Job description

Family Action is a national charity that supports people through change, challenge and crisis across England and Wales. In 2026, the Bromley by Bow Centre (BBBC) merged with Family Action, bringing with it an established website and a wide range of digital content.

Following a comprehensive digital audit, we are embarking on a project to retire the BBBC website and migrate content to the Family Action website. We are looking for an organised and experienced Project Manager to lead this work, ensuring content is reviewed, migrated and redirected effectively while maintaining a positive user experience.

The Bromley by Bow Centre is a long-established community charity delivering more than 40 services and activities, including social prescribing, health and wellbeing programmes, housing, benefits and debt advice. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the digital integration of a highly respected organisation and help shape its digital presence within Family Action.
