About the role 

Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation. 

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades. 

Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests. 

The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives. 

Who we are looking for

Our day centre service is currently open three days per-week offering respite, food and somewhere safe to be for anyone facing street homelessness. It provides advocacy and casework services to those who are vulnerably housed or homeless, supporting them to address their individual crisis and the underlying causes. APAP works in close partnership with a number of key agencies locally including drug and alcohol teams, street outreach services, local authority housing teams and the wider VCS. We are a gateway service in the community through which our clients can access a range of support. 

The Community Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships within the local community to support APAP’s fundraising efforts, including schools, local businesses, faith and community groups. The 2021 Census shows that around 36% of Camden’s households are now made up of private renters, and in the Haverstock and Primrose Hill wards, where this project will operate, it’s 27% and 35% respectively. This group of residents is often unaware of what services are out there to help them, where they are located, and how they access them.

This new role has been created to outreach and engage with private renters in the 2 wards specified and it will also include information production, dissemination and project management work. The worker will set up the project and is the key person in ensuring the smooth delivery of it in line with its stated aims and objectives.

Please note: You will need to be based in/around London for this role as it involves work within specific locations in the London Borough of Camden and is not suitable for home working or long distance travelling.

Role Purpose

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Royal Hospital Chelsea as Assistant Director of Audience Engagement on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  A core focus of the role is to develop the Royal Hospital Chelsea into a national heritage destination while ensuring our community of veterans remains at the heart of everything we do.

Overview  

At Young Roots, we want to see a compassionate and welcoming society for young refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. We work alongside young people seeking safety in the UK, building trusted relationships, providing practical and emotional support and promoting young people’s rights and power.   

Our youth clubs and casework are transformative for young refugees, allowing young people who have fled danger, had traumatic journeys and who are often here alone, to find community and connection, have a space to be a young person and access support in addressing a whole range of practical challenges they face. We also draw on our evidence from working every day with young refugees and asylum seekers to call for change to the laws and policies which are harming young people.  

The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of our youth development programme for young refugees and asylum seekers. 

You will be focused on ensuring our programme activities achieve our outcomes, are in line with our strategy and identify areas for change and development under the direction of the Head of Services. An excellent communicator and skilled at working with partners, you will be key in the implementation and running all of our weekly youth activities, including a Youth Club and Advice and Support Hub working closely with the Youth Development Worker and having oversight of our weekly Young Women’s group.

Operations Officer 

Location: Home-based, with a minimum of every other week travel into our London Office (Islington)

Salary: Point 27-30, £30,116- £33,083 (a London Allowance will be applied to employees who live in London)

About the role:

Respect is looking to expand our Operations team with this new Operations Officer role. We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience in scheduling meetings, HR administration, and coordinating internal and external correspondence with a variety of stakeholders. You must have a strong understanding of GDPR and Microsoft packages and be able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-changing working environment. Ideally you will have some previous experience of minute-taking as well as inventory and supply management.

The role:

This is a key role within the Executive Leadership team, with accountability for Finance, Procurement and IT at the Globe. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and Executive leadership team to drive strong business as usual delivery, and provide provide balanced insight to Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Group so that they can take responsibility for questioning routines and rituals, and for streamlining processes that improve efficiency.

The Finance Director is the lead on the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and is a key part of other relevant committees. The Finance Department provides timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders while protecting Shakespeare’s Globe assets and ensures compliance with laws and regulations in relation to financial and taxation matters. Serving as a key partner on topics requiring economic, financial and value for money inputs and expertise, the Finance Department manages Accounting and Financial Reporting, Tax, Banking Relationships, Procurement, Financial Risk Management, Contracts, Management Reporting, and external audit partners

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Specialist Child to Parent Violence delivery:

• Advocate for the rights of children to be respected, heard and protected.
•  Deliver sessions for parents using Non Violent Resistance (NVR) techniques and child and family members, applying a systematic family approach to managing violence and abuse in the home.
• Adhere to the relevant programme manuals for parents as well as for the children and young people.
• Use motivational interviewing techniques and strength based approaches to engage with families.
• Support parents and young people to learn skills and knowledge to deal with behaviour in a non-violenct way, using NVR and trauma informed CBT methods.
•  Work closely with other statutory and voluntary professionals to ensure appropriate steps are taken to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person. Apply RISE’s escalation procedures.
• Be responsible and accountable for working with Team leader and/or Service Manager and Advanced practitioner to ensure risk is reviewed on a weekly basis.
•  Attend monthly risk review and practice development meetings with Team leader or Advanced practitioner to ensure effective risk management procedures are applied at all times.
• Attend training sessions to enhance their delivery and understanding of NVR.
• Be personally accountable for the completion of assessments, pre and post questionnaires, and End of Intervention reports, and ensure they are to a high standard.
• Provide support and consultancy to other professionals to ensure appropriateness of referrals  and improve understanding on NVR and CBT techniques and working with families (parents and children and young people.
•  Ensure effective planning for the delivery of each intervention in advance of the session.
• Partake and pass all relevant NVR and other child, young people  and parent centred training to undertake this specialist work.
• Deliver community training as required.
