Job DescriptionAs a Supporter Relations Officer, you will play a key role in providing fundraising and administrative support to the Fundraising directorate.

The role
Art Fund is seeking an experienced marketing and brand leader to start immediately, providing senior leadership and continuity for our youth-focused membership programmes, Student Art Pass and Teacher Art Pass, supporting the Head of Youth Programmes as we enter a busy year with the development and implementation of a new CRM (Salesforce).
As Youth Marketing Lead you’ll support a strategic marketing programme designed to connect a diverse new generation with UK museums and galleries. You’ll lead campaigns to drive both member acquisition and retention, developing creative concepts, digital & CRM marketing that inspires, deepens loyalty and delivers measurable ROI.
As a leading voice in the membership team, you’ll help drive the growth and evolution of the Teacher Art Pass and Student Art Pass, shaping future products and propositions — including our ambition to expand the pass to wider youth audiences.
You’ll also play a key leadership role across Art Fund — guiding a talented team, collaborating with colleagues across Digital, Programmes and Development, and contributing to major organisational projects including our CRM transformation.
The responsibilities of the role will flex over the contract period in line with organisational priorities and the availability of the Head of Youth Marketing. The postholder will take a lead on agreed areas of work, while ensuring that strategic oversight and continuity are maintained.

About the team

Support Assessment & Delivery
- Implement and deliver dual-diagnosis support through 1.1 and group sessions to tenants experiencing issues with poor mental health and substance misuse.
- Undertake joint holistic assessments and risk assessments with tenants participating in the service to determine service and support needs and identity where these can be met.
- Provide outcome-based support measured against goals, personal aspirations of the tenant, and their achievements.
- Working with tenants, encourage them to identify their own goals and work towards independence and resilience. The key aims are to reduce the need for acute clinical interventions and hospitalisations.
- Put in place with the tenant, agreed SMART targets with a range of evidence-based interventions that addresses areas of need, such as harm minimisation, prevention of relapse for those in addiction recovery, and improved self-awareness and motivation.
- Through collaborative working with other teams in the organisation, enhance the personalised and choice-led support plan of tenants to integrate with their tenancy support needs and reducing the risk of tenancy loss due to dual-diagnosis issues.
- Help reduce episodes of crisis though support initiatives such as peer-led support groups.
- Be proactive in observing and responding to changing characteristics of tenants receiving support, recognising deterioration in mental wellbeing and putting in place interventions that reduce the likelihood of more acute support needs.
- Be a point of contact for tenants who are on the verge of experiencing a crisis episode, providing appropriate support and interventions to help avoid the need to access acute services.
- Foster positive working relationships with external stakeholders, breaking down barriers and improving access to appropriate support services such as specialised mental healthcare and addiction recovery programmes.
- Develop effective community links that expands support resources that to be offered to tenants.
- Develop all support plans and coaching sessions to embrace the key elements and principles of Trauma Informed Practice and Psychologically Informed Environments.
- Keep up to date with strategies and methodologies used in the support sector to ensure dual-diagnosis support in the organisation remains at a high level for all tenants accessing it.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Variety is looking for a Social Media Officer to join our Fundraising and Marketing team. Reporting to the PR and Communications Manager, the role will be vital in positioning Variety as a highly impactful charity and supporting our mission to fund life-changing practical support to disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
You will be responsible for creatively growing our social media channels to increase engagement and reach new audiences. This includes content planning and ensuring our channels reflect Variety’s campaigns, programmes and brand. You’ll lead on community management and play a key role in developing and maintaining the charity’s content library.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help create integrated social media plans and support live coverage from our wide range of fundraising and cause-led events. You’ll have opportunities to attend events and work directly with the children and families we support, helping to bring their stories to life.
Highly organised and creative, you will be confident in adapting content for different channels, ensuring it is delivered in the right format, tone and style for each audience.

● Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and engage with audiences, including Variety ambassadors.
● Keep the social media schedule up to date (using Hootsuite) with consistent posting and avoiding clashes by planning in advance.
● Create engaging content that aligns with our overall mission by interviewing beneficiaries, creating graphics on Canva and filming reels and videos.
● Ensure social media content is child-centric and accessible.

YMCA What is Sexual Exploitation (WiSE) is our child sexual exploitation project which works with children and young people across Sussex and Surrey. Our primary focus of work is supporting young people affected by exploitation through raising awareness, education and empowerment.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the WiSE team as a Male Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Practitioner. This role involves providing specialist support, working across Sussex and Surrey to provide case work support and group interventions to boys and young men at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation, as well as those exhibiting harmful sexual behaviour. You will deliver outreach sessions in various settings, collaborate with professionals to support interventions leading to prosecutions, and provide training on boys/young men and sexual exploitation.
Due to the sensitive nature of the client group and in order to ensure that the young people feel safe, supported and understood, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be male, as permitted under the Equality Act 2010.
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the wide geographic area covered by the service. You will be required to visit head office in Hove once a week for an anchor day. The other days will be across Sussex and Surrey in the community
In delivering the role, the key responsibilities are:
- Carry a caseload of boys and young men identified as exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours and/or being sexually exploited
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide intensive and holistic support
- Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to reports
- Facilitate group work interventions in schools, accommodation projects and youth groups
- Deliver detached sessions in various settings to engage at-risk boys and young men
- Provide expertise and increase awareness of harmful sexual behaviour and sexual exploitation
- Contribute to WiSE Child Exploitation training and awareness campaigns

We are seeking a committed and motivated Head of Fundraising to deliver the OCT’s ambitious fundraising requirements. This is a vital role for the Ocean Conservation Trust (OCT) leading on the development and delivery of the full spectrum of fundraising activities to support our mission. The OCT has ambitious fundraising requirements. In addition to the funds raised through the National Marine Aquarium (NMA), the OCT needs a more diverse income stream to drive its core programmes, through the development of appropriate corporate, philanthropic and donation initiatives.
The post holder will need to understand the core programmes and develop appropriate schemes and campaigns to build a wide support network to secure a lasting pipeline of donations. They must own income targets and lead income growth, thinking in terms of pipelines, ROI, KPIs and lifetime value. About you
Desirably you will have some experience of working as an Advocate, providing welfare, supporting, or caring for Adults or young people who have support needs, ideally for those with a variety of communication needs, mental ill health, physical health issues, or barriers to accessing education and support.
You should have worked or volunteered in health, social care, welfare, support services, education or young person’s services, or advice and guidance.

You will support people to speak up for themselves and grow in confidence, equip them to understand and exercise their rights and options, and will assist them in the decision-making process relating to their care, treatment, and support.
You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with the individuals you support. You’ll be creative in your approach to empower our clients by ensuring you meaningfully explain people’s options and rights to them. How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).
VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.

As Temporary Shop Manager of Scope's Ilkley shop, you’ll have autonomy to run your shop using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. Shop hours
It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.

Background to the role
The Choir with No Name (CWNN) run choirs involving people affected by homelessness across England and Wales. We were founded on the premise that singing with others makes you feel good; it distracts you from all the nonsense in life and helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. Each choir gets together to rehearse every week and share a meal together at the end of rehearsal, welcoming everyone, regardless of background, characteristics or idiosyncrasies. We want everyone involved in the Choir with No Name to feel they belong in our community.
The Sheffield Choir has been running in Sheffield for one year, in partnership with the Archer Project and Sheffield Cathedral, who support homeless and vulnerable people. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at 6.30pm at Sheffield Cathedral. Our rehearsals follow the usual Choir with No Name format of tea, biscuits and a chat before rehearsal, then ninety minutes of joyful singing (mostly pop and rock, arranged for mixed ability in 3- and 4-part harmony) followed by a free hot meal for members.
We are committed to co-production. Co-production means that people with lived experience of homelessness work alongside others to deliver all aspects of our work. Our Sheffield Choir Manager will be vital in helping us achieve this aim, working alongside choir members to develop the skills needed to steer their own choir projects and fully share the control and direction of the organisation.
We're looking for someone with strong project management skills, able to organise the project so that our members can safely access weekly rehearsals and perform two gigs during the pilot. The Choir Manager works in close partnership with the choir director who will lead the choir musically, as well as with the Archer Project and Sheffield Cathedral teams. The Choir Manager is also responsible for looking after a small group of dedicated volunteers who will help with preparing a hot meal after rehearsals and offering pastoral support to members. We're looking for someone with some experience in working alongside vulnerable people, offering support and signposting members to specialist services on occasions. It’s a busy and varied role which should be a lot of fun and has plenty of support from the wider Choir with No Name programmes team as we launch this exciting new project.

Job Description
1. Member recruitment and liaison
a) Support choir members and develop lasting positive relationships.
b) Arrange workshops to spread the love and recruit choir members, ensuring that the opportunity to attend choir is available to as many potential members as possible.
c) During work hours and at rehearsal, be the first point of contact for potential and existing choir members.
d) Where appropriate, aid members in crisis by signposting or referring them to specialist services and act as Safeguarding lead for the Sheffield choir.
e) Enable and support choir members to take an active role in their choir e.g. taking-up informal roles at choir, joining steering groups and just involving them as much as possible
2. Rehearsal and Volunteer Management
a) Be the person responsible for all aspects of running a smooth rehearsal (except the musical bits!)
b) Recruit and manage all Sheffield volunteers, including supporting them in their support of choir members.
c) Arrange induction and training for volunteers.
d) Be responsible for the health and safety and food hygiene at choir.
3. Gigs and workshops
a) Arrange and promote regular gigs for the Sheffield choir, in partnership with the Choir Director.
b) Arrange regular outreach workshops (and occasionally larger-scale community projects) within the homeless, mental health and other relevant communities.
4. Administration
a) Set and deliver an appropriate work plan for the Sheffield choir, ensuring that it follows the agreed priorities of CWNN and that the choir reaches people with experience of homelessness in Sheffield.
b) Follow operational policies and procedures consistently and help to keep them relevant and up-to-date.
c) Contribute to measuring the social impact of the choir through conducting member surveys/focus groups and compiling results.
d) Complete quarterly reports and impact data.
e) Be responsible for the Sheffield choir budget, ensuring spending is reasonable and in line with predicted costs.
f) Shared information with the organisation to be included in national communications, communicate the achievements of your choir to your local community (via social media and other channels).
Person Specification
