropriate meetings with external partners; support Pathway to demonstrate its impact, including contributing data to reports for funders and other partners; and  maintain appropriate electronic files and records.

You must have:

By managing day-to-day CRM operations, handling imports, selections, and user support, you ensure that colleagues across the organisation can trust the data they use and work efficiently. Your contribution means communications are targeted and accurate, volunteer and supporter records are reliable, and teams can focus on their mission rather than system issues.

Key Responsibilities

User Support & Administration

• Provide first-line technical support for Salesforce, resolving user issues related to access, new fields, layouts, and general functionality, escalating complex configuration or system-wide issues to the Senior Database Administrator where required.

• Provide second-line support for record-level data issues (e.g. duplicates, permissions, missing fields, or data discrepancies), escalating where necessary for complex data or automation errors.

• Provide guidance to staff on how best to use Salesforce for their day-to-day needs.

• Maintain and update user accounts, roles, and permissions.

• Deliver basic in-house training sessions and user guides to support adoption.

• Day-to-day responsibility for co-ordinating routine GDPR-related deletion requests.

Data Management & Imports

• Manage regular data imports

• Run reconciliations with Finance to ensure CRM records align with income systems.

Reporting & Dashboards

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of impact across a portfolio of projects and programmes delivered by a range of our VCSE delivery partners. Working alongside colleagues across the VCSA, you will help bring together information from different projects, support the production of clear reports and visualisations, and help the organisation understand what its data is telling us about performance and impact. Key Responsibilities

Job Description

Do you have experience in designing, reviewing or improving administrative or operational processes, with a focus on the user experience above all? We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead and deliver a transformation roadmap that redesigns and improves student services, using service design and business analysis approaches to create efficient, student-centred processes across the Union.

The role is full time (with part time possibility) and a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office).
 

Duties and Responsibilities

You will lead the delivery of a transformation roadmap to redesign and improve student services across the Union, focusing on creating efficient, user-centred processes that enhance the experience of student leaders and staff. This will involve analysing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and balancing quick wins with longer-term change aligned to the academic cycle.

You will work closely with students, staff and stakeholders across the Union to co-design services and ensure they meet real user needs. Using data, insight and feedback, you will prioritise improvements, build engagement, and ensure that systems and tools—working in partnership with IT and Digital—support the delivery of better services.

Alongside delivery, you will help embed a consistent approach to service design and process management, producing clear documentation and building organisational capability for continuous improvement. You will also ensure that all changes align with governance, risk and compliance requirements, supporting sustainable and effective service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of service design or business analysis approaches, and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly to diverse audiences.

Barnardo's is looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills and a passion for the charity sector to join our Analytics team within Digital, Data and Technology on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, commencing in September.

The Analytics team is a central function that provides insight, information and data to colleagues across the charity. We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Analyst to join our Translational Research team.

This role will support the generation, interpretation, and communication of research insights derived from a range of healthcare, clinical, patient-reported, and real-world datasets. We are looking for an End User Services Analyst to join our IT Operations team, where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused IT service across the Law Society. As part of a forward-facing team, you will provide both in-person and remote support to staff and visitors, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels, escalating where appropriate and ensuring timely resolution. You will support a range of hardware and software, maintain meeting room technology, and help ensure end user equipment is readily available and fit for purpose. Working within an ITIL framework, you will contribute to continuous service improvement while ensuring compliance with IT security and policy standards.

You will also manage user access across systems, including Active Directory, VPN and business applications, keep accurate records within the ITSM toolset, and support the ongoing development of the Service Desk knowledgebase. Maintaining stock levels of equipment and licensing, in collaboration with IT Procurement, will also form part of your responsibilities.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual with experience in a Service Desk or End User Services environment. You will have strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software, along with a solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.

You should be comfortable managing user access, including Active Directory and VPN, and able to prioritise your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be supporting a wide range of users with varying levels of technical understanding.
