The Role
This role is part of the Global Fundraising Team of over 50 staff. You will be responsible for planning and managing a digital fundraising portfolio including paid and organic advertising, Shop and eCommerce products, and Community and Events fundraising.
You will manage the delivery of digital campaigns from start to finish, from budgeting and scheduling through to audience selection, agency and supplier briefing, copy and creative development, digital production, and reporting.

The Candidate
Track record of working on successful digital marketing, campaigns and communications ideally in a charity setting.
Experience of delivering digital marketing strategy and campaign management for lead generation, acquisition and retention that is audience-centric, rooted in insight and target driven.
Experience of working across a range of digital channels including paid and organic social media, Google Ads , web and email.
Hands-on experience of working with digital production, service providers and platforms to identify and deliver best-in-class digital solutions.
Experience of digital and data reporting and analysis, with track-record of acting on insights to achieve KPls and income targets.

Our Communications Officer plays a key role in our central Communications team, working collaboratively with colleagues to create impactful messages which are consistent, clear and well-framed. Through this work, you’ll support thousands of people across three key work programmes – Behaviour Change, Culture Shift and Information and Advice. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team and help us deliver exciting initiatives that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.
Engagement will be a key part of your role, from maintaining webpages and digital channels to supporting our alumni network through newsletters, communications and opportunities for continued involvement. You’ll help manage our online Clinical Champions learning hub and, with training provided, will also have the chance to coach and mentor clinicians using Insights Discovery (a psychometric tool helping people understand their own and others' behavioural preferences and communication styles).
What we want from you
We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working with people and able to keep several projects moving at once. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, from clinicians to colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll bring experience in event planning and support, along with project coordination, and you’ll be comfortable managing webpages and creating online content. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, colleagues and senior leaders, so collaboration will be second nature to you.
An understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors will be valuable, as will experience in presenting and facilitating discussions. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively when things get busy.

Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner - Organisational Change
Location: Based in our Central office in Islington, around a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client as we look to support the organisation appoint a Grants Manager for their Building Independence portfolio. This position will be offered on a permanent basis, with expectations to be in the London office at least once a week.

Building Independence
One of those priorities is their Building Independence portfolio. Building independence prioritises supporting organisations working with young people aged 14 to 25. Too many lack the support, relationships, or safe spaces they need – especially those leaving care, excluded from school, living with a learning disability or navigating life as an LGBTQ+ young person.
The foundation fund work that helps young people to raise aspirations, build confidence and feel equipped for the next stage of life. They also support work that joins up fragmented services and pushes for policies that reflect the real experiences of young people. Through their partners, they want to help young people not just get by but move forward with purpose. They also want to help create the conditions where young people shape the communities and systems around them too
The Role
The role of Grants Manager will work to support the successful delivery of grant within the Building Independence Portfolio. This includes the undertaking of grant application assessment, participation in application decision meetings and undertake visits to meet organisations working in this area. You will support this work by undertaking complimentary policy research, building a deeper sector knowledge to support the development and continuous improvement of the fund.
The Candidate
Successful candidates will come with experience, or understanding, of grant making, particularly with understanding of youth voice and systems change. They’re looking to bring someone in with a good understanding of the principles of good grant making. This includes knowing the terminology and grant making practices.
Candidates will also need to come into the organisation with an understanding of how youth voice can shape work. The foundation want to strengthen organisations that do youth voice work well. Candidates will need to come into this role with an understanding of youth voice and associated language.
They are also keen on candidates with experience, or understanding of, systems change. This can take many shapes and sizes, as long as the work candidates have delivered has been focused on changing and adapting systems for beneficiaries.

Are you a strategic and passionate legacy marketing professional ready to lead transformational change? Barnardo's is looking for a Senior Legacy Marketing Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to shape and deliver a sector-leading legacy and in-memory giving programme. This is a unique opportunity to help secure the long-term future of our vital work with children and young people across the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving and Legacy Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of Barnardo's Legacy Marketing Strategy, with a focus on growing the number of legacy pledgers and intenders, delivering exceptional stewardship, and embedding legacy giving across the organisation.
You'll also play a key role in developing a long-term growth strategy for In Memory Giving, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver inspiring and engaging supporter experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of a long-term Legacy Marketing Strategy to grow income from gifts in wills and in-memory giving.
- Manage a team of legacy marketing professionals and oversee a budget of approximately £600k, with an income target of £240k.
- Design and implement sector-leading stewardship journeys for legacy audiences.
- Collaborate across fundraising, marketing, and supporter care teams to integrate legacy messaging and supporter journeys.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and supporter experiences.
- Monitor trends in the legacy giving landscape and use insights to inform strategy and innovation.
- Champion legacy giving across the organisation, building awareness and engagement internally.
