Save the Children UK is looking for a collaborative and driven marketing professional with significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value to join us as our Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and delivering effective, insight-led campaigns that increase income and deepen long-term relationships with our supporters.

About the role
As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. By understanding donor motivations, you will deliver campaigns that prompt action and drive income through upgrade, conversion, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, and stewardship activity.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborate closely with colleagues across Public Impact, and manage relationships with external agencies to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that keep our supporters at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to engage supporters and grow the lifetime value of our Regular Giving base, using data and insight to understand audience needs and motivations.
- Plan and deliver telemarketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach to achieve ambitious regular giving growth income and donor conversion targets.
- Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
- Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
- Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Email, and SMS.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and to budget.
- Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing and creative agencies, to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

About the role
We’re looking for someone who has experience in marketing, communications and engagement for events, gala lunches, fundraising products and campaigns. We want you to bring creativity, insight and energy to help drive the income of the Charity from your marketing and engagement perspective. This could look like selling tickets for events, running campaigns or increasing sign ups to Legacy.
You’ll oversee and be responsible for executing the marketing plans to support events, partnerships, music services, education and our annual campaigns, where you will get support from, and line manage a Marketing and Communications Officer and an Events Marketing Officer.
This role sits within our Engagements and Communications (E&C) team, which is under our wider Income Generation directorate, (other teams include partnerships, events, trust and foundations and business development) which has ambitious fundraising targets as part of a new 5-year strategy.
You’ll be working closely with and leading on projects between teams within Income Generation, such as our award winning Events team and our hugely successful Partnerships team. Job Title: Training Facilitator
Location: Our central office in Islington, just a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station. We work in a hybrid way, with a minimum of two days a week spent in the office or at one of our services, along with regular travel to various sites across both inner and outer London. Kindly be aware that step free access is not be available at our central office, and some of our other services.
Salary: £30,900

We have an exiting opportunity for a Training Facilitator to join our Talent Development team, part of the wider People and Culture team here at SIG! In this role, you’ll oversee and deliver our specialised training programmes for our staff, residents, participants, and external parties. About the role
As a supporter journeys executive, you'll support with the design and delivery of impactful and engaging experiences for our supporters, ensuring they feel valued, inspired, and connected to our cause. You'll use insight and data to develop and improve journeys which help to grow lifetime value and supporter loyalty. You’ll be a key member of the team in helping to promote supporter experience across the charity and championing best practice across all departments.
About you
We’re looking for a team player with previous experience of working in a supporter or customer service setting. Together with the supporter journeys manager you’ll manage supporter journey projects, often multiple at the same time. To do so, it’s essential to have an understanding of good project management. Using all the data and insight available to you, you also be able to evaluate the performance of campaigns, products, tasks and activities we work on.
As you work with teams across the charity, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, as well as a collaborative approach to help nurture relationships with different teams. Any experience you have of using a database and any email marketing platforms is desirable; alongside any knowledge you have of current data protection and compliance regulations.
While we expect some level of knowledge about supporter engagement, it is equally important that you show a willingness to learn and develop your skillset, whether it be new digital solutions or how we use data and insight to evaluate performance.

Advocacy Coordinator
