You'll work closely with the CEO, Fundraising Manager, Fundraising team, colleagues across the organisation, and, most importantly, the incredible children, adults, and families we support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with our families, community groups, volunteers, and individual supporters
  • Developing a new challenge events programme

About You

  • A proven track record of supporter stewardship and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
  • Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to achieving fundraising goals
  • A genuine commitment to supporting disadvantaged children and adults

Why Join NICE?

At NICE, you'll be part of a dedicated team that believes in pushing the boundaries of human potential. Every day, you'll see the impact of your work on the lives of the people we support.

We are proud to offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • A hybrid working model, combining office and home working
  • The option of either 30 or 37.5 hours per week, depending on your circumstances
  • 23 dyas holiday, plus 10 closed days and Bank Holidays
  • A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • The opportunity to make a real difference within a growing and ambitious charity
