An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MDT Admin to join our Therapies Team. This role will require the successful candidate to provide high quality efficient and reliable administrative support to the Therapies Directorate.

Role Requirements
- Support planning and changes in the administration of children and young people’s timetable for children and family services.
- Support with photocopying of notes for subject access/ solicitor requests (SARS).
- Manage the SARS and redacting process with appropriate members of the Therapies teams.
- Update logs and coordinate the Clinical and Safeguarding Supervision across the Therapies teams, escalating non-compliance where required.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and administer booking processes for all relevant training sessions/course.
- Coordinating specialist clinics, including spine and hip clinics; liaising with the Physiotherapy team to ensure the correct children are on the schedule. Liaison with external Consultants to organise the clinic lists.
- Carry out audiotyping of clinic letters and distribute as required.
- Update absences within the teams onto the SMI (staff care) system, as requested by the Heads of Service.
- Place orders for any required equipment and/or resources for departments and for the children and young people as deemed necessary.
- Take overview of clinical asset ordering, linking with the clinical assets team and management system, in line with MHRA guidelines and the medical devices policy.
- Track and monitor equipment orders with Heads of service, escalate delays and provide a central overview for all equipment re-charges and ordering.
- Raise and receipt PO’s and invoices for the therapies directorate and liaise closely with the finance team.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

In 2021, we launched the MMM model of psychological entrapment and suicidal crises (PESC-M), which now underpins everything we do. Working with Sage50 Cloud Accounting, you will process supplier invoices, payments and expenses by setting up BACS payments, standing orders and direct debits as necessary. You will assist with monthly accounts; preparing monthly payroll information and processing month end schedules as requested.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Team which operates within HBF’s vibrant, multi-disciplinary team. The duties of Client Services Administrator are two-fold 1) is to host our busy reception area and friendly waiting room; welcome clients and visiting professionals to the Helen Bamber Foundation and attend to any needs they might have and 2) to oversee the booking of appointments between clients and staff/volunteers across the organisation; liaising with third parties and clinicians in relation to Initial Assessments; booking and managing doctor’s diaries for our Medical Advisory Services and the booking of interpreters across the organisation. You will be at the heart of an exciting team of experts, working as the face of HBF and the first point of contact for both external and internal queries. You will be a self-motivating team player, organised, efficient and have a compassionate mind-set.
The role will work closely with the other person in post as Client Services Administrator and jointly manage the workload. The role also includes assistance and general facilities support to the Senior Operations and HR Coordinator.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and supervision to a number of therapeutic services within Richmond Borough Mind. Our developed and respected Psychotherapy and Counselling Service has been providing long-term counselling interventions to local residents since 1988. The service is self-funded and offers a range of therapies which aim to provide individuals with the support and opportunity to work through their difficulties in depth with a skilled and experienced trainee or fully qualified therapist. Sliding scale rates are offered to make sure that we are accessible to all. We also run a number of therapeutic, psychoeducational, support and peer-led one to one sessions and groups, training workshops and other activities.
We are looking for a skilled and qualified (or in advance training) counselling supervisor to provide clinical supervision, leadership, management and service development of our Psychotherapy and Counselling service. Knowledge and understanding of a number of modalities would be an asset. Part of the role will be to help us achieve and maintain BACP or equivalent service accreditation and to grow the service.
As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicant will be a confident and versatile communicator with outstanding relationship-building, organisational and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to provide empathy and guided support to staff, volunteer counsellors, administrators and clients. Reports to: Wellbeing Coach Co-ordinator
Location: Maidstone, Ashford and Swale
Hours: Full time, 35 hour week.
Salary: £23,990 pa
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent.
About Mid Kent Mind

We strive to tackle stigma and discrimination through projects that promote a better understanding of mental health. We aim to ensure that the needs of each individual who experiences a mental health problem, are met with the best possible support and outcome.
About the role
Mid Kent Mind runs a wide range of services, including but not limited to, mental health training, wellbeing courses, one-to-one sessions, and social groups. You will be working with both adult and youths in services which focus on nurturing the mental health and wellbeing of our service users in a safe and supportive environment.
You will be instrumental in facilitating a wide range of support across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale. You will lead on our structured mental health courses, and community groups whilst also having the opportunity to shape your individual approach to support the needs of our service users.
Who you are
· You are an authentic and empathetic communicator with emotional intelligence, you are able to deliver confidently to a wide range of audiences, face to face and virtual delivery.
· You have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and are rigorous in your task management.
· You have the ability to collect information and create accurate and timely reports, as required.
· You are able to be flexible in response to the organisation’s needs and requirements.
What you will offer us
· You will contribute to the design, development and evaluation of courses and workshops in response to need.
· You will be responsible for your own administration, with accurate data entry and working with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· You will be a positive addition to the team and happy to represent Mid Kent Mind.
Key responsibilities
· As one of our Wellbeing Coaches you will lead on the existing service delivery, courses and social groups, both out in the community and based at our Wellbeing Centre in Maidstone.
· You will plan and prepare a range of engaging online and face to face group sessions, and courses.
· You will conduct wellbeing assessments with our service users.
· You will action safeguarding needs of service users, following MKM’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
· You will work with the team to ensure timely responses to email inboxes, answering phones and greeting visitors.

About the role
Sitting in our Fundraising and External Engagement Team, you’ll support colleagues to achieve agreed proactivity and income targets. You’ll work in a small team of fundraisers which includes corporate and individual giving along with some event work.
This is a part-time role where you’ll be expected to work 18.5 - 22.5 hours per week to include a Tuesday in the office and some weekend working.
Due to the nature of the role, the ability and confidence to drive and access to a car is essential. You may be working across the Hampshire area.
About you
As a Fundraising Assistant, you’re likely to be the first point of contact for our donors. It’s therefore essential that you can provide a welcoming, informative and prompt service so that our donors feel appreciated and supported. You’ll be a great communicator with people of all levels both internally and externally. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and understanding of the charity sector and fundraising regulator requirements.
