We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Project Manager with experience working in or with schools to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of our careers-related activities. This role ensures our partner schools receive high-quality careers education that aligns with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
The Switch partners with approximately 12 secondary schools in Tower Hamlets, delivering an engaging careers programme that supports every student. As Project Manager, you will work closely with the Secondary Schools team to deliver engaging and inspiring careers activities across our network of secondary schools, creating an impactful experience for students. You will also work alongside the Mentoring Project Manager to manage several mentoring cohorts, serving as the key point of contact for both schools and partner companies, while upholding our robust safeguarding standards.
This role involves hands-on delivery of careers sessions, directly engaging and inspiring students to explore and pursue their future aspirations
Details
· The role sits within the Secondary Schools team and reports to the Senior Project Manager.
· Working hours are typically 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am – 4pm Fridays
· Working from home (WFH) is typically 2 days a week
· Flexibility may be required to cover meetings or deliver events outside of these hours and WFH days
· You will be required to attend career sessions in schools or at partner offices

About you
We are looking for someone to join the charity’s Senior Leadership Team who will bring experience from their past successes and provide inspirational strategic leadership and direction to the fundraising and communications functions in support of the Dementia Adventure business plan, charitable mission and objectives. The successful applicant will have a strong, successful track record of fundraising and/or other forms of income generation in the charity sector, including management, with proven experience in meeting financial and non-financial targets. About the role:
The Junior Content Producer is a new role that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Content Team to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy by creating engaging multimedia content. The role is key in ensuring that the public can make conscious, informed choices about alcohol and can find help if they need it.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Content
- Manage the Content Team’s production Monday boards, to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and deadlines are met
- Manage content requests in line with the content development process
- Support the Creative Content Lead and Senior Digital Content Officer with digital and printed content production and delivery
- Support the Operations and Programmes, Partnerships and Research teams with content creation and delivery
Social media
- Support the Senior Digital Content Officer with the delivery of the social media plan by scheduling social content in line with our content panning cycles
- Build relationships with specific audiences through community management across social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which includes finding influencers/advocates/case studies for Drinkaware

The role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our friendly team. As Research Manager of Patient Programmes, you'll have a crucial role in advancing our mission. A central focus of this role is to develop and lead patient-centred educational programs, webinars, and content that ensure patients are well-informed, actively engaged, and empowered throughout their journey. You will also play a key role in strengthening the Foundation’s connection with patients and advocacy groups, ensuring their voices are meaningfully reflected in our research agenda and broader mission. A critical and growing area of work for the Foundation is the systematic gathering and use of patient insights and data. This role will help shape and deliver that work, ensuring that lived experience informs everything we do, from research to support initiatives.
You will also lead the project management of our scientific events from planning through to delivery, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging events that foster collaboration and advance knowledge in the field.
Key responsibilities
Strengthening patient engagement and education
- Education: Lead the delivery of impactful, patient-centred educational initiatives such as webinars, polls, and video content to inform and empower people living with FL, their families, and carers, and align with the Foundation’s mission to accelerate progress toward cure.
- Strategy Support: Support the Director of Patient and Clinical Research Programmes to develop and implement a long-term patient strategy that drives lasting impact and supports the Foundation’s mission to find a cure.

The Role
