Job description

The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK

Q is an initiative connecting people with improvement expertise across the UK. It is being led by the Health Foundation and supported and co-funded by NHS bodies across the UK. We have recently secured long-term funding for Q and have entered an exciting phase of consolidating and building Q for the future.

The teams operate in a matrix structure and this post-holder will support work across several of Q’s services areas, contributing to the ultimate aim of supporting sustainable improvement in health and care across the UK.

The Programme Officer is a key member of the Q Operations team and wider Improvement Directorate, working to ensure core programmes of work within the Q portfolio are delivered to a high standard. The post holder will contribute to the successful delivery of Q awards programmes, support the planning and delivery of events and work as a member of the team to provide high quality processes across all of our programmes.
