The Advice Services Alliance (ASA) is the umbrella body for the not-for-profit social welfare advice sector in the UK. The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead the AQS Access Pathway Project, funded by City Bridge Foundation. This newly created role will be responsible for redesigning and updating the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and developing a new progression-based Access Pathway for advice services.
This is a fixed-term role, with funding secured for a minimum of 36 months. You will work closely with our Deputy Director and a wide range of stakeholders to successfully deliver a new version of AQS and its accompanying framework.
Key Responsibilities

Design, manage, and deliver the AQS Access Pathway Project in collaboration with the ASA Deputy Director.

Convene and facilitate a Project Advisory Group comprising ASA members and key stakeholders.

Engage with external stakeholders including auditing and accrediting bodies such as AgeUK, Citizens Advice, Welsh Government, and the Money and Pensions Service.

Promote and communicate the project to advice services, funders, and wider voluntary sector audiences.

Oversee project monitoring and evaluation, including data collection and reporting to ASA’s Board and funders.

Support budget tracking and financial reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.

Actively recruit new services to engage with AQS and promote interest in quality assurance across the sector.

Undertake other duties as required to support successful delivery and integration of the project.

About the role
The Member Subscriptions Officer manages the administration and finance of NCVO’s membership subscriptions. Key duties include running monthly renewals, issuing invoices, managing payments and reducing aged debt. The role involves regular use of NCVO’s CRM system to ensure accurate records and efficient processes.
The post holder will handle member enquiries, support new applications and maintain strong relationships with members. Working closely with NCVO’s Finance team, they will ensure timely direct debit collections and contribute to income tracking and forecasting.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, numerate, and confident using databases, with experience in financial administration and customer service.

Membership and engagement is a newly evolved team that exists to grow, connect and convene NCVO’s membership. The team acquires roughly 1,400 new members a year and offers care and support to retain 90% of its current 17K members.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and talented individual with strong project management skills to lead the delivery of the training function within the BSI. We are seeking an Exhibitions and Collections Projects Manager to join the Crafts Council on a permanent basis. This is a vital role in the Public Programmes team to oversee the maintenance and development of Crafts Council Collections and the delivery of key temporary exhibitions.
Reporting to the Senior Collections and Programme Manager, this role will ensure the Crafts Council Collections are documented and preserved to a high standard for future generations. They will also support the strategic development of the Crafts Council’s programme, managing relationships with external commercial partners, artists and institutions, overseeing project budgets and timelines and contributing to reporting and evaluation frameworks.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role which involves working across the organisation and beyond to deliver and communicate best practice in exhibition production and collection management.
About You

About the role
At EngineeringUK we use evidence to make a real difference. Through research insight and robust evaluation, we work to improve the impact of our own work, as well as that of other organisations in our sector. Our aim is to make a positive difference to young people’s lives and securing the diverse engineering and technology workforce the UK needs to thrive. The research and evaluation team consists of 6 researchers and analysts who work to provide these insights.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver and develop our evaluation projects, to help build an evidence-base for engineering and technology outreach activities and to shape how we use this evidence to inform our own and others’ practice.
With support from the Head of Evaluation and Impact, you will be the operational lead on our evaluations, with responsibility for:
- critically assessing the evidence required to ascertain impact of engineering and technology outreach activities across a complex landscape, with an emphasis on groups historically underrepresented in the engineering and technology professions
- designing and managing the evaluation of our educational programmes, including the practicalities and logistics of collecting/analysing these data, and reporting findings to internal and external stakeholders
- working with colleagues to embed learning from evaluation findings into our future activities and the wider evidence base on the impact of engineering outreach activity

Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, fundraiser who is target driven, to apply for a new role, Philanthropy Development Manager, to lead a step-change in member giving. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of philanthropic giving at the Goldsmiths’ Company. The postholder will develop and implement strategies to double the amount individual members give each year for the next three years. In doing this they will work with the Goldsmiths’ Foundation to harness the power of community, connection, and purpose-driven philanthropy. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder, communicator and fundraiser who can develop compelling cases for support, segment and engage diverse supporter groups, and deliver targeted campaigns that inspire generosity. The Research Initiatives Manager is a crucial role at the College, as you will work closely with senior clinicians to lead a series of projects and activities to feed into the development and delivery of child-health research initiatives. The initiatives include research awards, research events and research capacity and capability building, by embedding academic skills into the paediatric workforce and enabling academic research.
As Research Initiatives Manager, you will also lead on the RCPCH Genomics Programme which aims to develop and deliver a series of resources and activities related to supporting the preparedness of our membership for the era of genomics medicine.
