What you will do:

I have a fantastic opportunity with an international development charity, as Digital Marketing Specialist, based in either the UK or Sweden. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a brand-new role and will form a vital part of the charity’s Communications and Advocacy team. The successful candidate will lead the expansion of the charity’s Europe’s digital footprint, where a significantly improved digital offering for audiences in the Nordics, the UK, Germany and Brussels are a critical priority.
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for implementing the new Digital Marketing Strategy and overseeing the management of a new website for Europe. Essential skills and attributes:
- Established experience in digital marketing roles preferably either in the NGO sector or an agency serving a mix of clients, with a focus on website / social media channel management (preferably across multiple European territories including the UK, Nordic countries, and Germany)
- Fluent in English (with a 2nd language in German, Swedish, Danish or French also highly desirable)
- Confident working in cross-cultural contexts, with our headquarters located in the Global South and with Europe staff based across several European countries.

We're looking for a Content Writer to research, structure and write user-centred content for Tearfund's channels. This includes Tearfund's website, email, advertising, social media and print channels. We value effective collaboration at Tearfund, so you won't be working in isolation. Instead, you will collaborate with Marketing, UX Design, Graphic Design and Subject Matter Experts to create user-centred content that helps raise income to support Tearfund's work around the world. You'll be familiar with using evidence and data to write and optimise content, as well as running workshops to map user journeys and review content as part of the content production process.
Our successful candidate will have:
- Proven track record of high quality copywriting and/or significant editorial experience
- A clear understanding of content design best practice

Womankind Worldwide is a global women's rights organisation working in partnership with women's rights movements and organisations to transform the lives of women and girls.
Reporting into one of the Co-CEOs, the Director of Finance, People & Culture will lead Womankind’s finance, HR, and Resources functions while ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions (UK and Kenya). The key duties of the Director of Finance, People & Culture are as follows:
- Lead strategic financial and HR planning in collaboration with Co-CEOs and Finance & Resources Committee
- Drive implementation of Strategy 2030 particularly those strategies pertaining to Womankind’s goals to value our team and decolonise our practice
- Support assessment of funding landscape and sustainable financing strategies
- Ensure effective 3-year rolling budgeting and planning cycles

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.
We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.
We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We are recruiting Cantonese speaking Employment Advisors to join the STEP team delivering this new programme. You will provide high quality advice and guidance through 1:1 employability support and group employability workshops with the aim of coaching individuals and supporting them on their journey into employment that suits their previous experience and skill set.
You will prepare participants for employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives. You will monitor and encourage participants’ engagement and attendance in all aspects of the programme. You will provide an exemplary level of support to STEP participants working towards a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of participants including successful delivery of workshops, completion of training courses, volunteering, and achieving and sustaining paid employment.
The Employment Advisors will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the UK.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience or knowledge within the employment sector
- Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people who have experienced forced displacement accessing employment.
