About the role
As a Future Frontiers Partnerships Manager, your role is to identify, develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations which work with us to enable our mission. This is key to delivering our work and making a lasting difference for young people from under-resourced backgrounds on their education and career journeys.
The focus of the role is on building meaningful, long-term relationships with schools and/or businesses, to match young people from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds with business professionals who can provide insight into the world of work and guidance to help young people unlock their aspirations and develop the plans and skills they need to be successful.
Our Partnerships Managers each have a focus on a priority audience, either schools or businesses, and on an activity area, either new business development or account management. The role we are currently recruiting for will have a main focus on driving new business from companies.
Your responsibilities
The focus of each role could expand or change depending on the needs of the organisation. Current priorities and targets are reflected in each individual’s objectives for the year - these are regularly reviewed to ensure that they remain relevant and create ownership and stretch for each individual.
Core responsibilities across the Partnership Development and Partnership Management teams include:
Securing new partnerships

Identify potential partners for Future Frontiers, focussing on organisations where there is synergy with Future Frontiers and/or where we can address a clear need for them

Engage with potential partners through the most suitable channel (email, LinkedIn, phone/video call or in person) to understand their priorities and identify how Future Frontiers can meet their needs

Deliver targeted campaigns and pitches of the most appropriate product(s) / way(s) to engage; handle objections and negotiate terms to help Future Frontiers to achieve income and impact targets and support more young people to achieve their potential
Maintain relationships; renew and grow partnerships

Nurture relationships with existing partners, working with colleagues across Future Frontiers to ensure smooth delivery and an exceptional partner experience

Explore opportunities to grow partnerships through working together in different ways and/or extending involvement to more pupils or colleagues

Regularly request feedback and respond to suggestions from partners, helping them to feed involved and engaged with Future Frontiers’ work and development

Set up and enable successful partnership working

Work with key contacts to agree objectives, responsibilities and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and conversation, ensuring that the Salesforce database is kept up to date

Support partners with messaging and resources for internal and external communications, to enable them to build Future Frontiers into their organisations

Coordinate with Future Frontiers colleagues to ensure that activities involving partners are well-run and that everyone is clear on their role in delivering successful interventions for young people
Stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications

Use templates to create materials and communications to your audiences which align with Future Frontiers’ brand and convery core messaging

Ensure that the partners you manage are engaged with relevant stakeholder communications, including events, newsletters and social media

Proactively identify suitable content (or opportunities to develop content) from your partners to share in Future Frontiers’ marketing and communications, enabling us to build the charity’s brand and engage new audiences

Contribute to department-, directorate- and organisation-wide projects and priorities through membership of project groups or taking on pieces of work in line with your skills, experience and development objectives

About you
Experience and knowledge

Experience in a fundraising, sales or account management role, ideally working with businesses and/or schools (essential)

This role is responsible for:

- Working closely with the Digital and Content team to develop data analysis strategies that align with our goals.
- Creating and maintain dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to track and present analysis clearly to stakeholders.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Data Operations Executive to join our Data Import Team in our wider Customer Engagement and Experience Team. This role is an integral part of the team who support the important work of the organisation as well as representing and delivering value to all our audiences, both internal and external.
In this role, you’ll get involved in a variety of important database activities — from handling large data imports and automated routines, working with personal and financial data, to making sure customer relationships are maintained by managing queries and interactions from different sources. You’ll be responsible for coding, resolving and importing bulk data exceptions into our Raiser’s Edge database using tools such as Message Broker ETL and ImportOmatic, as well as managing ad hoc manual data imports from platforms like Just Giving, Benevity and Everyclick.
You’ll use our CRM and other platforms to work with live data from our donors and supporters. This includes monitoring data feeds, downloading and uploading regular data files, and reporting any issues to the Data Import Manager. You’ll also play an active part in maintaining and improving data quality through regular housekeeping, data cleansing and updates, helping to ensure everything’s accurate, consistent and compliant with GDPR, Gift Aid regulations and internal policies.
As a key link between the Customer Experience Team and the database team, you’ll support positive customer experiences and help keep information flowing smoothly across the organisation. You’ll also assist with internal data requests, contribute to wider organisational projects and provide training and guidance on database processes to team members and other staff.
This role is fixed term for 12 months covering maternity leave.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a Data Operations Executive with good customer communications and a positive, proactive approach to team activities, problem-solving and time management.
Ideally, you’ll have experience working with a CRM database — Raiser’s Edge would be a bonus — and be confident inputting, processing and managing data accurately. Experience with import utilities like ImportOmatic or similar tools, along with an understanding of income processing and Gift Aid, would be an advantage. You’ll also have excellent attention to detail and be used to handling high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and focus.
A good communicator, you’ll be confident explaining technical or data-related information to a range of audiences in a clear and professional way, both in writing and over the phone.
You’ll work closely with our experienced data professionals on exciting projects using new technology and digital channels, taking responsibility for daily and weekly activities while contributing to new initiatives and business objectives. A good team player, you’ll also be able to work on your own initiative.
You’ll help us to achieve our ambitious performance goals within the team, and as an organisation, supporting and improving the lives of all of those affected by or at risk of prostate cancer.

The Social Value Specialist will support SNG to embed impact measurement and social value into teams across the organisation, providing a central, efficient point of contact that leads on developing systems, processes and continuous service improvement.
You will engage with supply chain partners to ensure the delivery of social value in contracts and enable seamless customer service using digital platforms and relationships with community partners.
Connect with team members across the organisation to deliver impact reports and support in creating our annual ESG report.
The Social Value Specialist will report to the Social Value Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan and implement a community investment evaluation and monitoring framework, in direct alignment with the community foundation strategy and strategy and the corporate plan
- Work collaboratively across the multi-disciplinary community investment directorate and with other internal teams in the customer directorate across localities to embed a framework for social impact and outcomes recording
- Support the Social Value Manager to provide regular social impact and environmental social, governance (ESG) reporting to the communities' leadership team and to senior management and board when required
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation methods and processes for Community Foundation projects and roll out good practice to colleagues and external partners so we can effectively demonstrate our Social Impact
- Lead and support internal teams and external partners in the upload of data such as KPIs onto impact measurement platform for the business, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible when required
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and oversee project teams across SNG and with external partners that will bring in external funding
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including funders, businesses, local authorities and national agencies as required by the Head of Service and managers
- Work closely with the communications team to enable a coordinated communications approach that raises the profile of SNG's work in communities
- Prepare and present written, financial and statistical reports to internal and external bodies as required and ensure funders requirements are met

What we need from you

About the Role
We are now recruiting for a talented Services Manager to manage a team of project/case workers providing individual advice, specialist support and advocacy to Black and minoritised migrant women, overseeing all aspects of our needs-led casework as well as the delivery of our women’s centre activities, as required.
The post holder will work collaboratively with our Director of Services and Operations (DSO) and other Service Managers in the development of an annual service plan, tailoring this to meet the needs of the team and ensure all funder requirements are met.
This role will provide comprehensive team management and support, effectively managing performance and providing trauma informed mentoring to the team. The Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing referrals to Hibiscus’ services internally and externally, working closely with the teams to ensure prioritisation of Black and racially minoritised women. The postholder will be responsible for responding to service user feedback, complaints and safeguarding concerns using a trauma-informed approach. This will inform the development and improvement of policies and processes for managing service user casework.
The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that their team maintains accurate data and records to ensure effective service user support, monitoring, reporting and evaluation. As part of this monitoring and evaluation work, the Services Manager will play a key role in improving data recording and reporting. The post holder will be responsible for the financial management of their projects, including service contract budgets and the monitoring of team expenditure. Clear communication and a commitment to professional learning and development are key aspects of this role.

About you

1. Leadership

Person specification
Experience and Knowledge
- Proven experience in an operations, leadership, or senior management role, ideally within the charity service delivery or healthcare sector, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and reporting that demonstrates impact delivered. If you come from outside a support services background, you must demonstrate sound understanding of the regulatory and best practice requirements related to delivering support and/or healthcare services.

Jangala is seeking a technically adept and impact-driven person to generate insights from our internet inclusion projects across the UK and internationally. This role will be central in demonstrating the outcomes of Jangala’s programmes, improving our products and support to partners, and contributing to our organisational learning as we aim to deliver socially impactful internet to 4 million people by 2030.
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate equally comfortable designing and conducting qualitative field surveys and focus groups as they are working with large-scale datasets. You will work directly with rich telemetry from our connectivity devices - complemented by interviews, surveys, and case studies - to understand and communicate the real-world impact of digital inclusion.

Jangala is a technology charity dedicated to providing essential internet access globally, with the goal of connecting 4 million people to the internet by 2030. Founded in 2015 as a volunteer initiative providing Wi-Fi to 5,000 people in the Calais Jungle refugee camp, Jangala offers a unique approach through its novel connectivity solutions, and takes great pride in its strong partnerships with international aid actors, grassroots organisations and public bodies. To date, we have directly connected 100,000 individuals across 36 countries.

Get Box, developed rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensures that households and individuals are able to stay connected to the internet, whatever their circumstances.
Details of the role
You will design and deliver Jangala’s monitoring, evaluation and data analysis activities. The role will report to Jangala’s Head of Programmes and be a member of the Jangala’s programmes department which leads on the delivery of Jangala’s donor-funded programmes in the UK and internationally, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing partnerships with community groups and grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities and the United Nations.
Key responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing Jangala’s M&E and data analysis systems across UK and international projects, aligning with our 2030 Vision and Theory of Change, as well as donor requirements

Leading the design and implementation of both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, including structured surveys, stakeholder interviews and case studies, ensuring methods are ethical and appropriate for diverse contexts

Developing pipelines and scripts (primarily in Python) to analyse and interpret device telemetry data - eg. usage patterns, uptime, throughput and context-specific behaviours - across tens of thousands of devices operating in a variety of contexts

Integrating qualitative findings with telemetry and survey data to develop a holistic understanding of impact, progress against indicators and our Theory of Change

Collecting and analysing data and feedback from partners, end users and stakeholders eg. interviews, surveys and the development of case studies

Collaborate with delivery partners and external stakeholders to carry out M & E activities and report creation

Ensuring the secure and organised storage of M&E data and supporting system improvements for capture and access

Supporting fundraising and communications through evidence-based storytelling and impact narratives
The person we're looking for

Core Requirements:

At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field (eg. data analysis, M&E, research, social impact)

Experience with quantitative and qualitative research design, survey tools, and statistical methods

Proficiency in Python/Julia data analysis and visualisation; ability to work with large or structured data sources and build reproducible analysis pipelines

Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Kobo Toolbox, Dovetail or SPSS

Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences in reports and presentations

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across technical and programme teams, and with partners

An understanding of data protection principles, and an appreciation of ethical considerations of M & E activities involving underserved communities, including in conflict-affected countries

Desirable Requirements:

Prior experience in one or more of the following sectors: technology, humanitarian, UK charities or international development sectors

Working knowledge of additional languages besides English, particularly French, Spanish or Arabic

Experience with geographic data, real-time telemetry or Internet of Things platforms

Familiarity with Theories of Change and logical frameworks

Willingness to travel for short project-related assignments
Important details
Jangala’s office is based in London and operates a remote-first working policy. However this is a UK based role and travel to our London office will be required for mind-mapping and collaborative work at least once a week.
