The Eve Appeal, working together with the Department of Health and Social Care, is delivering a groundbreaking programme on gynaecological health to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in London and beyond.
We are entering the final year of the programme and pivotal to its success will be bringing new SMEs on board so that we can deliver our health information to their staff. Up until March 31st 2025 there is no charge for SMEs to join the programme.
As Sales & Marketing Executive you will lead on researching and approaching new SMEs to joint the programme, complete all necessary contracts, lead on overall project management and co-ordination of the program, liaise with our external evaluators on monitoring and evaluation and other administrative tasks as directed.
This role will also line manage the Programme Leads – our staff who visit SMEs and deliver our health information talks.
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, nor is previous charity sector experience. What is important are the skills, experiences and potential you bring.

About the role
Coram’s Fundraising Team raises funds for the charity – the Individual Giving team has responsibility for supporter care, customer service and donor administration and managing our supporter database. Coram has been growing its investment in Individual Giving for a number of years, has a loyal and very generous supporter base and an ambition to see this grow and develop further by embracing new ideas. The team has an exciting future and this role will play a key part in its success.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Individual Giving team and support the development and growth of the programme. The role will involve developing engaging content to communicate the importance and impact of our work, inspiring existing and new supporters to commit to long term support of the charity. This will involve printed media but also increasingly digital media as we look to widen the reach of our communications and messaging. It will also require excellent supporter care/donor retention skills to ensure that we make sure we maintain our donors support over the long term and experience working with databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge. The role is a great next step for someone in fundraising wishing to develop their fundraising skills further in direct marketing.

The Role:
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across channels such as organic social media, paid social, paid media, as well as supporting offline marketing efforts. You will report to the Social Media Manager, but this role will support across all of the marketing functions. Responsibilities:
· You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across all existing channels, as well as new ones we seek to test. This includes but is not limited to:
o Support on organic social media including the creating, scheduling and reporting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support on paid social media including the creation, scheduling, optimising and reporting of content across Meta and TikTok with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.
o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.
· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Working arrangements
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

About you
As our perfect candidate, you bring solid experience and/or knowledge of community management and customer service for social media with experience of working professionally with a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Diplomatic, brave, and empathetic, you have proven experience of community management, moderation, customer support and crisis management.
Able to follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and community guidelines, you have experience of social listening platforms, social copywriting, and running social media for a complex portfolio in a matrix organisation or professional environment.
A motivated and ambitious individual with excellent organisational, and interpersonal skills, you have excellent customer facing communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to use your own initiative to problem-solve.

Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and to their friends, families and carers. Our projects empower ostomates to return to sports, hobbies and other activities after their surgery and give them the confidence to take on fresh challenges. We advocate for ostomates’ rights and are their voice on the bigger issues. Our campaigns raise awareness of life with a stoma and encourage organisations to make their facilities more inclusive.
About the role:
As the Fundraising Executive you will work to grow income through developing our community engagement, attracting, building and managing relationships with a range of supporters (individual donors and fundraisers, community groups, local businesses, volunteers etc). You will lead on the stewardship of events and challenges, including our annual Step Up campaign, by supporting individuals and groups to raise funds through fundraising activities. The post-holder will also support the recording of donations, send appropriate acknowledgements, review fundraising materials, and prepare fundraising content for social media, our website and our quarterly magazine, Tidings.

About the role
This is an exciting time to join Young Lives vs Cancer as we set up a new Brand Marketing and Communications function including a team of digital experts.
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer role is part of the newly created Digital Engagement team working to deliver exceptional digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives.
You will work on digital campaigns across email, organic social and paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and social media. This role will be vital in setting up a new digital hub of expertise within the organisation and helping to drive forward the best use of digital channels.
·Support the Digital Engagement Manager and wider team to develop end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social and email from brief to execution and evaluation.
·Align the paid digital and email activity with our overall digital strategy and develop clear guidance around how to use our paid digital channels to maximum effect.
·Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns, identify and recognise trends within the data and use these to inform future campaigns.
·Support a data driven and test and learn approach within the team, encouraging continual learning and optimisation, particularly focused on a testing approach to donation journeys.
