We are pleased to be able to offer an experienced autism professional the opportunity to join our Autism Accreditation team as an Accreditation consultant. We require a person with experience working in the field of autism. The applicant will need to be located within the Yorkshire or North East of England due to the nature of the work the caseload they will be managing and the travel required throughout this region.
This role offers a wide and varied work load supporting across social care, education, criminal justice and health sectors amongst many more. Developing best autism practice and celebrating through the accreditation programme the outcomes achieved by provisions.

Who we are looking for:
A Permanent Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries.
Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.
This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required.
This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to become a crucial member of our team, as our new Trust and Statutory Manager.
You will primarily be responsible for developing, managing and securing income from a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory bodies, including delivering on a personal six-figure target. You will also manage an existing six-figure portfolio consisting of a range of funders, developing and delivering a sector-leading stewardship plan.
You will need to be a fundraiser with experience and have a track record of securing and account managing six-figure donations from trust and statutory bodies. In return, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills around all areas of high-value fundraising, in a supportive team that values personal development.
We are a friendly, successful team that are looking for a passionate individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and who has great attention to detail and organisation. The Survivors Trust is a UK-wide membership organisation for specialist voluntary sector rape and sexual abuse support services. Our vision is for a society where services for survivors are trauma-informed and accessible according to need. Survivors and their partners, parents, families and supporters have a right to support and justice can access the right service for them at the right time, free of charge, and according to need.
We have over 120 member organisations in the UK and Ireland providing counselling, emotional support and advocacy for women, men, young people and children who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse/exploitation at any time in their lives.
We support our member agencies by providing a wide range of infrastructure support including regional meetings, networking events, specialist forums and workshops and representing our member agencies in national meetings. We provide accredited training for Independent Sexual Violence Advisors and bespoke training and workshops for professionals and organisations. We run a national helpline for anyone who has been affected by sexual violence in any way.
We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join our small and friendly team at our head office in Rugby, working with our Income Generation Manager to ensure our income meets the increasing demands for our services.
You will lead on developing and supporting trust, grant, commissioned and community fundraising activities, including researching fundraising opportunities and writing grant applications, working in collaboration with the Income Generation Manager. Supporting our amazing community fundraisers is an important element of the role, providing fundraising newsletters, updates and maintaining our fundraising webpages.
You will ideally have previous experience of working in the voluntary sector and experience of developing funding applications and building relationships with donors and fundraisers, but please don’t be put off applying if you don’t meet all these requirements. You will work with the Independent Living Skills and Creative Programmes Manager to ensure we deliver a creative programme which maximises the potential of our students, makes best use of Share resources and local partnerships, and supports students to develop the skills to live more independent fulfilling lives.

Main responsibilities
- You’ll manage the delivery of our Independent Living Skills programmes across our sites, looking to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard
- You will ensure all Independent Living Skills programmes are comprehensive, impacting students beyond the classroom, including exploring the opportunities for delivery in the community and home setting
- You will line manage the Independent Living Skills Tutors and ensure they have adequate resources to deliver sessions
- You will work with tutors to meet organisational strategic goals with a focus on activities which support progression on the Outcomes Star
Who we’re looking for
- You have experience in planning and coordinating inclusive activities with a focus on supporting independent activities
- You have experience in coordinating, planning and delivering sessions for adults that enable people to acquire new skills, both social and practical
- You have experience of identifying, building and maintaining positive relationships with a wide range of individuals, partner organisations, support networks and agencies on behalf of clients
- Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping disabled people enjoy more autonomy and you understand how to make this happen
