At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team on a 6 month FTC.
You will lead a focused programme to strengthen and standardise the charity's procurement and supplier management practices, with particular emphasis on supplier selection, due diligence, risk assurance and data protection compliance.
You will establish and maintain a central supplier register and contracts database to improve visibility, governance and oversight. A key priority will be identifying and risk‑rating existing suppliers and ensuring robust onboarding, due diligence and ongoing assurance arrangements are in place — particularly in relation to data protection, information security and supply continuity — for both existing and new vendors.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience of leading end‑to‑end procurement activity, preferably within a complex organisation such as a charity, public sector or regulated environment.
- Demonstrable experience of supplier due diligence, risk assessment and assurance, including onboarding and ongoing supplier management.
- Strong understanding of data protection requirements within procurement and supply chains, including UK GDPR, data processing agreements and supplier compliance monitoring.
- Experience of establishing or improving supplier registers, contracts databases or procurement governance frameworks.

Senior Direct Marketing Officer - Acquisition
As Senior Direct Marketing Officer, you will operate with a level of autonomy, build excellent agency relationships and deliver outstanding fundraising campaigns to achieve ambitious income targets. A focus on results will be vital but how these are achieved will also form a large part of the role; considering the non-financial measures of quality in addition to more traditional measures of success.
Working with internal teams and external suppliers, you will deliver direct marketing activity across a range of channels and media. You will lead paid media campaigns that drive donations and prize-led support, implementing the associated programmes and products. You will also deliver large-scale projects that strengthen the long-term success of campaigns, while delivering exceptional fundraising activity to achieve ambitious income targets.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for line managing the Acquisition Direct Marketing Executive who will support the Direct Marketing Acquisition team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver our Weekly Lottery and Value Exchange campaigns; ensuring they are in market on time, on budget and on brand across a range of channels and media.
· Manage projects that will improve the long-term success of campaigns.
· Deliver motivational fundraiser training and develop engaging fundraiser materials with agency stakeholders to ensure high-quality fundraising.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to regulation and codes of practice is considered in all campaign activity, for example through fundraiser monitoring and engagement activities.
· Work closely with Data and Digital teams to ensure effective processes are worked to and full campaign evaluation is possible.
· Continuous improvement through test and learn principles across all activity.
· Work collaboratively across the charity to deliver and amplify Individual Giving and wider organisational campaigns, maximising impact and income.
· Development of compelling communications and materials to support all activities.
People management
· Management and development of the Acquisition Direct Marketing Executive.
· Ensure direct report has clear, SMART objectives and a development plan in place.
· Complete routine 1-1 meetings and annual appraisals.
· Ensure direct report has goals and a development plan written up which are routinely reviewed.
· Agency relationship management across a variety of partners and suppliers, from building relationships and negotiating, to routine performance reviews.
Planning and budgeting
· Input to annual planning and development of individual giving campaigns.
· Compilation of detailed income and expenditure campaign budgets.
· Work with Direct Marketing Acquisition Manager (Direct Response) in developing the Acquisition programme and strategy.
· Input to quarterly forecasting and regular reporting across a range of financial and non-financial KPIs.
Finance and reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.
· Ongoing reporting on long-term success measures, such as attrition and ROI.
· Invoice reconciliation and processing for timely payment.
· Non-financial KPI trend reporting, such as opt-out/in rates and quality scoring.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.

The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.

The Role
As Senior Database Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our CRM system, Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring high standards of data quality, compliance and reporting.
You’ll act as a key internal contact for data-related processes, supporting colleagues across the organisation, while contributing to continuous improvement projects that strengthen how we use data to grow income and impact.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and optimise Raiser’s Edge NXT to ensure accurate and up-to-date data

Process all incoming donations, ensuring correct coding and data integrity

Maintain high standards of data quality, GDPR compliance and robust data controls

Manage data-related enquiries and provide timely support to internal teams

Process regular Gift Aid claims
-
Complete monthly reconciliation with finance systems

Lead data cleansing and housekeeping projects (including consent and Gift Aid reviews)

Improve processes to increase efficiency, automation and accuracy

Train and support colleagues in effective CRM use

Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, analysis and data selections to support fundraising and marketing

About You
Essential Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing a CRM system in a Database Officer (or similar) role

Experience acting as a system administrator (managing users, access and settings)

Strong understanding of GDPR and supporter data best practice

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues

Experience training and supporting colleagues with varying technical confidence

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a permanent Legacy Executive, a critical role within our Legacy Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for some of our core administrative duties and a blend of legacy casework beyond just pecuniary gifts, working with the team to manage risk and maximise the value of our legacies.
The team are supportive, collaborate and work closely together to manage and honour gifts left in Wills. It's a detail focused environment, but one where you can share knowledge, offer guidance and celebrate success together.
Salary
The salary for this position is £35,023 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage your own varied caseload of legacy gifts, playing a key role in ensuring income is received efficiently while balancing legal responsibilities with sensitivity and care.
- You will be at the heart of legacy operations, setting up and maintaining accurate records across systems, giving you real ownership of high-quality data that informs decision-making and drives performance.
- You will build meaningful relationships with executors, families and professional contacts, using every interaction as an opportunity to show appreciation and strengthen long-term supporter connections.
- You will collaborate across teams on engaging projects such as legacy events and the Book of Remembrance, helping to celebrate supporters’ stories and bring their impact to life.
- You will use your attention to detail to track income, review estate valuations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, helping to maximise the value of every gift.
- You will play an active role in improving processes and shaping how legacy management works, with opportunities to contribute ideas and enhance the team’s effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience managing detailed, process-driven work where accuracy and organisation are essential within legacy, legal or estate administration environments.
- A clear understanding of how Wills and probate work, and confidence applying this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and keep multiple cases progressing at the same time.
- Confidence working with databases or record systems, maintaining accurate information and using data to support decision-making.

You will be building great relationships with our Corporate members and involving them with the work of the trust and inspiring them to support our range of inspiring projects. You will use your networking skills at events to proactively find new corporate supporters, and retain our existing supporters by running corporate events on our nature reserves across the county. About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.
About the person
You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring legacy activity is well planned, insight led and supporter centred. Comfortable working across disciplines and a self-starter, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of legacies across London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

About the role
This role is for an experienced Communications Officer who wants to put their skills to work supporting Right to Remain to build knowledge, radical solidarity and power in the face of escalating attacks on the rights and dignity of migrants, refugees, and people seeking asylum.
You will use strategic, thoughtful communications to amplify lived experience of the asylum and immigration system, showcase grassroots organising, and promote our expert public legal education resources and training. Your work will empower more people to understand and exercise their rights, and support grassroots community groups and allies to guide, and stand in solidarity with, people navigating the hostile asylum and immigration system.
You will have experience building and engaging communities around social justice through targeted digital communications. Day to day, you will collaborate within our small team to produce email, social and web content that demystifies public legal knowledge and showcases community power. You will also co-create content with These Walls Must Fall campaigners to share their stories, and help set out the impact of political decisions in the press.

You will also be responsible for applying for relevant accreditations to support your applications and will have experience of building corporate partnerships.
