About the role
As Challenge Events Manager (DIY) you will lead a dynamic team and work closely with the Head of Mass Participation to support your team to develop and deliver multi-channel marketing plans as well as developing effective stewardship plans. You will work closely with the Challenge Events Manager to ensure that opportunities are maximised as well as proactively research and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, monitoring the market and sector trends.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have;
*Experience of successfully delivering DIY and open challenge events programmes including recruitment of participants, development of supporter journeys and stewardship communications to meet projected income
*Experience leading projects and guiding and directing other team members to deliver against objectives
*Understanding of effective marketing channels and techniques for driving participation in DIY and open challenge events via digital channels
*Experience of line managing a team

The supporter relations and engagement manager leads the development and delivery of the charity's engagement and supporter relations strategy across all fundraising programmes, driving meaningful connections with donors of all types. Using data insights to enhance the supporter experience, they ensure exemplary stewardship regardless of how or how much supporters give. They proactively engage diverse stakeholder groups, build strong relationships, and relaunch the volunteer engagement programme to deepen in-person connections with patients. With excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the cause, they manage a supporter relations and engagement officer and work collaboratively across the Moorfields family to maximise impact and cross-working opportunities.
The selected candidate will have significant experience of working with supporters and donors and will have a thorough detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector. You will have experience and/ or understanding of supporter audiences across the breadth of fundraising programmes. You will have substantial experience of data management and segmentation with a strong understanding of how to use CRM data to inform and improve supporter relations and engagement.

About the Role

About the role:
The Junior Content Producer is a new role that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Content Team to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy by creating engaging multimedia content. The role is key in ensuring that the public can make conscious, informed choices about alcohol and can find help if they need it.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Content
- Manage the Content Team’s production Monday boards, to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and deadlines are met
- Manage content requests in line with the content development process
- Support the Creative Content Lead and Senior Digital Content Officer with digital and printed content production and delivery
- Support the Operations and Programmes, Partnerships and Research teams with content creation and delivery
Social media
- Support the Senior Digital Content Officer with the delivery of the social media plan by scheduling social content in line with our content panning cycles
- Build relationships with specific audiences through community management across social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which includes finding influencers/advocates/case studies for Drinkaware
- Monitor social channels for reactive engagement opportunities and flag any reputational risks emerging on socials

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. The role
Your main accountabilities will include:

Salary: Circa £37,000 per annum
Location: UK-wide- remote or hybrid (Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire)
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week or 4 days)
Benefits include a generous pension scheme with up to 6% employer contributions, 28 days' annual leave rising to 33 with service plus discretionary leave, a BUPA health cash plan and access to childcare vouchers.
Who Are NFYFC?
The National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs is one of the largest rural youth organisations in the UK, empowering over 23,000 young people aged 10-28 across England and Wales. Through a comprehensive programme of training, competitions, events, and skills development, NFYFC helps young farmers build confidence, leadership, and community connections.
Could You Be Their Next Fundraising Manger?
NFYFC are looking for a proactive and experienced fundraiser who can build and maintain relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners, write compelling proposals, and lead successful income-generation strategies to sustain and expand NFYFC's vital work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, research, and approach new funding opportunities.
- Prepare persuasive funding applications, proposals, and impact reports.
- Grow relationships with charitable trusts, foundations, and corporate supporters.
- Develop and deliver individual giving campaigns using a range of channels.
- Support YFC county federations by creating fundraising toolkits and resources.
- Integrate fundraising into NFYFC's marketing and communications.
- Monitor income against targets and adapt strategies accordingly.
About You:
They are looking for someone who is passionate about NFYFC's mission to support young people in rural communities, self-motivated and proactive, organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and creative, adaptable, and solutions focused. The ideal individual will also be warm, persuasive, and skilled at building positive relationships.
Your experience will include:
- A proven track record of securing income from trusts, grant-making bodies, or corporate funders.
- Strong written communication and editing abilities.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the UK fundraising landscape.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable but not essential: experience working with volunteers or committee structures.
