Overview of Role:

The CRM and Systems Lead plays a key role in supporting Church Army’s adoption and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The postholder will take day-to-day ownership of the CRM, acting as the ‘go-to’ expert for users, maintaining high-quality supporter data, and ensuring data is managed in line with best practice and data protection principles. They will support and train colleagues, building engagement and buy-in to the system, and embedding effective, consistent use across teams. They will also maximise the potential of Dynamics 365 and the accompanying digital marketing platform, Customer Insights, to create accurate supporter segments for effective mail and email campaigns.

Salary: £37,924 per annum (FTE, pro-rata for a part-time role)

Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week (0.8-1 FTE)

Pension: Church Army is an auto enrolment pension employer. You will be assessed under pension auto enrolment criteria.

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rated for part time.) Some days are compulsory leave over Christmas when the office is closed.

The University of Birmingham is recruiting a Corporate Philanthropy Manager, an exciting role that will join us in our ambitious ‘Birmingham in Action’ campaign and help us to grow our philanthropic income. You will manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects and will work with colleagues across the University to develop a pipeline of significant philanthropic gifts across priority themes and projects, with the opportunity to shape these based on your fundraising experience. A key member of the Development and Alumni Relations Office’s (DARO) Charitable Partnerships team, you will identify, create and manage corporate philanthropic partnerships with local, national and global businesses. The Corporate Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and strengthening relationships with key current corporate funders to the University to grow philanthropic income.
• Identifying and building relationships with new corporate funders with the opportunity to raise five and six figure gifts.
• Managing a pipeline of short, medium and long-term funding applications and relationships to enable year-on-year corporate philanthropy income growth.

In this varied and exciting position, you will manage high profile WI campaigns and play a key role in achieving change on key issues affecting women and their community.

The Campaigns and Public Affairs Manager provides essential management of the Public Affairs team and its activities- including campaigning, lobbying, research and policy work- whilst working closely with the Director of Campaigns and Membership to maintain a strategic overview of the department’s work.

The ability to represent the NFWI externally- to civil servants, government departments and external organisations- as well as working closely with volunteers and members at a grassroots level is also key.

We are looking for an experienced, driven and resourceful Head of HR and Operations, reporting to our Director of Finance and Resources. Leukaemia UK and You 

You will lead the development and delivery of People, Governance & Operations frameworks, aligned to the organisation’s strategy and under the direction of the Director of Finance and Resources. As a Head Of, you will contribute strategically as a specialist in your field, combining hands‑on operational delivery with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Role Specifics

• 22.5  hours per week (0.6 FTE) worked over 4-5 days, Monday to Friday.

• Location: We are very flexible! Our offices are based in Central London, and we operate hybrid working.  In this role you are required to work from the office at least 1 day per week.
• FTE Salary range £60,000 dependent on experience (pro-rata for part time)

Blood Cancer UK is looking for a Direct Marketing Manager to deliver innovative, insight-led direct marketing campaigns that grow supporter engagement and maximize income. The Opportunity

This newly created Head of People position blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, offering autonomy and visibility across the organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Director and managing an HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the full people agenda - from designing a forward-looking strategy to embedding inclusive, high-performing practices across the charity.

• CIPD Level 5 (minimum) - Level 7 desirable

The Chilterns Conservation Board (CCB) is a statutory body established by Parliamentary Order in 2004. Our primary role is to promote the conservation and enhancement of the natural beauty of the Chilterns AONB, now known as the Chilterns National Landscape. Where it is compatible with that role, we also promote the understanding and enjoyment of its special qualities, and in partnership with others seek to foster the economic and social well-being of local communities.
