We now have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Cloud Administrator to provide 3rd level project and helpdesk support, acting as an escalation point for the support team. This opportunity is integral to providing consistent IT support across all three of our centres.
In this role you will ensure our internal physical and virtual server and network is maintained for 7 day a week operation. Your focus will be on infrastructure, and you will work across all six of our business applications. Joining a team of 10, you will be collectively supporting a user basis of around 700. The support requests will invite you to use your entire skill set and provide opportunities for continued development.

New Horizon Youth Centre runs a busy day centre from Monday to Friday, providing basic needs to young people experiencing homelessness and a one-stop-shop for housing advice, youth work activities, counselling, jobs, education and training support. The Services Manager (Day Centre) is a brand new role for the organisation. Purpose of the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and help develop a new digital marketing strategy, crucial to the ongoing development of ArtsEd’s profile and reputation and the successful delivery of all our programmes.
Understanding the needs of current and prospective students and pupils and their parents, and being able to identify digital plans and initiatives which will enable ArtsEd to meet both the long and short-term needs is a central aspect of the role.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and implementation of digitally creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible for the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. They will work closely with senior staff and the rest of the Marketing team to deliver highly effective experiences to all stakeholders and potential stakeholders.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the continuing development of ArtsEd’s online profile amongst all of our target audiences, including high-level industry connections, potential supporters and the local community, alongside potential students, pupils and parents.
In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ArtsEd’s messaging is consistent, innovative and compelling across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Use digital marketing expertise to create effective user funnels to optimise conversion rates, tracking user behaviour in order to refine processes.
- Collaborate closely with staff across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities to ensure a full understanding of ArtsEd’s broad range of target audiences.
- Set up digital advertising campaigns through Meta, Google Ads and other platforms
- Utilise excellent graphic design skills to collaborate with the team on the design and delivery of different digital campaigns for all stakeholder groups. This will include mass e-mails, social media posts and digital collateral as required.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Monitor social media communications (both comments on posts and direct messages) and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
Design & Brand
- Be a guardian of the ArtsEd brand, ensuring correct and effective use of our branding and house style both internally and externally.
- Ensure all digital information is accurate, up to date and relevant.
- Ensure ArtsEd embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion through all digital marketing touchpoints.
- Develop and manage image library including liaising with relevant staff to select images, co-ordinating in-house photography and film requirements, up-dating plasma screen and fulfilling external requests for images.

Graphic Design
- Create print and digital advertising material using Canva or similar software.
- Design and create in-house digital signage and support the Marketing Officer where needed.
- Support the print production process, liaising with printers and publications, proof reading and adapting print collateral as required.
Recruitment
- Lead on the implementation and delivery of a robust digital marketing strategy to optimise student and pupil recruitment across the whole organisation. This will include:
- Building on existing digital activity to maximise its reach and impact against all of our target audiences, including digital and associated print advertising.
- Managing an associated programme of recruitment focused events and activities, both virtual and face-to-face, to raise our profile and to maximise our enquires, registrations, applications and acceptances across all of our activities.
- Supporting the relevant teams in the delivery of this programme, which will include existing activity e.g. Day School and Sixth Form Open Days, degree audition days and our outreach programme.
- To programme our email marketing conversion communication using software Mailer Lite/MailChimp
- Overseeing the production of all marketing collateral.
Social Media
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of a social media plan that aligns with and enhances all strands of the marketing and communications strategy
- Create engaging and content drive social media assets.
- Oversee and a schedule the delivery of day-to-day social media content
- Work with the marketing officer to Launch as short form video content strategy for all platforms with aligns with the Marketing and organisations strategy.

Website
- Manage through line managed staff all aspects of the ArtsEd website, ensuring that it remains relevant to all users at all times. This will include:-
- Ensuring factual content is kept up-to-date, imagery and video is regularly refreshed and that the overall site reflects ArtsEd’s unique offer.
- Identifying opportunities to create and update brand focused content

Market Analysis/Planning
- Review and analysis of data to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to understand different audiences and relevant content to ensure successful conversion rates and enhance the student and stakeholders experience.
- Explore new methods for collection of data and how this can be used to improve recruitment processes
- Complete quarterly digital impact reports
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Implement regular surveys of students and staff, collecting quantitative and qualitative material to support marketing and communication campaigns.

The Fundraising Development Manager role is a real opportunity to help Somerset Wildlife Trust develop a sustainable fundraising strategy and bring together the Fundraising and Supporter Development Team to retain and grow donations. Responsible for our 23,000 members, as well as appeals, adoptions, our online shop and member events, the Fundraising Development Manager will lead the team to bring in a significant proportion of unrestricted income, as well as managing the relationships with some of our most passionate supporters.
We are looking for an insightful fundraising manager who can help us maintain our existing fundraising channels as well as developing our corporate membership strategy and investigating new sources of giving and opportunities we have yet to take advantage of – essential if we are to achieve our ambitious strategy. You’ll be working with the entire wider fundraising team to help develop leads and pipelines to support the wider fundraising efforts, as well as having the opportunity to diversify our fundraising actions.
Meet Fundraising Strategic Targets
Supervise and line manage the Fundraising and Supporter Care Team by building integrated programmes of supporter development activities that retain and grow donations and fundraising from existing supporters and deliver growth in income by recruiting new financial supporters to achieve financial targets.
Responsibility 1: Leading Public Fundraising Activity
Manage fundraising activity through:
- Leading the fundraising team to build integrated programmes of activities that increase donors and deliver growth in income.
- Growing annual membership numbers by managing and maintaining current recruitment channels. Oversee relationships and engagement with our membership including complaint management.
- Managing the relationship with the Trust’s face to face membership recruitment company, SWWFL, to deliver best efficiency and returns on investment.
- Planning and implementing integrated appeals and other ways for members and the public to give which deliver strong results to support the Trust’s fundraising priorities and targets.
- Working as fundraising leadership team with the Philanthropy and Trusts & Grants Managers, supporting the Head of Fundraising on strategic projects.
- Developing and testing activities based on insights and analysis to ensure the best return on investment across all segments of the supporter base, to support fundraising colleagues.
- Managing existing corporate relationships to maintain and improve corporate fundraising levels, supporting account management of corporate partners.
- Establishing a data collection strategy in line with current data protection rules and which creates a pool of warm leads to convert into donors.
- Ensuring our new supporter database (Raiser’s Edge) is fully developed within the Trust and developed to maximise our integration with existing systems. Supporting teams across the organisation to use RE to increase knowledge of existing relationships and creating opportunities for fundraising and engagement.
- Managing the workload, performance and personal development of the supporter development team to drive more support and income for Somerset Wildlife Trust.
- Being accountable for setting the Supporter Development budget and reporting on performance against targets, to help inform planning and product development.
- Championing the use of best practice marketing techniques, including data collection and GDPR, throughout the Trust, with a particular commitment to delivering high standards of supporter care and fundraising practice.
Responsibility 2: Developing sustainable income streams
Be proactive and nurture strong relationships by:
- Identifying, developing and testing new individual giving fundraising activities based on insights and analysis, to ensure sustainable fundraising income across a variety of sources that target all segments of the supporter base.
- Identifying and testing membership recruitment diversification channels and growing annual membership income via techniques including upgrades.
- Designing and implementing a fundraising strategy for corporates, including identifying targets, developing relationships, and significantly increasing income from this fundraising channel. Work with other corporate functions across the Trust to ensure a combined corporate offering that benefits everyone.
Responsibility 3: Developing Fundraising pipelines
Provide management and accountability by:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute ideas and knowledge to deliver integrated engagement and fundraising campaigns and the growth of other income streams, including gifts of £1k+, gifts in wills, Community Fundraising and Grant Fundraising.
- Creating user journeys and stewardship for our supporters to help retention and increase giving propensities.
- Developing a warm lead generation and development program to increase the number of potential donors within our database, supporting all areas of individual giving including Community Fundraising, Legacies, Major Donors and Patrons.
- Working with the Database Officer, Philanthropy Manager and Community Fundraising Manager to identify segments within the database that could be developed into Major Donors or to support other fundraising income streams.
- Investigating and developing an event strategy to help support specific demographic groups including Corporates, members and other key supporters, including the annual AGM and members day.

New Horizon Youth Centre has been commissioned by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as part of an Alliance with Safer London, St Giles Trust and the Anna Freud Centre to deliver on their Children and Young People’s Violence and Exploitation and Reduction support service. The commission will run from June 2024 for three years. As part of this, an additional service will be set up within the NHYC Youth Justice team specifically to deliver on the Alliance contract. The Services Manager will be the key operational lead for the Alliance, and oversee successful delivery of housing casework services to young people fleeing violence and exploitation who are referred in. You should have experience of working in services that support young people fleeing violence or who are impacted by the criminal justice system, and have a solid understanding of housing options for young people under 25. You should be exceptionally well organised and have excellent partnership management skills.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Westway Trust as a Property Assistant, providing efficient and responsive administrative support across the full property team. You will be a friendly, motivated, and active administrator who will play a key role in the smooth running of the property department.
You will be pro-active, organised, with good initiative being the main point of contact responding to estate and property related enquiries and reports of issues, from tenants, customers, contractors and the community. You will therefore need to possess or demonstrate a willingness to provide a good level of customer service with property knowledge.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support across the Property team, including daily active filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning and record keeping.
- Initial point of contact for enquiries to the Property team.
- Provide a responsive customer service handling system to record such enquiries.
- Coordinating the general day-to-day activities of the Head of Property & Estates in relation to emails, posts, and voicemails.
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of property particulars, void reports, and reviewing property marketing websites for current information.
- Cross-referencing and managing the prospective tenant’s selection list with the historical enquiry list and alerting the team of any repeat/active enquiries.
- Regular visits to Trust premises to record any Health and Safety/Fire Risk Assessment breaches and reporting these to the appropriate Facilities Management team member.
- Assist with attending Unit Base Parking/Filming/Events on the estate, recording any infringements of agreements on site, and notifying the appropriate team member for further follow-on action.
- Preparing notification details for relevant authorities for entry and exit of tenants – rates, utilities, etc.
- Assisting with servicing property meetings (i.e., circulating papers, coordinating actions where required).
- Responsible for the recording of void premises and issuing of building keys.
- Occasionally provide assistance to the Trust’s reception/office manager for general office duties and reception cover if required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a busy property department.
- A broad understanding of commercial property or demonstrable experience of transferable skills if you are from a different sector.
- Customer focused, with the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service to customers, staff and tenants.
- Good time management, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- High level IT skills and experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal skills:
- A personable and collaborative approach, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, orally and in writing.
