The Initiatives and Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the Trust’s Initiatives and Partnerships Team. The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust’s projects, manage team members and on occasion support external and partnership projects. Our work is varied, ranging from early-stage feasibility planning, partnership development, fundraising, business planning and design development, as well as supporting our conservation team who lead construction phase oversight.
This role builds on the successes of the Trust’s longstanding Regeneration programme, which has undertaken pioneering Regeneration projects addressing some of our most pressing conservation needs, as well as developing new operating models for some of the churches in our care. The job will support our regional teams in developing and implementing projects to deliver a range of conservation, social and regeneration benefits; with the balance of each responding to local need, demand and opportunity.
In addition, it encompasses the work undertaken to develop new commercial income opportunities. Examples are our groundbreaking Champing™ initiative, as well as others such as filming, and other commercial partnerships.

What are we looking for?
- Experience working on large and complex digital analytics and tracking solutions
- Deep understanding of modern website applications (Next.js, JavaScript, DOM)
- Deep understanding of how web browsers work and data flows, is captured and processed
- High data literacy to query the data collected
- Understanding of data privacy and how what we track means to a user
- Expert knowledge of marketing tags including wider strategy, implementation and data policy (Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social, Display, Email)
- Strong stakeholder managements and able to articulate simple marketing requirements to complex technical solutions.
- An understanding of marketing data limitations and best practices e.g. attribution to be able to advise on correct reporting implementation and targeting
- Significant experience implementing and using Google Analytics reporting features including filters, goals, custom reports, segments and Ecommerce
- Solid understanding of different digital marketing channel targeting methodologies and corresponding measurement tools to inform tracking solutions
- Significant experience of providing solutions designed for use by nontechnical end users.

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. Duites and Responsibilities
This role will provide maternity cover for an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for a 1–2 month extension. It will focus on developing new corporate partnerships and managing relationships with our existing corporate supporters.The role holder will work closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Retail to ensure a strategic approach to the development and management of relationships with our corporate partners, enabling us to maximise the potential from them.
As well as leading income generation, the post will develop current and new corporate partnerships, providing personalised stewarding journeys.

What the job involves
Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a programme of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges. Alongside our two owned events, March for Men and the Grand Depart Classic, we also recruit teams in events such as the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
In this role, you’ll project manage a number of third-party events which take place across the UK, including our teams at the London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities across the UK in the charity events market.
Your responsibilities will span the full event cycle; from setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to building supporter communications, managing event logistics, providing on-the-day support, and overseeing remittance and thanking — ensuring we maximise income and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.
Alongside this, you’ll work with other teams within Prostate Cancer UK to support the full calendar of events and take the lead with supporting our volunteers at our events. The Individual Giving Manager will drive and deliver the Charity's ambitious fundraising strategy across all individual giving streams. You'll create, test, monitor and evaluate multi-channel appeals and campaigns; lead on Legacy and In-Memory programmes; and manage lottery, raffle, and associated products; building strong pipelines, journeys and propositions that inspire support for their mission.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with Income Generation and Marketing colleagues, you will champion an excellent donor experience; maximising retention and lifetime value while acquiring new supporters at sustainable ROI. You'll use data-led insights, segmentation and test-and-learn methods to optimise performance, ensure compliance and best practice, and embed robust reporting across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of delivering and growing individual giving, with a track record in audience segmentation, copy and creative development, journey mapping, and campaign evaluation. You'll be collaborative, values-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver against income targets while safeguarding supporter care and brand integrity.

This role will be accountable for:
Supporting the event owner in the successful planning and execution of all events across the charity, including the Families, Supporter and Operations Teams at Scotty's. · Managing event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and cost-effectiveness.
· Developing and implementing strategies to maximise event attendance and fundraising revenue.
Desirable
· Knowledge or experience of or with the military community.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a national Children’s Charity to find their new Relationship Manager.
The organisation offers a flexible working environment, with a fully remote working pattern and salary between £35-40k dependant on experience. This role will require occasional travel for engagement activities.
As Relationship Manager you will manage high value (5-6 figure) existing partnerships with leading global brands, as well as on boarding and new business partnerships to deliver on ambitious partnership objectives, maximising income and supporting awareness for the charity. Key Responsibilities:
