The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the NVN’s operations. Working closely with the General Manager, they will manage day-to-day administration, membership communications, events logistics, and financial record-keeping.

They will help ensure that the NVN remains responsive, organised, and welcoming to its members and everyone.

Key Responsibilities: 

Administration and Coordination

- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the NVN’s activities.

- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (including membership and financial information).

- Prepare and circulate agendas, papers, and minutes for Trustee Board and working group meetings in collaboration with the chair and general manager.

- Track progress on agreed actions and support efficient follow-up.

- Support the General Manager to manage and promote funding applications from the membership, such as the ARCH Levy Fund, bursary applications and the Event Subsidy Fund.

Membership and Communications

- Respond to member and public enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Manage membership renewals and maintain the membership database.

- Create and distribute newsletters.

- Maintain our social media presence and website content.

- Store NVN songbooks and send out when purchased.

- Assist with the organisation and delivery of NVN events, training, and gatherings (online and in person).

- Website management (in liaison with website hosting company).

Finance and Record-Keeping

- Support basic financial administration including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.

- Maintain up-to-date financial records in coordination with the General Manager and Treasurer.

- Maintain and store confidential documents and archives.

- Support the preparation of information for reporting and audits.

- Work with Xero (accounting software).

Our Senior Coordinator is primarily responsible for all Member and supporter engagement and stewardship across the year. They build and develop relationships with individuals, support event delivery and manage all communications from content creation to delivery. This includes e-newsletters, fundraising appeals and ad-hoc communications that increase engagement, retain loyalty and raise funds.

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fundraising Officer.

Key focus of the role

This is a newly created role designed to develop and support our fundraising activities, particularly in the areas of legacy fundraising and grants and trusts, as well as increasing our membership, working alongside our small team. We are a small charity with big ambitions and this role is designed to help us grow and become sustainable in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Legacies:

· To develop a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy and workflow, in collaboration with the Director and the Fundraising Committee.

· To work with colleagues to raise the profile of legacy fundraising, including production of materials, social media content, website development, etc.

· Work across the charity to ensure legacies are integrated across relevant channels to reach key audiences

· Build a portfolio of case studies in conjunction with the Deputy Director to showcase how legacy giving has impacted the community

Trust and Grants

· Identify and research a pipeline of potential Trust and Grant funders to secure financial support for the charity

· Work with the Director, trustees and other colleagues to develop fundraising applications for new and existing projects

· Develop compelling funding applications with service-user insight to Trust and Grant funders

· Manage and track existing funding received and complete appropriate reporting protocols to the relevant funders

· Produce timely and engaging project reports to inspire future funders and clearly measure impact of any funding received.

Membership

· To develop a strategy to increase membership, including professional membership

· To increase membership, including professional membership in conjunction with the wider PMRGCA team of staff and volunteers

General

· To lead on the development and establishment of a ‘shop’ on our website to generate additional funds.

· Support with other fundraising initiatives within the organisation, for example, Marathon in a Month, Big Give.

· Achieve agreed income targets, with a focus on securing funding from Trusts and Grants, as well as an increase in legacy donations and increased membership

Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive self-starter with experience of legacy and trusts and grants fundraising

As education quality assurance service officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of World Physiotherapy’s education quality assurance services, including programme accreditation and CPD recognition.

You will be one of the key points of contact for World Physiotherapy education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) recognition. The position is instrumental in assisting the smooth running of World Physiotherapy education quality assurance services and supporting the work of the Head of membership, education and development, and other staff working on the education portfolio.

You will use your experience, initiative, confidence, project and organisational skills to support effective implementation of the education quality assurance services. You will support and coordinate activities and administrative tasks for the full review cycle. These include managing inquiries, processing applications, distributing materials to reviewers, organising site visits, supporting the review and reporting process, preparing documentation for committee approval, and communication with applicants about the results of the review. This will require close liaison with staff, member organisations, reviewers, board/committee members, and external stakeholders.

Duties and key responsibilities

Education quality assurance service administration

• Act as a primary point of contact for all inquiries related to education quality assurance services including physiotherapist entry level programme accreditation and CPD recognition services.
• Manage the full application process, including intake, tracking, communication with applicants, assigning reviewers, and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Manage the annual reporting process
• Coordinate the distribution of applications and supporting materials to reviewers, ensuring timelines and procedures are followed.
• Organise and support site visits, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication with applicants and reviewers.
• Support reviewers throughout the evaluation process, including preparing materials, responding to questions, and ensuring adherence to governance requirements.
• Provide administrative support to reviewers in preparation of documentation for internal and committee consideration.
• Organise accreditation committee meetings.
• Prepare materials for committee approval and minutes of the committee meetings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organisational standards.
• Communicate to applicants the final outcome of the quality assurance process and issue certificates

Operational support

Manage the accreditation application and review process in the CRM (Salesforce) and CPD recognition in CEU Locker (platform currently used for the service).

Manage the data base of reviewers (eg declaration of interest, updated contact information).

Provide technical and logistical support across all education quality assurance operations for any physical or digital meetings.

Work with relevant staff to ensure that activities are set up on Teamwork® or other project management software and support their ongoing management.

Support communications activities:

• ensuring that lists of accredited programmes and approved CPD are up to date
• providing information to promote uptake of quality assurance services
• editing and formatting education quality assurance documents for house style

Liaise with different stakeholders including member organisations, regions, specialty groups and networks if necessary and as required by the Head of membership, education and development and other staff.

Maintain office systems and procedures, including data management and reporting.

Promote the image of World Physiotherapy in all activities and contribute to the overall development of the organisation undertaking any reasonable duties, as required and agreed, to support the work of World Physiotherapy.

Person specification

The education quality assurance service officer must have experience in supporting quality assurance management and administration. They must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.

It is expected that the individual will have a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience in quality assurance, education administration, project coordination, or related field. Experience of working with senior staff, academics and boards/committees is essential. Experience working with reviewers, review boards or academic/quality assurance processes is an asset.

The individual must have a legal right to work in the UK.

The role:

The Policy and Public Affairs Lead for Devolved Nations will drive CoSRH’s engagement and policy work in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This key strategic liaison role will support the Director of External Affairs in enabling delivery of the CoSRH’s Hatfield Vision across all UK nations, and in supporting CoSRH members and interests in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

For this new role, we are seeking an experienced and forward-looking individual interested in developing the strategic and influencing work of CoSRH in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in ensuring that CoSRH represents members and their interests across the UK.

Who we are:

The College of Sexual and Reproductive (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all. 

Key tasks:

 a. Stakeholder engagement:

• Lead CoSRH’s stakeholder engagement programme in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales - influencing policy debate, contributing to building internal capacity on devolved and regional issues, and in building key relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across CoSRH to develop and deliver a strategic programme of engagement across Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, ensuring that the work of member committees in devolved nations feeds into wider CoSRH activity, inclusive of the Hatfield Vision, and that the CoSRH President maintains appropriate oversight at Taskforce level. 
• Manage internal and external relationships with key individuals and organisations including parliamentarians, civil servants and policymakers in the devolved governments of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales; staff and member representatives of sister organisations like British Association for Sexual Health and HIV  and Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, and nation-specific networks and collaborative groups such as Cross-Party Group for Women’s Health in Scotland, and Women’s Health Wales.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate plans for specific areas of policy and stakeholder engagement work, including influencing decision-makers, building, and strengthening support among key regional and national stakeholders in the devolved nations.
• Working in collaboration with the Director of External Affairs and Chairs of the CoSRH Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland Committees, to represent CoSRH at a variety of conferences, meetings, and events across the three devolved nations.

b. Policy, Public Affairs & Partnership Building

• Monitor the external environment for issues that may impact on SRH, and help identify, analyse and grasp opportunities to influence policy and public opinion relevant to CoSRH’s work within the three devolved nations, outlining CoSRH’s position/response to policy and public opinion developments.
• Develop and oversee the effective monitoring of parliamentary activity in the devolved nations in relation to sexual and reproductive healthcare and related interests.
• Produce policy briefings for the organisation’s leadership including President, Officers and CEO as relevant.
• Advise on, assimilate evidence for and produce responses to external consultations issued by Government departments and other relevant agencies across the three devolved nations, consulting with members and drawing on relevant policy documents.
• Engage with CoSRH members, policy makers and the public across the three devolved nations including supporting the CoSRH Media and Communications Manager role where necessary, helping with media and social media output.

c. Committee support

• Work with the CoSRH External Affairs & Membership & Engagement Teams to provide secretariat support as required to CoSRH’s member committees in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
• As required, work with the CoSRH External Affairs & Membership & Engagement Teams as well as devolved nation chairs to develop and implement meetings and their agendas, record actions and discuss strategic approaches to the delivery of actions with relevant leaders. 
• As required, work with the CoSRH External Affairs & Membership & Engagement Teams  to ensure that the work of member committees in devolved nations feeds into wider CoSRH activity, inclusive of the Hatfield Vision, and that the CoSRH President maintains appropriate oversight at Hatfield Vision Taskforce level.

• Proven public policy experience, ideally within the health sector, with a good understanding of devolved policymaking and influencing opportunities.
• Knowledge of the healthcare systems across the three devolved nations.

The World Obesity Federation is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our MAPPS project team as a Health Systems Co-Ordinator.   This innovative MAPPS project aims to improve obesity care and prevention in health systems through improved evidence generation, coalition building, and policy engagement.

The selected candidate will:

• Support our MAPPS programme of gathering intelligence on in-country healthcare systems and practices for obesity policy, prevention and care
• Support the fulfilment of global deliverables of the MAPPS project, in which we collect data, conduct data analysis, draft report cards and infographics, coordinate academic paper(s) and briefings, and feed into key WOF reports
• Support the fulfilment of national MAPPS deliverables that will include liaising with local consultants in key ‘deep dive’ countries and organising multisectoral roundtables.

The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. This role sits within the highly committed and successful Development and Advocacy Department, which generates over £41m revenue annually, plus additional capital funds, and secures the annual Arts Council England grant (currently £22.9m). The Department’s revenue generation and advocacy to Government of the value of our creative sector ensures the RBO can retain the best artists and crafts people, deliver our thriving National Schools’ Programme, maintain our beautiful grade I listed building, deliver on our charitable mission, and continue to produce world class performances.

The Membership Team, responsible for Friends and Patrons, are responsible for circa £10m annually. Friends and Patrons also make up 30% of ticket income, 55% of other donations and 88% of legacies, emphasising the importance of community building, good processes and customer service. The Patrons of the Royal Ballet and Opera are a core loyal audience who provide vital philanthropic support to the RBO. As a thank-you for their support, they enjoy premium benefits including a concierge Box Office and special events. 

The Patrons Manager will be responsible for both Individual and Corporate Patron relationships from prospecting to renewal, managing recruitment, stewardship and overseeing excellence in customer service via the Patrons Box Office. This is a strategic role, with responsibility for managing and growing the Patrons Scheme, ensuring members make the most of their Patron membership to achieve maximum renewal and upgrade rates.

Our ideal candidate will be results driven, with a pro-active, can-do attitude that is role modelled in the small team of reports and more widely across the Department. You will be solutions focused with experience of taking accountability for improvements and resolutions. You will be able to lead and develop a small team, manage a busy workload with high output and productivity and demonstrate highly effective influencing skills. 

You will have:

• Experience of working in a membership organisation and/or with high-net-worth individuals in a philanthropic environment. Experience in a box office/ticketing environment is also highly desirable.
• Experience of working in revenue growth environments, with an aptitude for working toward KPIs.
• A firm understanding of Gift Aid and other charitable legislation and laws.
• Demonstrable experience leading on relationship management (including face to face) within a Patrons or Philanthropy scheme or similar
• Experience identifying new initiatives and ways to enhance Patron experience, with experience delivering in a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence. 
• Developed communication and rapport building skills; able to tailor communications effectively and quicky forge strong relationships, both internally and externally 

An understanding and knowledge of the art forms is not essential but the ability to learn and communicate effectively and persuasively about opera, ballet, music and dance to Patrons is critical for this role.

PMRGCAuk is a small national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) and giant cell arteritis (GCA). We have a big impact, supporting patients with our small staff team and with the help of a proactive team of volunteers and working closely with leading rheumatologists and researchers to improve diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Engagement and Communications Coordinator.

Key focus of the role

PMR and GCA are often unknown by the public and among health professionals and this newly created role is designed to support the charity in raising awareness of the condition, in order to improve diagnosis, treatment and outcomes for those affected.

Key responsibilities

· Be an ambassador for the organisation and for PMR/GCA - making opportunities to raise the profile of both PMRGCAuk and PMR/GCA more broadly

· To work with medical trustees and patrons to develop a network of health professionals who will advocate for good treatment of PMR/GCA

· To work at a national level to promote good practice and lobby government, influencing government policy where possible

· Support the development of a network of volunteer ambassadors who can deliver information talks and awareness-raising activities

· To support the Deputy Director to develop a strong social media presence and support with specific campaigns

· To ensure the website is fit-for-purpose and updated regularly, working with trustees, staff members and volunteers to develop content that is up-to-date and useful to all that visit the website

· To manage the external voice of the charity, including ensuring our information and resources are current and relevant and producing external communications when appropriate.

· To attend professional events and develop strong networks with health professionals and the wider general public

· To support the membership strategy, taking every opportunity to encourage membership uptake, including professional membership

 Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Passenger Services Administrator to work in our busy office, taking bookings, processing financial and membership data, organising schedules and promoting our services across Wandsworth.

You will work closely with our close knit-team of staff, drivers, volunteers, and community partners to ensure our services continue to thrive and adapt to the changing needs of the community.

This is a varied and rewarding role with a lot of potential to develop for the right candidate.

Job Description

Key areas of responsibility:

1.  Be the front of house first contact for telephone, in person and email enquiries.

2. Take minibus and passenger bookings for outings and shopping, using our bespoke CTX software.

3. Maintain operational records and statistics relating to all vehicle hirings and ensure that all mileage is accounted for.

4. Update financial records and prepare invoices using Sage Accounts, process petty cash and take money to the bank.

5. Organise the schedules for drivers and volunteers.

6. Produce newsletters and publicity materials.

7.  Participate in fundraising and publicity events. This may include evening and weekend work for which time off in lieu would be granted.

8. Attend and take part in staff meetings and evening Management Committee meetings, giving reports if required.

9. Any other duties commensurate with the grading of the post as directed by the Deputy Director, CEO or Management Committee.
