Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of collective violence around the world. As well as providing treatment for victims directly, we work with organisations and communities to manage, mitigate and prevent trauma.
This is a remote working role, with attendance at events or locations as required throughout the year. We offer a permanent employment contract and are looking for a minimum time commitment of 3 days per week – we are open to consider other flexible arrangements or up to 80% hours (within budget); Salary is based on full-time equivalent of £75,000pa. Key Areas of Responsibility include:
· Leadership:
o Embedding and implementing through the team our 2025-2023 Strategy;
o Providing charity expertise and governance oversight;
o Providing leadership to the remote team following trauma-informed principles;
o Building organisational sustainability through existing donor relationship management and appropriate diversification in fundraising/income generation/donor relationships;
o Building strategic partnerships and alliances.
· Strategic
o Provide leadership and direction, reporting to the Board of Directors, on all aspects of the ongoing refinement and implementation of TTIs Strategy, Theory of Change and annual delivery plans;
o Lead a robust culture of evaluation of our impact.
· Organisational and Finance
o Oversee TTI’s operational and fiscal function and performance, ensuring best practice in all we do.
· Stakeholder Management
o Publicly represent the organisation, enhancing visibility, developing brand awareness, and demonstrating the impact and value delivered by TTI.
o Engage continuously with donors and funders to build strong relationships and seek new and diverse funding and investment partnerships.
Key experience and attributes you will need to bring:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience at Senior Leadership/Management level ideally gained in non-profit organisation or other humanitarian setting.
• Some prior experience of interacting with a Board of Directors.
• Experience of financial compliance including demonstrable experience of actively setting and managing budgets, preparing cashflow projections and working with financial reports – this experience is likely to have been gained over at least 3 years’ active, first-hand participation.
• Prior experience of working in a growth environment, ideally having gained involvement in income generation/fundraising.
• Experience working with external funders, partners, and collaborators
• Demonstrate clear understanding of Charity Code and governance obligations including Charity Commission requirements and charity law.
• Possess and demonstrate strong leadership experience and ability to lead with a coaching / mentoring/ trauma-informed style in order to maintain organisational culture, valuing the people of the organisation.

The Role
The Community Centre Manager will play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of The Edward Woods centre, managing change, growth and performance as agreed with the CEO. Duties and Responsibilities
Management of the Community Centre
• Manage the operations of the Community Centre, its staff and the development and delivery of activities and facilities in line with the business and strategic plan.

• Support and oversee the continued delivery of high-quality services and activities.

Edward Woods Community Centre has a small team of employees, tenants, volunteers and a
wide range of activities. it is expected that the post holder will be flexible in assisting in areas of work which go beyond their main duties. In particular, the holder of this post will be expected to assist with covering frontline reception and administrative duties and attendance at and/or supervision of events outside of normal working hours.

The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working, and an expectation to work from their Vauxhall office one day per month.
This new role will be responsible for helping to develop and manage the legacy and in memory programmes. As the Senior Legacy and In Memory Executive you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the Legacy and In Memory, helping shape our strategy to recruit, engage and steward legacy pledgers and in memory donors. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of In Memory and legacy campaigns across multiple communication channels including email, social and print. You will also be responsible for stewarding existing in memory supporters and legacy pledgers, developing and delivering engaging communications in order to maximise lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Legacy and In Memory Manager with developing the strategy and budget.
· Responsible for managing the monthly budget report for expenditure.
· Responsible for developing campaigns to market the legacy and in memory areas to our supporters.
· To work with the Legacies and In Memory Manager to develop a supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention plan.
· Responsible for tracking and monitoring the agreed KPI’s reporting monthly on activity and targets. To use this analysis to review the portfolio of activity quarterly with the Legacy and In Memory Manager and make recommendations about future marketing activity.
· To work collaboratively with other teams in the Fundraising, Comms and Policy directorate to cross sell legacies and support all teams with their in-memory fundraisers.
· To work closely with the Supporter Care team to ensure all donors and next of kin are thanked appropriately and that a relevant stewardship programme is put into place.
· Work collaboratively with the Digital Engagement and Mobilisation team to ensure that all agreed marketing activity is delivered as agreed on time and budget. To ensure that all legacy and in memory enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
· Work with the CRM and Supporter Care team to ensure that all Legacy and In Memory data on The Raiser’s Edge database is accurate, valuable and kept up to date.
Person Specification:
· Experience of managing successful programmes and campaigns to recruit and retain legacy and in memory supporters through a variety of channels
· Experience of working to and achieving financial targets
· A self-starter, able to work on own initiative but also able to work within a team and achieve strong results.
· Experience of cultivating supporters through effective stewardship programmes.
· Experience of CRM database such as Raiser’s Edge to record, inform and analyse data.
· Experience of creating stewardship plans for supporters
· An interest in and commitment to the long-term success and development of Refuge.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Challenge & Stakeholder Stewardship
This is the largest and most strategic part of the role.
- Take the lead on managing Tommy’s annual Corporate Challenge event, engaging multiple high-profile corporate supporters.
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations, ensuring consistent, high-quality stewardship.
- Deliver tailored day-to-day stewardship, including weekly check-ins, regular updates, and bespoke supporter care.

Event Delivery & Project Management

We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven fundraising experience to become our new Head of Fundraising, helping When You Wish Upon a Star to make magical memories for sick children. We have recently moved into a modern new office, have appointed a new CEO and are celebrating 35 years of Wish granting across the UK. So, it is an exciting time to join our dedicated team, some of whom work remotely or from our Scotland office.
Your key focus is to grow our income generation, allowing us to grant even more Wishes to children living with life threatening illness. The Head of Fundraising and their team play a huge part in helping us achieve this vision and, occasionally, have some direct engagement with delivering Wishes.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Fundraising will be responsible for developing, directing and delivering the fundraising strategy. You will be an inspirational leader; motivating the team to promote the Charity and successfully engage external stake holders, including both new and existing supporters, and develop long-term relationships through excellent stewardship.
The successful candidate will be able to manage legacy, grants & trusts, events, corporate and community fundraising. Ensuring that income targets are achieved, along with securing high value donors to support major events and campaigns. Using ThankQ CRM, you will be required to monitor fundraising performance and budget, produce reports, and presenting to the CEO and Trustees.
