Role Overview
Following a recent rebrand and the launch of a full-funnel sales and marketing strategy, Teacher Development Trust are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our values-driven education charity on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will lead key delivery areas of the marketing function, focusing on planning, running and evaluating effective, segmented email campaigns, creating compelling assets, building trust through social proof and coordinating our presence at events. Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Management

This includes peer support, self-management advice and research – which the charity itself provides and supports. Role purpose
You will be a seasoned communications leader with the skills and experience of overseeing a modern, efficient and dynamic communication function to achieve tangible outcomes for people affected by bipolar. The post holder will play a pivotal role in growing Bipolar UK’s brand awareness, contributing to the wider goal of achieving a £3m+ annual turnover so we can provide peer support to even more people affected by bipolar. In autumn 2025 Bipolar UK will be hitting two major milestones, launching both a new website and a high-profile campaign: ‘Could it be bipolar?’ to speed up diagnosis from the average 9.5 years it currently takes. Specific Responsibilities
Overall:
- Lead the charity’s external communications, brand, and public-facing resources.
- Manage and support delivery of the charity’s external communications and marketing strategy to increase engagement with existing and new audiences and continue to improve the charity’s profile.

About the PVRI
We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) - a serious condition that can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting, and light-headedness. PVD can reduce both quality of life and length of life, but it isn’t widely recognised or well-understood.

One day, you might be writing content for our website and social media channels, and the next, you might be welcoming respected speakers and attendees from over 30 countries to our scientific webinar.
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You’ll need to create successful marketing plans and grow our membership. You will also bring excellent organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate high-quality webinars.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote the charity’s mission, events, and fundraising activities across digital and traditional platforms.

We are seeking an organised, data-driven, and creative Individual Giving Officer to support the delivery of high-quality fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters and grow income for Southampton Hospitals Charity.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging direct marketing campaigns across print, digital and email channels, with a particular focus on one-off appeals, regular donations, and incentivised giving products.
Working closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Manager and Marketing & Communications Officer, you will develop audience-led supporter journeys, compelling fundraising copy, and test-and-learn approaches to build lasting supporter relationships and maximise income from individual giving.
Main Responsibilities:
Campaign development and delivery

Work with the Campaigns & Marketing Manager to plan and deliver a calendar of direct marketing campaigns across print, email, and digital, focused on income generation and donor retention.

Work with the Marketing and Communications Officer to develop compelling, supporter-centred fundraising copy for appeals, donation forms, landing pages, emails, and stewardship content.

Coordinate campaign production, from creative briefing to print and fulfilment, working with suppliers, designers, and mailing house partners as needed.

Lead on campaign timelines and ensure activity is delivered on time and within budget.

Work with colleagues across the charity to gather impactful case studies and project updates for use in donor communications.

Manage and maintain campaign collateral such as templates, thank-you letters, and welcome packs, ensuring brand and message consistency.
Supporter journeys & stewardship

Develop and implement supporter journeys for new and existing individual givers, ensuring timely and relevant follow-ups to donations.
