About the Role
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent (will consider 0.8 FTE)
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week – flexible hours around a general 9:00-17:30 working pattern, including some evening/weekend work attending events.

Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role within our organisation, forming part of the Income and Partnerships Team.
We are looking for an ambitious and autonomous fundraiser to develop, deliver and grow our long-term corporate partnerships programme in London, Manchester and new locations in line with our strategy.
The key aim of the role is to secure new, and account manage existing corporate partnerships which will both contribute to ReachOut’s core mission of transforming outcomes for young people constrained by circumstance and help companies to achieve their own Corporate Social Responsibility goals.

Person Specification:
Essential requirements:

Legacies are a major income stream, and with your influential and intuitive approach you will play a pivotal role in managing, developing and maximising our legacy portfolio.
Just like our care, our relationships with supporters are individual and with your excellent interpersonal skills and sensitive manner, you will focus on building warm, meaningful relationships with supporters, creating positive experiences at every touchpoint and inspiring people to consider leaving a gift in their will. About the role
Supporting the delivery of Zoe’s Place overall income generation strategy, by developing a portfolio of corporate supporters at Zoe’s Place Coventry to deliver long term sustainable income growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account manage corporate relationships
- Account manage newly established and existing corporate relationships, ensuring that each one is appropriately supported and is reaching its full potential, through charity of the year partnerships, sponsorship, staff fundraising, payroll giving and event participation.
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to ensure corporate fundraising offering is consistent across all relationships.

Collaborative working
- Work closely with staff across the charity to maximise opportunities to engage with high-value audiences, ensuring accurate sharing of information, such as case studies, is relevant and timely.
- Develop strong working relationships with the wider Coventry marketing, fundraising and Coventry clinical team.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other members of staff in order to ‘cross-sell’ and maximise fundraising opportunities.

Main Purpose Of The Job:

Events Planning And Delivery

· Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors to ensure all events are well planned and professionally run.
· Manage all event communications, from invitations, registration, to event day and follow up, ensuring an excellent support journey throughout.
· Support the Community Fundraising Manger on third party events, including Homeless Oxfordshire’s participation in the Oxford Half Marathon, the London Marathon, London to Brighton bike ride and other challenge events.
· Manage and plan event day activity at third party challenge events.
· Support community groups who are running their own “in aid of” events for Homeless Oxfordshire, providing materials and promotion and attending events where appropriate.

Community Fundraising
· Support the Community Fundraising Manager to research and identify community fundraising prospects, and deliver communications and approaches to engage schools, colleges, faith groups and other community organisations.

· Support community fundraisers to use and register on third party platforms e.g. JustGiving, Enthuse, providing encouragement and tips for securing sponsorship and funding.
· Ensure timely and professional communication and interaction with community supporters, and prompt thanking of fundraisers and donors.
· Take responsibility for responding to/redirecting all emails to the shared fundraising inbox.

Our new Grant Fundraiser (Trusts and Corporates) will research, write and submit high-quality, well presented, well-reasoned grant applications, working to secure major gifts for capital and revenue projects from grants and foundations, major donor and corporate bodies in order to achieve fundraising targets.
You will also nurture relationships with existing and new grant funders, build connections with businesses and community organisations to explore sponsorship, collaboration, and partnership opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Corporate Fundraiser, you will build and nurture relationships with companies in Manchester and across the North West. We see huge potential in creating local and regional partnerships in the area.
We are looking for a proven relationship builder, ideally with experience of corporate fundraising and pipeline management.
Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and approach companies to build new corporate partnerships, contributing to a team income target of £230k+ per year
