● To support the Custom House and Canning Town community to grow and develop, working with them to build their sense of belonging, community pride and spirit.
● To listen to local people, to support them to develop power to act together for the common good and help them act on the local issues that are important to them.
● Contribute to developing PEACH's collective power as a Community Union in collaboration with members, Steering Group, Trustees/Directors, and fellow staff members. Oversee the execution of this strategy.

ECHO supports children and young people with heart conditions and their families, who have been treated within the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS network of 47 hospitals. Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect and affects just under 1 in every 100 babies born throughout the UK.

We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Are you an experienced senior people professional with a strong background in operations? Would you like to work for a well-known national charity on a permanent basis?
I am working exclusively with a national homeless charity on a permanent People and Operations Manager role, paying £43,000 per annum. The charity’s aim is to end homelessness and ensure everyone has a place to call home. They do this through providing grants to individuals and organisations working with people experiencing homelessness, supporting frontline workers across the UK, and advocating for change.
The organisation is based in Holborn and offers hybrid and flexible working to all staff, going into their central London office 1-2 days per week. The charity currently has around 25 employees but is looking to grow over the next couple of years, so it is an exciting time to join the charity. You will report to the Chief of Staff, who is friendly and supportive.
The purpose of this People and Operations Manager role, paying £43,000 per annum, is to shape the charity’s internal systems, culture and operations.
Some of the key responsibilities of the job include:
- Acting as a trusted HR generalist for all people-related matters, including policies, performance management, employee relations, benefits and compliance.
- Supporting the design and implementation of a people plan that enhances staff experience, wellbeing and culture across the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinating hiring processes and leading onboarding and induction, collaborating closely with hiring managers and external partners.
- Managing the learning and development platform, sourcing and booking training sessions and preparing reporting data for the leadership team and Board.
- Promoting a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging by supporting initiatives and embedding inclusive practices in policies and operations.
- Managing the day-to-day operations across key back-office functions including IT systems, insurance, facilities, procurement and supplier relationships.
- Leading on governance administration, including preparing for trustee meetings, managing the board portal, maintaining statutory records and liaising with regulators.

Chain of Hope provides treatment for children suffering from life threatening heart disease in developing countries and is also developing cardiac services overseas through training, building infrastructure and providing vital medical equipment.
The primary purpose of the Operations and Purchasing Coordinator is to support the Overseas Operations Department and Finance Department with the smooth running of international operational activity for Chain of Hope. Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit an experienced, innovative senior legal manager to manage our international Governance & Accountability Programme. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer (or international development professional with equivalent experience in rule of law /governance / NGO use of legal strategies), with deep enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of how our partners could use the law to achieve anti-corruption reform. We are especially interested in candidates with the following skills and experience:
· A qualified lawyer (or equivalent with significant relevant professional experience) with an excellent understanding of how law is useful to achieving reform in our key strategic work areas: public procurement integrity, environmental crime and corruption, accountability for international corruption asset recovery, countering illicit asset flows and illicit asset recovery, and tackling the UK’s role as an international money laundering hub for enablers;
· Understanding and enthusiasm for the concept and practice of pro bono legal assistance;
· Demonstrable project management skills and experience in an NGO (5+ years);
· Demonstrable experience in donor management, including drafting fundraising applications and budgets, nurturing new and managing existing relationships, meeting donor reporting requirements, drafting donor impact reports and raising funds for future projects and activities;
· Relevant experience and knowledge (either from previous work experience or study) relating to economic justice and/or environmental law and policy in an international development context;
· Ability to work on a wide range of tasks simultaneously, and at speed, including developing and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders (donors, NGOs, civil society organisations and government representatives), on an international basis;
· Demonstrable understanding (either from previous work experience or study) of key issues in sustainable international development, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals;
· Excellent research skills; strong administration and coordination experience in an NGO setting;
· Strong interpersonal and team working skills;
· Comfortable working independently and proactively and as part of a small team with a busy caseload;
· Very high level of fluency in spoken and written English;
· Working knowledge of another language such as Spanish (desirable).
