We’re looking for a Supporter Recruitment Campaign Manager, who will attract new supporters to our work through innovative, creative campaigns.
What does this role do?
As Supporter Recruitment Campaign Manager, you’ll:
- Design and deliver supporter recruitment campaigns, through paper-based direct marketing, tv and telephone campaigns, collaborating with other teams and external stakeholders to attract new prospects to support our mission,
- Capture and monitor progress of campaigns, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging in order to maximise income,
- Analyse outcomes from campaigns, drawing key learnings to optimise future work,
- Manage relationships with internal teams and third-party agencies, who play a critical role in the delivery of campaigns.
Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 11th November 2025 and will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of supporter recruitment and building prospecting campaigns. To do this, you’ll need excellent communication skills, with the ability to creatively convey our message to new potential supporters, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the supporter landscape. You’ll be a proactive problem solver, who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders to get the job done. Knowledge of GDPR is essential, as well as a commitment to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust.

We’re looking for a Head of Fundraising, someone who can design, develop and deliver our fundraising stratergy. You will play a key hands-on role, supported by a fundraiser, volunteers, and an experienced and engaged CEO and Board.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and deliver a clear fundraising strategy that diversifies income and builds long-term sustainability.
- Inspire a culture of fundraising across the organisation, empowering staff, volunteers, and trustees to become confident advocates and ambassadors.
- Use the compelling stories of our frontline team and clients to engage, motivate, and retain supporters.
Trusts, Foundations and Corporate Giving
- Lead the development of high-quality, strategic funding applications to trusts, foundations, and corporate partners (typically £20k+).
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely applications and stewardship.
- Line-manage and mentor the newly appointed Trust Fundraiser, supporting their development and success.
Individual Giving and Appeals
- Refresh and strengthen Dementia Concern’s case for support, ensuring a consistent, powerful message across all audiences.
- Design and deliver the charity’s first major appeals — including digital campaigns, local community drives, and postal appeals — to attract and retain individual donors.
- Develop engaging donor journeys and opportunities for people to give regularly, locally, and meaningfully.
Community and Partnership Development
- Reconnect Dementia Concern with its local community through relationship-building, events, and partnerships.
- Represent the charity externally with warmth and confidence, growing our network of local supporters, volunteers, and champions.
- Work closely with the CEO and Trustees to build mutually beneficial partnerships with local businesses, groups, and influencers.
- Oversee the charity’s website and digital presence, ensuring our communications are clear, inspiring, and supporter focussed.
- Lead on campaigns and public relations that raise awareness of dementia and the charity’s impact in West London.
About you:
You will have experience in:
- Trust Fundraising and at least one of the following: corporate partnerships, individual giving, or community fundraising.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful fundraising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling cases for support and inspire others.
- A collaborative, ‘hands-on’ approach comfortable working in a small, dedicated team.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Passion for dementia care and improving the lives of older people and their carers.
- Experience of working in a local or regional charity setting.
- Knowledge of Ealing and/or West London communities. (desirable)

About The Role
We are recruiting for Events Fundraising Officers to join our ambitious Third Party and Organise your Own (OYO) Events team. These are full-time roles, working 35 hours per week with four fixed-term contract options available:

As Events Fundraising Officer (Third Party & OYO) you’ll support the growth, development, and delivery of our Third Party Events portfolio. Each of the Events Fundraising Officer roles will lead on different events including the London Marathon, Manchester Marathon and the official charity partnership with the AJ Bell Great Run Series.
You’ll work across multiple events to help us to give our participants and supporters the best possible events experience. This will enable us to build lasting connections with our cause and contribute to the £12million our team is projected to raise this financial year, with the wider Events team set to raise £22million. This is a rewarding role which helps to raise vital funds to support the lives of people affected by dementia.
These roles are all home-based, however you will be asked to travel and attend events in-person and occasionally across weekends throughout the year (travel expenses paid for by the Society).

About you

Role Overview: Fundraising and Operations Director
The successful candidate will lead RLS’s income generation through our next phase of development. You’ll oversee our relationships with key funders, individual giving, our approach to major donors and our communications. You’ll work closely with the Management Team and trustees to set and implement fundraising strategy and highlight and manage risk.
As a member of the Management Team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the organisation, with involvement in decisions from strategy to HR, project design and many other aspects of our work.
Core Responsibilities:
Fundraising strategy and development
- Lead the development and delivery of RLS’s fundraising strategy to meet our funding targets and deliver our strategy.
- Meaningfully involve and guide the Management Team, trustees and Fundraising Officer in strategy development and delivery.
- Develop new funding sources as appropriate.
- Ensure that funding sources fit with RLS’s values and our moral and ethical fundraising policy.
Organisational leadership
- Work with the Management Team and trustees to lead on the delivery of RLS’s strategic objectives.
- Work with the Management Team to lead RLS, including finding creative solutions to issues as they arise and ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

Lead on funder relationships

Person Specification
- Senior leadership experience in income generation
- Proven success in securing significant, multi-source funding, including trusts and foundations.

Data/administration

Job Purpose
· To manage the delivery of Young Marketeers in Barnsley in eight primary schools
Background to School Food Matters
School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
Young Marketeers
This much-loved programme was started in London in 2012. It is now running in 16 cities across England and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years. The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives. Children learn the art of growing veg from seed, and market traders will share their secrets on how to create a winning market stall. Primary schools will be visited by our gardener in March/April and then again in May/June and receive further tips on how to ensure a bumper crop. And in July, they head to the market to sell their produce, and to meet the mayor!
Key Tasks include:
· Assist with recruitment of eight schools to take part in Young Marketeers

Role Description
The Safeguarding Officer will lead and oversee all aspects of safeguarding within St Edmundsbury Cathedral, ensuring that the Cathedral remains a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Core Purpose:
The Head of Public Fundraising is a pivotal strategic leadership role at Make-A-Wish UK, responsible for the strategic direction, planning, delivery, long-term growth and performance of all public fundraising and supporter engagement activity.
This includes strategic oversight of all public income streams - individual giving (cash, regular giving, lottery, payroll), legacies, in-memory giving, challenge events, community fundraising, owned products, and innovation—as well as operational leadership of the Supporter Care team, which manages supporter care, income processing, data imports, and inbound queries for the whole organisation.
The role leads a multi-disciplinary team of around 20, across four core public fundraising and engagement functions, who are responsible for delivery of a high-performing public fundraising programme and sector-leading supporter care function - acquiring, engaging, and retaining supporters at scale, growing income sustainably and ensuring every interaction reflects Make-A-Wish’s values and drives long-term income growth.

We are recruiting an individual giving acquisition manager to support the planning, delivery and analysis of individual giving acquisition campaigns through a range of products and channels which aim to attract new supporters to Kidney Research UK and support ambitious growth plans as part of our strategy.
You will take responsibility for end-to-end campaign management to assist in the delivery of the income and expenditure budget. This will include building the supporter base through acquisition and supporting the retention manager with comprehensive supporter journey.
You will have experience in an individual giving team / marketing role, managing campaigns end to end with a proven track record in delivering end to end marketing activities. With the ability to effectively manage key relationships internally and externally, you will deliver campaigns with agreed timeframes, and a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
In addition, you will have experience managing team members, ensuring their development is a key part of your role. You will also be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, understanding how campaigns affect wider KPI’s for the organisation.

What will you do?
This is a pivotal moment to join JET as we build on fourteen years of impact and enter a new chapter in our journey. We have ambitious plans to expand our reach and influence, and we’re seeking someone who can help us strengthen our funding base and sharpen our message.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop our fundraising team, shaping a cross-stream strategy and an integrated communications plan. You’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for fundraising, communications and events across the organisation. By doing so you will raise JET’s national profile, grow our supporter base and significantly increase income to support programme expansion.
You’ll bring strong experience across multiple fundraising streams, with a proven track record of securing significant multi-year funding and building lasting relationships with funders—both individuals and organisations. Alongside leading our fundraising efforts, you’ll take ownership of our brand, ensuring clarity and consistency in our messaging, helping partners tell our story, and securing positive media coverage.
You’ll lead the development of campaigns, fundraising and marketing activities, and digital engagement that not only enhance our national profile but also drive supporter engagement and income growth.
This is a home-based role, with travel required to and within the regions where we operate, including attendance at key events.
About you
You will provide strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, marketing and events. Your work will be closely aligned with JET’s five-year strategy, enabling continued growth in funding and programme delivery.
You’ll bring a wealth of experience in leading fundraising and communications at a strategic level, with a strong understanding of the sector and a track record of securing and sustaining major gifts and partnerships. You’ll be adept at managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and growing income through sustainable funding models.
Your leadership style will be collaborative and empowering, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to inspire and influence, with excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
