12. As a key member of the Development Team to work closely with the Development Director to actively, engage with employers and external organisations to promote CareTrade and our job seekers and to pursue opportunities to work collaboratively.
13. To attend events, to market CareTrade to autistic jobseekers and to liaise with Disability Employment Advisors at JobCentre Plus, Disability Services teams, Social Workers and others to promote and support employment opportunities as needed.
14. To organise and promote social groups for jobseekers.
15. To collect data and use data analysis to help produce reports, internally, for funders and partners.

17. To be a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and First Aider and complete regular training working alongside the Development Director to ensure the safety of participants and staff.

Job Purpose
To support young people aged 18+ who have disabilities and/or are neurodiverse to gain employment. Role Particulars
Working Pattern: Full time working hours, including weekly in-person team meetings in London: monthly all-staff meetings on Tuesdays twice a month, and weekly on Wednesdays twice a month. The nature of this role means that some travel and working away from home will be required, as agreed in advance. Specifically, the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships must be available for the annual leadership conference and some or all of the New Wine annual summer festival (on-site or remote support).

This includes securing target levels of media coverage and building and maintaining contacts with Welsh and English language journalists across national, local and trade media in Wales. As Senior Media and PR Officer (Wales) you will be a part of the Mind Cymru directorate and report to the Head of Communications, Marketing and Media (Wales). You will also work closely with the Mind Media and PR team, in particular the Head of News, in Mind's Social Change directorate.
You will devise and implement media strategies including press releases, celebrity engagement, photo and filming opportunities and digital content for organisational campaigning, policy and profile-raising priorities in Wales. You will also handle reactive enquires on the news desk, provide media support to our network of local Minds and shops and provide support with reputational risk issues.
