We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about marketing, social media, and digital communications and is eager to develop their expertise and experience in a friendly and flexible organisation.
This role will collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing and Communications team, contributing to a range of projects and campaigns.
Through this collaboration, you will receive guidance and support in developing your skills, offering a unique opportunity to work creatively on real projects.

Contract terms:
· Permanent contract.

Summary of key duties:
Social media management:
· Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn).
· Work with the Events and Marketing Coordinator to create the monthly content calendars.
· Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to interact with our audience.
· Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive and engaging online presence.
· Track and analyse the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
Website management:
· Format, edit and maintain content on our CMS, WordPress.
· Liaise with the Trust's web developer for ongoing website development, ensuring an effective and accessible web user experience.
· Build and manage online forms and surveys.
· Monitor and share engagement data with colleagues to inform marketing and communication plans.
Content creation:
· Format documents and reports for internal and external audiences.
· Design and create visual content for digital and print channels.
· Commission accessible formats, including BSL and Easy Read.
· Collaborate with the team to develop new content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand voice and goals.
Administrative and logistical support:
· Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as updating contact lists and maintaining marketing databases.
· Liaise and assist with scheduling for external photography and film contractors.
· Liaise with commercial printers and providers of collateral materials.
· Manage the Trust's photography and film media library.
· Administration of photography and film permissions data.

Summary of skills
- Strong IT skills (demonstrable proficiency in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience using a cloud-based website platform (e.g., WordPress)

Job Overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for post-production edits of video deliverables. The candidate must be a visual storyteller, capable of delivering compelling and engaging stories about the IRC’s response to emergencies and crises and the people who are impacted.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Content, collaborating with the Sr. Video Editor, video editor, freelance editors, and producers on editing and delivering video products that will be used for major integrated priorities and campaigns for all marketing efforts and audience segments.
Major Responsibilities
● Deliver finished video for various platforms and distribution needs, which includes editing together raw footage and audio, photo stills, graphics, adapting archival video, and versioning
● Collaborate with Content team, Creative & Content Studio, and stakeholders on creative idea pitches, and deliver on creative briefs
● Source broll for video projects, campaigns, external vendors and partners via internal library and paid footage
● Onboard vendors/freelancers/agencies
● Searching for stock music tracks based on references or direction
● Color correct footage
● Time manage assigned tasks
● Maintain and add to roster of vendor talent, including videographers, editors, sound engineers, graphic artists, narrators, translators, transcription services, musicians, colorists, coordinating with the content team
● Supports in storage and organization of all video content, backups, and gear updates/repairs/rentals meet, as well as procurement of new equipment meet standards, in collaboration with the Video Producer and Multimedia Producer
● Ensure videos meet brand guidelines
Job Requirements:
● Portfolio of work, including short-form social media videos, long-form documentary style, commercials, and/or fundraising appeals, etc.
● Use a variety of technical skills and software to complete production, including Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
● Experience in sound design, color correction/grading, video quality enhancement, and/or graphics/animation
● A problem solver who’s able to navigate complexity and ambiguity to get to the heart of and cultivate a great story
● Experience supporting projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external partners.
● Ability to take direction and work independently to bring the vision and story to life

- Analyse web, email and social traffic data to maximise the potential of all content.
About You:
- A track record in, and passion for, digital communications and copywriting.
- A solid understanding of content design, SEO techniques, user experience and web accessibility.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, analysing large amounts of data and making decisions that bring about positive change.
- Significant experience of working with content management systems and basic HTML.
- Strategic understanding of the social media landscape, platform best practice and social media marketing.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, diplomacy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the third sector in a digital content role.
- Experience of producing videos for social media.

- Oversee the QSS support ticketing system and track document change requests.
- Assist in producing statistical reports and creating training materials.
QSS Team Support:
- Attend and document minutes for various QSS meetings.
- Support meetings, training events, report production, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist with risk management reports and performance data analysis.
Document Production & Amendment:
- Format, proofread, and amend controlled company documents.
- Utilise Web Manuals editing software and Confluence for manual and policy updates.
- Facilitate document change processes and issue revisions.
Documentation Management:
- Process change requests using our in-house document control system.
- Update manuals, policies, forms, and notices on the MAF Intranet (SharePoint) and Confluence.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all documents meet MAF standards before publishing.
- Proofread and cross-reference changes across all affected documents.
Support for Programme Document Controllers:
- Provide regular communication and updates.
- Share latest information and updates on procedures.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential
- A good general level of education
- Good communication skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work cross-culturally
- Experience of formatting documents
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word e.g. applying styles, table design, forms, tracking changes etc.
- Good degree of computer literacy
Desirable
- A level standard or equivalent
- Experience of controlling documents preferable
- Experience in setting agendas and minute writing
- Experience of working with databases
- Experience of using a PDF editor
